    Brows by Joanna
    Janice R.

Joanna is my aesthetician and she's phenomenal with brows. I'm a stickler when it comes to my brows. And she knows exactly how to maintain them. She is mindful and well versed and considers her client's medical history before recommending services. The spa is very clean and welcoming. It's centrally located with metered parking right outside the entrance.

I had an excellent experience with Justina. She was kind, informative and very patient. I'm glad I chose Bella Pelle and will likely revisit. The receptionist was very kind and the salon clean and covid 19 compliant. I would absolutely recommend.

    No chip manicure x 2

I loved the atmosphere here--pink and peaceful! The staff was quiet and kind and the attention to detail with both my classic pedi and no chip mani were great. My daughter and I got both. I used a groupon for one service and the business was well organized and respectful about the use of the groupon. Some businesses are rude when you have a Groupon but not here! I loved my experience.

ALWAYS ASK FOR CLAIR!!!! I only tried this place because of a Groupon deal & was so in love with my 1st no chip manicure that I bought a 2nd deal, but this time for 2 no chips. I made the mistake of not requesting her the 2nd time I went & walked out wanting to CRY! I finally had free edge by the 2nd appointment thanks to the amazing job Clair did... (Lasted well over 3 weeks!) But Angelica filed them down to stubs again!!! :'( (sad day for a nail biter) On top of that she put like 6 layers of polish (minimum) on each nail & 8 layers on the ones with glitter!! They looked chunky & uneven! I tried hard not to judge her when I found out how recently she began doing nails but I've never been so disappointed over a no chip manicure. Lesson learned: ASK FOR CLAIR! I went back for the 3rd Groupon no chip with Clair and fell in love with my nails all over again!! Both times she found the perfect combinations of color & glitter & they look perfect! She has over 10 years of experience & the difference is clear!!

I came in as a walk in on a Monday afternoon for a pedicure. Had to wait about 20 minutes but I expected that, being a walk in. I was offered tea or coffee for my wait, which was a very nice courtesy. Atmosphere is very classy and nice. The music level was perfect! It was lightly muted so that it wasn't too loud. The decorations were very nice and the equipment all was of a very good quality. The brands of polish are very nice, but there were more dark colors then light colors. More deep reds and bright pinks then light pinks. The prices are reasonable, pretty median compared to other places I've been. I felt very pampered here. They seemed very concerned with whether I was was satisfied, asking if the foot bath or the hot towels were too hot, or if I was satisfied with the polish on my toes.

    Very cute.

I got a Brazilian from Gosia and I couldn't have been happier with getting her. She is so easy going and professional. She explained everything before she did it and was quick. I can't get over how wonderful she made, what would have been a painful experience.A true waxing ninja! She does facials too and I look forward to becoming a regular. Very cute and warm feel to the shop. Decent parking (pay to park) available. I went at 4:30 and found many spots available right in front. Appointment availability was great, easy to get appointment. Staff looked very friendly. And so many services are offered. Ask about their monthly discounts.

This nail tech is not friendly!

We didn't know…read morewhat to expect, but we were truly satisfied with the service we received, with one exception: the massage. After reading reviews dating back several months, I realized that other people had experienced the same issue. Let me start at the beginning. I made my reservation for a Sunday at noon. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been canceled. Naturally, I was confused because I hadn't canceled it. We were asked to take a seat while the staff looked into the matter, and they quickly figured it out. Brittany at the front desk did a wonderful job explaining what had happened. In the end, it turned out to be an error on my end, but she remained friendly, professional, and accommodating. She offered us another date and time and even compensated us for parking. Thank you, Brittany! The bath experience was everything I needed to cleanse my soul. The waterfall area and the eucalyptus sauna quickly became our favorite places. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we had hoped for. Now, on to the massage. My wife and I were in the same room. She had a female therapist, and I had a male therapist. Unfortunately, our experiences were completely different. My therapist spent most of the session lightly rubbing my feet and legs. He never touched my hands, fingers, neck, or head, all of which my wife received during her massage. He did ask whether there were any areas I wanted him to focus on, and I mentioned that I had tension in my upper shoulder area and that I had a shoulder injury. He concentrated primarily on the injured shoulder and very little else. I was genuinely surprised when he told me the session was over. My first thought was, "Wait, where was the rest of the massage?" I would really like to see Aire invest in more experienced massage therapists, especially since this appears to be a recurring concern among guests. That said, the massage experience did not ruin our visit. I would absolutely return, and I would still recommend Aire to my family, friends, and coworkers.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM…read more Use Caution when booking. I booked my reservation on May 23, 2026 for July 19, 2026 for my 11 year anniversary. Showed up and it was closed due to construction issues with the city. I received no email or phone call that it would be closed. Very embarrassing. I've called over 6x asking asking for a refund $720. Each time I've called it the same response "sorry someone from our management team will call you back". Nobody ever calls me back. I disputed the issue with my credit card company and AIRE responded to them saying that the service was complete forcing me to open another investigation with the city and having to look in legal counsel to take them to court. I am beyond frustrated. Never thought this is how they would do business. Apart of me feels that they lost so much business during the time they were "under construction" that they can't afford to keep the lights on let alone issue a refund. I would stay away.

It was worth every credit and I honestly would come back and pay the regular price! Upon arriving to the spa, the receptionist greeted me and gave me a tablet to check in and fill out my preferences for the massage, including choosing the style of music, scent of body butter, conversation level, and pressure. I loved they had a little display where you can smell the many body butter options before choosing one, and the friendly receptionist gave me her recommendations for a lighter scent. On the tablet you also answer questions about your health related to the massage (sensitive areas or injuries for example) so the masseuse is aware. After I was done they gave me a tour of the women's locker room which was immaculately clean. They had 2 changing rooms, a shower, private bathroom, a sink with lots of amenities, clean towels, slippers, and lockers. They gave me a locker which had my robe to change into. The robe was sooooo soft and fluffy. It had a nice weight to it, like I was wearing a blanket but with pockets! They encouraged I take my time and when I was changed and ready, I could walk into the lounge waiting area where my masseuse would meet me. The lounge had soft lighting, a nice variety of snacks and sweets and tea, comfy seating, a journal with little encouraging messages from past patrons, books and coloring, and a heated container with neck pillows that you can use! My masseuse arrived promptly so I enjoyed these amenities after my massage. The masseuse Eric was so lovely! They showed me to a massage room, oriented me to where to put my robe and glasses, and let me know the table was heated and they could adjust it to my preference. They also asked about my massage preferences and areas of focus. Once I was settled in, Eric came back and I had the most relaxing swedish massage! Perfect pressure and balanced on both sides. I was floating after! They brought me tea after and then I spent some time in the lounge. Overall incredible experience. All the staff were lovely, and the experience from entering the spa to leaving was so relaxing. I also loved the have a huge free parking lot! Its a shared parking lot in a plaza, so you can park right in front. It was a bit tricky to get into the lot from the main street if you have to turn left into it (you'll see a large sign for SPF which is a pickle ball spot that shares the lot). I ended up turning left into a small street and finding my way into the lot from there. Definitely check it out for your next spa day!

We received an email before our visit asking if we would be able to switch our 10:30 appointments to 8:00 am or 11:45 am to accommodate another guest interested in services. Since we were visiting from out of town and had other plans, we were not able to switch to these times but eventually agreed to move to 9:15 even though it was not our preferred time. The attendants upon arrival were very friendly and welcoming. The eucalyptus steam sauna was closed for repair, which was not indicated when we booked. The dry sauna and hot tub were very small. As the morning went on it got incredibly busy. There were so many people waiting for appointments that there weren't enough chairs in the relaxation room, and it was very crowded by the vanity/mirrors and showers. Our treatments we good, not spectacular for the cost, but we expected expensive treatments on a busy weekend in Chicago. This time, I decided to schedule a mani & pedi at the end of my week stay as an added treat. When I tell you that I was shocked by my experience here, I mean it. There was nothing luxurious about this at all. And these are absolute top-tier prices for their services. They took me down the stairs after I checked in and I waited in this dark area as people were randomly walking back and forth from the pool area. A woman escorted me into this insanely small room (it looks like a closet) where there were 2 pedicure chairs right next to each other then 2 manicure stations across from that. I truly was shocked. I wanted to leave. Their website and spa detail information is so insanely misleading. This small room they cram you into has no windows, and is at the end of a dark hall. Forget that we are still dealing with the pandemic and there is zero social distancing. The two nail techs that were working were lovely but so obviously under appreciated & overworked. Which is beyond sad. My pedicure was ok but my manicure was the worst I've ever received. I wanted a French tip and the tech haphazardly painted each tip with a regular brush. Not one was the same. I also walked out and came right back to get some nail polish remover to clean up my own hands as I had white polish all over my skin. Just insane. The receptionist was appalled when I showed her my nails so she said she would take it off my bill ($65) was removed but I still paid over $150 plus tip for my mani and pedi. In my personal option, they should close down the manicure and pedicure options of the spa. It is not a luxury, high end experience. Quite the opposite. This was not a great way to end our stay here & it put such a bad taste in my mouth. I won't ever come back to the spa for any service at all.
