Bri is amazing! I was looking to get eyelash extensions for the first time and spent months researching different lash artists. I looked all over the LA area until I cam across Bri's page on Yelp - based on all the amazing reviews and the pictures, I knew she was going to be the only one I let touch my lashes. We chatted on the phone twice before I actually came in to my appointment, and she made me feel so comfortable immediately. When I finally came in, she spent a few minutes going over the process and helping me decide which lash look would go best with my eye shape. Unfortunately, we had to take off the lashes 3/4 of the way through the process as I have very sensitive skin and the lash adhesive started to irritate my lids (apparently this is an extremely rare occurence, but can happen), and Bri was SO great about everything. It was actually her who wanted to stop the process even though we were both looking forward to the final look. Any other artist could have easily kept going just to ensure they would be paid for their services, but Bri was so honest and kind and told me she would rather not continue or have me pay for a service just to end up having to remove the lashes the next day. She assured me that there will be a new adhesive coming out in the near future and that she would call me to let me know once it comes in so that we can give it another try. Although I did not end up leaving with the extensions, I left with knowing that I went to someone who truly cares about their clients health and safety and that is the most important thing! Bri is amazing!!! Let me tell you my lash woes... I first went to a reputable (not cheap) salon on Ventura Blvd. 1st set great, 1st fill - allergic reaction. I alerted them of the allergic reaction and told them I think I had glue on my lid, 2nd fill - same result. (I also had to get a fill every 2 weeks) I was about to give up on lashes.... Bri had been doing a friends lashes who looked amazing, I knew she was more expensive AND she was so popular that she had no available slots to add new clients. Lucky me she had an opening!!! Because of my previous bad experience I didn't care about the price, I wanted them done right. Here are some of differences between Bri and other lash folks. Bri takes her time, can be up to 2 hours, she's meticulous so plan for a nap (other lashers take an hour, they are rushed). The lashes look lush, feathery and natural (others look like they put doll hair on your eyes), her lashes last me 3 weeks and by the time of my next appointment my lashes still look good (fills usually last 2 weeks with other lashers) found out I still have a slight irritation to the glue, it's manageable with the way she applies the lashes so I can still get them done. (not on your freakin eyelids like the other inexperienced lashers). Extra bonus, I share my life with her, and consider her a friend. She's my cheerleader and always roots for me when I share my life stories with her. I will never go to anyone else. read more

Stop and read this!! If you have been looking high and low for the best lash artist in the biz, look no further- Bri is your girl! I have gone to 4 different lash artists over a period of a year and a half- all of whom work in reputable lash studios (and I won't mention names because I personally have loved the girls that have done my lashes- my lashes just haven't been the best!)... I've had some pretty horrific experiences with my lashes and literally have about 25% of my actual lashes right now and bald spots on my eyelids where lashes are supposed to be, as a result of extreme damage due to a lash artist putting too much weight on my lashes and putting the lashes way too far away from my lash line. I have had the worst retention and have been throwing money down the drain WEEKLY, getting my lashes filled every week, only for them to start falling off 1-2 days after my fill- with my real lash attached in most cases! Im so disappointed and the holidays are around the corner and I don't have any lashes... well, maybe a good ten lashes (there are much worse problems that I could have, I know! Let's keep perspective here!) ... I knew that there had to have been someone out there that not only cared about the integrity of my lashes, but also could do an amazing job. And, I went on yelp and found Bri. The first thing that attracted me to Bri's work were her amazingly beautiful pictures on yelp of her flawless work. I scheduled an appointment with Bri, came in to see her today and unfortunately left with no lashes today, but am so grateful to Bri. My intention today was to get a set of lashes, but after Bri inspected my lashes and the damage that had been caused as a result of bad lash application, she said that she could not apply new lashes to my damaged and frail lashes and risk causing more damage. As sad as I was not to get lashes today, I have to say, I really appreciated Bri today. She turned down money today because she cared about doing the right thing for me and the quality of my lashes because she genuinely cares about the integrity of the lashes she touches and not the paycheck more. This is a completely different experience than I've had ...EVER. Bri is not just a talented artist, but a beautiful human being!
