Was told by office staff that she checked, and indeed it would be covered. Went in 10 minutes prior to appointment, l asked again to confirm that the massage would be covered. Was told that since it was coded under massage therapy that yes, insurance would cover. Upon completion of the (frankly, average at best massage), was told by front desk gal (same gal that confirmed both over the phone), that the visit is a $180 charge. HUH? She said that since the massage therapist wasn't actually a licensed chiropractor as well, she couldn't code it as massage therapy and had to charge me full price. I'm not happy with this business AT ALL. Even the most high-end massage therapists at spas don't charge anywhere near that price, and why tell me multiple times that she was 100% certain it would be covered, only to spring an exorbitant and ridiculous $180 charge for a sub-par massage AFTER services rendered? In all fairness, I must disclose that the business owner (the chiropractor Wall) offered to refund $65 of that $180 to try to make it right. But still. Truly ridiculous. This place leaves much to be desired and their communication stinks and is incompetent.

"4:30 like always?" "THANK YOU!" Brandi is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Now to Dr. Wall. Great bedside manor, friendly and he really cares about his patients. He takes the extra time to sit with you and asks about how YOU are. Most doctors are pressured to hurry through appointments. I visited their website, reviewed all their services and read their reviews. I was eager to get relief from a job-related injury. However, I quickly discovered they are no longer willing to help. They advertise on their website that they assist with bodily and work-related injuries, but they have stopped doing so because they don't get paid the way they want when dealing with L and I. I was told this directly by a team member when I called. It's unacceptable that the medical field prioritizes profit over patient care. I injured myself on the job through no fault of my own, yet I am being denied proper treatment. This is selfish and unjust. If you want to retain customers, update your website immediately so people in genuine need are not misled or left suffering.

I recently injured my knee and was barely able to walk without assistance. I went to see Dr Roundy…read moreto see how I should proceed. He was able to check my knee to see what positions were causing pain and determined it was likely a meniscus injury. He suggested some laser treatments. I am amazed that after only two treatments it is so much improved. I have gone from using a crutch and mostly sitting to moving around quite well. I still have to tread carefully on stairs or uneven terrain but I'm grateful that it is healing well and look forward to seeing the next level of improvement after a couple more laser treatments.
