I can't even begin to describe how absolutely grateful I am that I stumbled upon BeautyPOP Studio on Instagram. After having two terrible experiences in the past I lost all hope to ever get lash extensions again. I looked through BeautyPOP's Instagram feed and my husband told me I should give it another shot. I sent them a DM without expecting a response until the next day because it was pretty late in the evening already but to my surprise they responded immediately and was able to book my appt for the very next day! Pang did my eyelashes for somewhere around 2 years in Chicago! There was absolutely no one I would have ever gone to & it was not an appointment I would risk missing. My lash retention was 10/10 & she was able to do any style I wished for. I'm serious, literally anything. She took me from 25mm to 14mm, so it's safe to say that she can provide you with whatever style you desire. On top of crushing the style, it will be one of the most relaxing services you will experience. She uses cool under eyepatches to go under the tape & her gentle touch really puts you to sleep. Finding a new lash tech after she moved away from Chicago was overly hard. I literally just found a lash tech to replace her & it's been an entire year. After doing a lot of research for the best lash technician in town, I came across Pang at BeautyPOP Studio. I was about to get them done somewhere else that was much cheaper, but decided I wanted only the best for my lashes, and did not want to risk getting a bad job done on such a delicate area. Saw Pang for a lash set and had a great experience! I've seen other lash techs in the past, but none were able to execute the style and drama that I longed for in my lashes... Pang was professional, clean, and talked me through the whole process. Her chair and pillows were comfortable so much, that I found myself falling asleep. Lol. She made sure I was comfortable through the whole process, and even kept track of the time which I liked. Laying there having to keep your eyes closed, gets tough when you have no perception of time. She would let me know what time it was and how far along we were. I was so pleased when I saw my lashes!! The quality was so good. I was nervous considering I had been with the same lash place for over 2 years. But I had heard so many great things about Pang that I knew I was going to be in good hands. I was recommended to BeautyPOP Studio by my BF's cousin and they did not disappoint! I like to have my lashes really full and I did pay a little bit more for the mega volume lashes, but it was totally worth it! Pang is the best! She made me feel very comfortable and I love that she uses her own custom lashes. With my previous lash experiences, my lashes never used to stay longer than a week and a half. In love with my lashes ! They are so fluffy and full but not too long which is perfect. Pang was really sweet and welcoming. She definitely followed COVID rules! I really love my set I got a mega volume because I like a little bit of a dramatic look but she can do natural looks as well. After she was done she gave me a little bag of goodies that came with lash brushes and makeup remover wipes. I thought that was so cute! So I've gotten 1 set and 3 fills with Pang and I'm very happy with them! I cancelled my amazing lash membership after I started seeing her!
