There is a deep underlying I believe they have read too many negative books on certain cultures and it shows how they treat certain individuals. I believe it is all about the money and not about the care. I am a disabled veteran with chronic pain I served my country and cut a path for the same people to have freedom and justice only for them to do to me what I fought for to have undone and to treat all as one. No I would not recommend this place nor will I ever speak positive of the facility. Actually they should be investigated by the state. Period.

The place I'm at now (OS&S) has weekly meetings discussing client progress and treatment approaches. And they are way better. They also send a "ratings email request." I suspect they do that to keep ratings offline and specifically off of yelp. There are better PT places out there.

I like the providers but I am so over the front desk and financial side of this clinic. I had signed consent forms for a delivery of a product. The clinic was supposed to contact me about when it gets delivered but I heard nothing, I reaching out twice to check in on the delivery because they had not kept in contact at all, until a whole month later they finally let me know that it was not covered by my insurance. I same-day called my insurance and they let me know that the same product is covered 100% by them and should not need any preautharization. I tried calling the clinic three times same day but it only goes straight to voicemail. I am not sure what is going on here but this extremely frustrating.

Dr. Mishko took the time to really understand my particular needs, get quality X-rays, explain what my current condition is while looking at my X-rays together and using gentle equipment and adjustments to get my body back in line. I expected to pay 50% more and would not hesitate to pay 150% more than he charges. If you are in a rush and just want a rack and crack, go somewhere else. If you want someone that takes the time to understand your particular situation and explains in detail what he is going to do to make it better ~ and what you can do as well, see Dr. Mishko now! He's only 10 years old and they told us that they could not see him because if he was a minor, this was the MMA that said this this was not the doctor herself or him, but the MA said that they can't do anything about that because they don't treat for that kind of age. My son was already scared enough as it was and for him to have to ride around with his father with a tower holding pressure to it and bleeding and have ice on his face is not correct. I'm very disappointing in this place. I hope the management can. fix this problem. I will not for no one to this place at all is terrible that the company supposed to be before the people to help them in medical field yet you can't even treat my son with two stitches. I arrived 30 minutes later, they expected me and checked me right in using my existing Multi-Care profile. Today I have something wrong with my eye. Dumb, but it's my third day of pain and it's been worsening and I'm concerned about infections. I have kids, I can't afford to get sick because I ignored an infection. They got me in and out in under an hour. This feels like a small miracle but this branch just opened and I am not even sure most people know it's here. The staff was absolutely lovely. Kind, patient... when a little girl dumped a water bottle on a PA, she barely flinched and asked someone else to grab her a paper towel on a calm voice. Bravo, Indigo! Keep it up.

I've been to multiple physical therapy clinics over the years for the same shoulder pain that I've…read moredealt with for nearly five years, made even worse after a car accident. I honestly thought this was just something I'd have to live with because no other clinic had been able to provide lasting relief. Then I came to ATI. The progress I've made here in just six months has been greater than anything I experienced at any previous physical therapy clinic. For the first time in years, I finally feel like I'm healing instead of just managing the pain. Because of that experience, I decided to extend my care and start treatment for other issues I've struggled with since childhood. I'm only one month into this new treatment plan, and I'm already feeling years of pain being released. It's been incredible to experience. The staff is what truly sets ATI apart. Linda completed both of my evaluations and has been amazing from the very beginning. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely takes the time to understand what's going on. She explains things in a way that makes sense and creates a treatment plan that feels personalized rather than routine. Frank, my PTA, has been just as exceptional. He's encouraging, patient, and walks me through every exercise while making sure I'm doing them correctly. He knows when to push me just enough to help me improve without overdoing it, and his encouragement has made a huge difference in my recovery. Morgan and Kim, the OSS team, deserve recognition as well. They keep everything running smoothly with scheduling, reminders, and helping the therapists, but they also go above and beyond to make every patient feel welcomed and cared for. One of my favorite things about ATI is that they see you as more than just an injury. We often talk about life outside of physical therapy, and they've taken the time to get to know me as a person. That genuine care creates an environment where you actually look forward to coming to your appointments. If you've been dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or feel like you've tried everything without success, I can't recommend ATI enough.
