Have…read moregotten there on time the last few times I've booked with her, but she's always been late and does take a little long to set up shop. I've actually never had a problem with her work, and have found myself coming back every single time. But the punctuality was definitely starting to get old now. The reason I'm giving a 1 star review, is because she over-processed my hair to the point where I've had to cut the length off by a lot now due to HORRIBLE breakage. I had an appointment with her in the morning, and she was 20 min late. I didn't mind this time, but I did tell her we needed to finish on time because I had work later on in the day. During the processing point, she took 2 walk in haircuts back to back. I started noticing time go by, and was concerned at how long I had the foil in my hair for. Mind you, I did tell her that I was on crunch time, as she kept getting sidetracked majority of the time, checking her phone a lot + the 2 walk ins. By the time she got to my hair, I was super super behind on time. I think she probably took over 45 min to check on my hair even though I told her I'm sure my hair was ready for the foils to be taken out. I reiterated to her that if she was going to take walk ins and be late to her booked appt, to have booked me for another time where she can really devote her time and effort, and not give a half effort. My hair as the days came, really felt like spaghetti. I literally cried cause I knew I was going to have to cut it due to severe damage. Went to another stylist to cut my hair and they told me I had to cut off a lot, and that my hair was in a super fragile state that needed deep treatment. I love Cindy but due to the horrible time management and lack of efforts in our last few appointments, I sadly don't think I'll be returning back, in fear of damaging my hair again to the point of no fixing.

I saw a bunch of pictures of people who had their hair done by her and so i booked an appointment. First thing, their studio is SO CUTE. Super relaxed environment, and i felt very comfortable. Sarah was very thorough, asked me exactly what I was looking for. She helped me to decide what was best and for my skin and natural hair color. I went back the following week and had the owner Danielle, do a color and highlight. My hair no longer looks like a frizzled mess with ugly boxed color in it. I went back to my natural chocolate brown with mild blond highlights. My hair looks so much better. I see Danielle again this weekend for a Keratin straightener treatment. I'm really excited. I came in to get my hair done and I left with hair I did not want, as well as damaged hair. I made the mistake of paying her but I thought since she was always kind to me, I could go to her about the issue later. I was wrong. She said the only solution is she can put toner but after I found damages in my hair, I just wanted a refund. (Where she bleached to make highlights, the strands are ripped from damages). She then accuses me of cutting my own hair just for a refund because they use the "best" products so it's not possible for my hair to be damaged. I sent her proof, pictures from a video I took while I was still in the parking lot with the day and time. (You can also see the dumpster behind me, that is by the salon). Not to mention you can see the bottom was cut professionally because it's even and not choppy, just shorter. The high light pieces are also ripped and not cut.. After I sent her the proof she never responded. I went to talk to the owner and she was professional but can't do much since they make their own money. I'm glad the owner also saw my hair and agreed it wasn't cut. I even called Ines while I was with the owner and it went straight to voicemail. I still haven't heard from her since I sent her the proof. Ines is not professional, she will blame you for her mistakes instead of taking accountability. I'm not just disappointed on how she did my hair but I'm disappointed at her.

I called the number provided and a woman named Tanya answered the phone. She was extremely polite and gave me the phone number of her braider Selah who works evenings in the shop. I told her thank you before hanging up to contact Selah. Once contact had been made and a appointment had been set up I came down to the shop and was nicely surprised at how beautifully decorated it was. It was a woman's true escape into the lounge and luxury of the beauty world.
