I really would rate this place a 0 if they gave me the option! I went in yesterday to get my eye brows waxed and came out looking like this and in so much pain. I went in for a wax and immediately noticed she was doing a very quick and sloppy job. She didn't ask me to pull my eye lid down and kept applying very hot wax to my eye area. She did pulled the wax very roughly and to top that off she grabbed a cotton pad and started aggressively whipping my brows. I thought maybe it would just be irradiated for a little bit and then be okay and payed even though I wasn't very content with the job. This is how it ended up looking a few hours later and the second picture is from just right now. It hurt so bad . I went back in today to get a refund and they tried sitting me down to apply aloe Vera which I had already done and I denied the service since I didn't want them touching my eyebrows again. Then the lady that did them ran her fingers through the scab very aggressively and I did let her know it was hurting. I'm not sure why she thought it was okay to touch me without my consent anyway. They did let me know that it would go away after 3-5 days and I did let them know that this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I am very irritated since I did have an event tomorrow and they just kept telling me to apply oils and try to cover it with makeup and it would eventually go away and I just had to keep reminding them how this shouldn't have happen to beginning with and if they can't do waxing that they shouldn't offer the service. I did get my refund I am very irritated with this place and their nasty service. Please don't come here just save yourself the trouble and go else where with better care and service. read more

I go to the Allen rd location and even though they do an alright job on my eyebrows the women are just plain rude there. Actually, I shouldn't even say rude, it's more indifference which comes across as rude. They make absolutely no small talk and never smile. I've tried to crack a few jokes just to test the waters and Nope...never a smile. I'm not saying they need to shuck and jive or dance for me but a simple smirk would suffice. My sister has been coming here every 3/4 weeks for over a year. Every time I bring her I always get off and go in with her this recent time I asked if she was able to walk in alone and she said yes plenty of minors go alone. The ONE time my sister goes in alone she comes out crying because one of the ladies (not the manager) pulled her WHOLE nose piercing OUT including the BACK piece !!! While looking for the piercing she found ANOTHER nose piercing which clearly shows this is not the first time it's happen. Instead of compensating for the injury THEY caused they still made her pay for this horrible service she received. They lost a loyal client all because this was not handled with professionalism, very unsanitary, untrustworthy and just unacceptable. DO NOT LET ANY MINOR GO IN ALONE. read more

Most of my experiences in this business have been great! But one time there was a sick employee who did my eyebrows and wouldn't stop breathing heavily over me and when she held the string in her mouth, saliva dripped down it and she sucked it back up. Pretty disgusting. read more

We came across these star beauty chain of salons as well as other places. And I literally tried every single salon with threading in town. And this location is about 20 minutes from where I live. There are millions by my House. But I choose to drive all the way across town for these amazing 2 young women. ManPreet, takes her time with me and does exactly what I ask. Do NOT go there to do your eyebrows! I let my eyebrows grow out for months and they completely ruined them! I barely had any hair in between my eyebrows as it was and she took what little I had grown out all off! And left them in two completely different shapes! I will never go back there again! I didn't even notice how bad it was until I got home cause I didn't have my glasses on when she told me to take a look and I was already arguing with my bf so I wasn't really paying attention. The woman did the minimal amount of effort to clean up my brows and made no attempt to make any shape. My brows were clean and when I asked if she could make a little bit more of an arch, she said sure but it'll cost you another $1. I was shocked! A much nicer lady came over and gave me more of an arch and didn't charge me extra for it. Customer service in general isn't terribly rude but it's not good. Usually eye brow threading is in and out with not much talking anyways. A smile would've been nice. Would not come back nor would I recommend... find another salon with better reviews or pay the extra money for better service. read more

If I could give a 0 I would do it. Unprofessional to say the least. In the middle of the threading my brows, miss girl answered a facetime call. Continued to talk while doing my brows. I went in to get my brows shaped. I was taken aback that the young lady just jumped right in. There was no explanation of what she was doing or what I wanted. She just kinda did her thing. They saw me on a walk-in on Valentine's Day. They were friendly, respectful, and took their time. The lady that gave me my pedicure was matriculate and careful not to hurt my sensitive feet. Their prices are great, chair is comfortable, place is clean, and I have no complaints. I will return to see how they do on acrylics and fills. I might even go to them for waxing too. I usually go to the ming avenue location. So when I noticed the new location much closer to home, I had to try them out. This location is a little hard to spot since it's tucked in the corner of the Wal-Mart shopping center next to Smileland Dentistry. Ths big signs advertising their $8 eyebrow threading also help to locate the shop. Inside this location is a bit smaller than ths other, but they don't seem as busy. When I arrived, I was greeted and seated immediately. The ladies working are friendly and work pretty quickly and almost painlessly. I am very happy with my eyebrows and the price is just right! I am so happy to have a threading place so much closer to home! read more

So I join the gym next-door to this beauty salon a month ago and I decided to do my eyebrows and I'm usually very hesitant on trying new places but I did took a chance and I'm a guy who has been doing my eyebrows since I'm 16 years old now I'm 33 so I know how I like my eyebrows to be done I walked in explain the Indian girl how I want them before anything three times or more usually I like my eyebrows thick only trim from the top and of course the middle section of the eyebrow. I kinda felt she was treading more but I went along when she finish she show me on the mirror and she had done top bottom and middle section of the eye brow when I asked pacifically asked for the bottom part of the eyebrow in the middle section. I was very disappointed on the communication or language barrier I guess she couldn't understand me. Her coworker it's very professional and understood my frustration explain her so they did not charge me for the eyebrows this time.
