If appointments aren't honored, it makes you wonder why there's a system at all. She was told to do my soak off on my fingernails as well. She left the foil and acetone on my fingernails for 40 minutes BURNED ME. When she took it off SHE SMACKED MY HAND and called me a baby. That fully pi**ed me off. I'm 26 years old. Grown a** woman. And then she proceeded to do the most sloppy gel polish job ever on my toes. She picked up a detail brush and acetone, but obviously didn't see how much of a mess she made or didn't care. Kept blaming it on my "tiny toenail" please look back to the very first thing I said here. The woman who did my fingernails was pleasant. Prices are way too high. I was charged $60 for a basic pedicure with gel polish. The woman didn't even give me hot towels on my pedicure. I'll probably never come back here because I did not receive $130 quality work. I'm very upset. Im also not afraid of them recognizing this set from tonight. I was more than understanding and was very polite to the employees here-they treated me like I was being a Karen for wanting to relax and receive a decent service.

My visit was a mixed bag…read more I was greeted promptly. I signed in and stood next to a table holding nail colors. At this point, a woman comes around the corner and tells me to "sit down and wait awhile" as she points to a chair by the window. I had no idea how long "awhile" was going to be and I contemplated walking out. My pedicure, the Triple Shot, was very relaxing but I'm sitting waiting for the polish to dry and am just meh about what my freshly painted toes look like - they don't look like they were just professionally done. They do, however, look better than when I walked in. Noire Nail Bar is a bit run down inside. The vinyl is off all of the manicurists chairs - they are just shabby. It looks like it needs to close for a long weekend of deep cleaning floor to ceiling. I just watched a woman in a wheelchair being told that the only sink they could use leaks so they couldn't help her. The woman was frustrated and unfortunately, was treated rudely by the same woman who made me sit down. My pedi was $60 plus a tip which I thought was reasonable. Even so, it wasn't an enjoyable enough experience to be back.
