I CANNOT LOVE MY EYEBROWS ENOUGH!! I have struggled for YEARS on getting my eyebrows shaped to the way they should be. I've many unfortunate phases of my eyebrows and I finally made the jump to get my eyebrows tattooed. Before I found Dino, I went to another PMUA that unfortunately ruined my eyebrows. Thankfully, her work was so bad that it did not stick on me. A couple months later, I found Dino. I shared my experience with her, as well as my concerns, what I hoped to achieve, etc. She made me feel so much better about everything. Come the day of my appointment, her studio was so clean and it felt very professional. We decided on getting nano brow because I wanted more of a natural look, but I also wanted to have my eyebrows feel a little fuller. Little thing to note here, the previous PMUA said I did not have my eyebrows go in a certain direction when it so obviously did. Dino mapped out my eyebrows by hand! She's so incredibly talented and clearly has studied her profession for a long long time. With any small adjustments, she would make sure I was happy with what she was putting on my face. Throughout the session, it was so painless. I actually fell asleep during my appointment and getting my eyebrows tattooed. You would think that after she finished tattooing me that that was it. Nope! She would go back and quintuple check to make sure everything was as perfect as she could provide for you. Dino is absolutely amazing. I drove 3 hours from where I live to be serviced by her. I cannot recommend her enough. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows! I take so much less time getting ready for events! I got ombré powder brows here a few years ago. They faded so horribly, and she made them 3x too large for my face. I've now spent $900 and months trying to remove them. I wish I never, ever came here. She's also claiming I never came in, which is hilarious. Looking at the other reviews, I see she has a pattern of threatening people who leave bad reviews. I truly, truly hope all future clients see this. Threatening customers isn't cool. Also, please note-most of her reviews are for results immediately after the service or a few months after. They never show their work 1-2 years down the line. I am really unhappy with these brows. read more

I normally never write reviews good or bad, but this is my first review because this was such a horrible experience. I came in for eyebrow lamination Which I did many times before and different studios but this time it was painful and she couldn't get my lashes notated, and she lacks Professionalism. She couldn't get my lashes to laminate yet she collected fully. And trick me, she tried to glue down the hair with lash glue. **I would update my review to include that not only did I get bad service but since I posted my review the owner has been harassing and threatening me . Clearly this business owner cares about himself more then his customers ,shes done nothing to try and make my experience with his establishment any better. Instead of taking the feedback and use it to improve her customer relations she chose to attack and threaten me. People only attack when they feel threaten or are guilty of something ,my guess is both either way she gets my vote for Ahole of the year ! read more

She had my review removed from google so here we go again. She completely messed up my lip blush she went outside the border and the color didn't even go with my skin tone. When I brought this to her attention she got very defensive and eventually we started doing saline removal. We did 2 sessions and she ghosted me. She is not professional and she only has 5 star reviews because she has the rest removed. This has been a complete blow to my confidence and she refuses to take responsibility. I stumbled upon Dino's IG posts a year ago. I sent her a message about re-doing my brows, which was done by a different artist, and she was so patient with all of my questions. I scheduled a consultation appointment with her and she explained the process to me in detail on how I can achieve the natural looking brows I dreamed of having. I previously had ombré powder brows which turned ashy and dark which I did not like. From the very start, Dino was transparent about how long the removal process will take, but she assured me that I will love the final product. I had to do four removal sessions and after waiting almost one year, I now finally have the brows that I absolutely love! I had been doing research on microblading and nanobrows for some time. Dino was recommended to me by a friend and I looked up her work and decided to book an appointment to do nanobrows with her. When I met her we went over my intentions and I emphasized looking fuller and thicker with being natural. The appointment took about 2.5 hours where Dino carefully took her time to draw in the shape and make sure I was happy with it before she started her work. I was so pleased with the results and the fact that they looked so natural yet full. Exactly what we discussed. She gave me the aftercare paperwork and I made sure I touched base with her throughout the next 5-7 weeks for any additional touch up needed. With oily skin sometimes the pigment doesn't stick so I was mindful of that. Fast forward to two months later... I have had two touch ups because of my skin type and throughout the entire process of healing Dino checked in with me and welcomed any updated photos so she could follow her work through. Dino is very thorough and ensures that you, as the customer are satisfied with the end results.
