Jordan is AMAZING! I've actually followed her from her previous location thank you to social media because she does such great work and after all these years, she still remembered me, which meant so much. She's incredibly talented and consistent. Every set comes out beautiful, natural, and exactly how I want them. You can tell she really cares about her craft, clients and takes pride in what she does. One thing I've noticed from other lash experiences that my lashes tend to quickly fall out even after how careful I am but not with Jordan! I want to take a moment to share my experience here at this salon. The area is gorgeous, parking can be a challenge but that is at no fault of the salon. I do feel like for it being such a large salon it feels a little bare bones and uninviting. The chairs are supposed to be comfy massage chairs and while I love the idea these specific ones just aren't that comfy. I came in as a lash newbie, never had extensions before. Initially I booked with Emmie, fantastic work! She figured out exactly what I wanted just by me describing the look I was going for and they truly looked beautiful. I did ask to come back in because I had a few lashes that were poking my eyelid so they gave me a different girl. I'm not sure I remember her name. She did a mediocre job at best. When it came time for my first fill they automatically moved me to a different artist and awkwardly told me it was because Emmie was no longer with them. I did not appreciate not being told I was going to be moved to a new girl. I think when you book with someone specific if there needs to be a change you should be notified. The next girl they gave me did a pretty awful job (I cannot remember her name) but she seemed newer to lashing and both of my eyes looked completely different. I kept telling her that they did not look right and she agreed with me and tried to fix them but they just didn't change even though she was working on them. When booking my next appointment I asked for someone else because that girl did not do a great job, they assured me that Jordyn would be the best option for me. She was very nice, however she insisted that I do the UV light lashes and told me they would last longer. They did not last longer, but cost me more money. Additionally that night I had a terrible reaction to them. The lashes were stuck together, poking my eyelid, and my eyes were swelling. They then got me in the following day with a different girl, Olivia I think...she was super nice and really tried to do a nice job on them but again, the style was not quite there. She essentially told me that the work from the girl before Jordyn and Jordyn was so bad that removing them would be a good option, but that it is painful and so her removing what she could and unsticking what she could would work. Again these lashes did not last. The kicker of all of this is for this last appointment I came in 1 day later to get my lashes fixed from a poor job from one of their employees and they wanted to charge me another $70, which was AFTER a discount. Insane. I refused to pay again. I have spent over $800 at this salon in 2 months trying to find what would work for me. Terrible waste of money. The prices are insane here and the quality of the work is not it. The lashes do not last and when there is a problem they don't do anything to make it right for you and just expect you to keep paying. I now see Emmie outside of his salon and my lashes are flawless every time and the money I pay is going directly to my artist instead of to a business. I encourage you to find an artist that works independently so you can truly support a small business instead of a salon. Finally, I have heard from multiple artists that work or worked here that not only do they not treat customers well they also don't treat their employees well. I have heard from multiple artists that they have had pay withheld from them on numerous occasions. Of course I cannot guarantee this to be true, but stories like this from multiple artists only decreases my willingness to give money to a salon instead of to an independent artist. As a local LV business, you should try to do better and be more appealing and competitive. One final note: the vibe in here and the attitudes of the artists is not okay. They all are snotty and willing to talk poorly about each others work to clients at any opportunity but then seem to act like each others friends. Not a great environment. read more

I've been a strip lashes chick for the longest but this place kept popping up on IG. Decided to give them a try and got in the same day with Karissa (3/7). She was amazing! Clean station, sweet and she took the time to understand the look I was going for. After she finished and I got to look, I wanted a few additions to the look and she was more than happy to accommodate. Went back today, 3/27, for a fill and once again, fabulous job! I love the retention on the lashes and no discomfort at all. Very happy with my lashes and overall experience. Karissa is super chill to talk to, you're comfortable during the appointment and she really makes sure that you leave happy and satisfied. Returned for a 30 minute fill and it was great! Once i got home I noticed the feeling was just different and i felt a little bit of uncomfortably. There were huge globs of glue on my lashes.. some of my natural lashes didn't even have extensions on it but somehow there was still glue on them.. my lashes were falling out along with my natural lashes and i had 3-4 hairs clumped up on each extension. Very upsetting! My first experience at Olivor Lash was great but the second time not so much. All of the ladies were very nice just the work was not done properly in my opinion. read more

I am very unhappy with the service I received. The appointment started with Desi taking 2 personal calls. One of the calls she took was to book a facial for herself. The style of lashes she chose for me did not match me at all & amount of lashes on each eye were not even. I had way more lashes on my left than on my right. As soon as she finished she was immediately on her phone again & barely looked up from her phone as I was getting off the chair to leave. I was shocked at how bad my experience was. I've been getting eyelash extensions for several years & by far this is the worse experience I've ever had. I had to find a new salon to get them removed the next day which costs me an extra $50. I am scheduled to get my extensions redone in a few days which is going to cost at least another $250! So in total getting my lashes done at this salon is going to cost me almost $600!!! I'm not sure how the other stylists are at this salon but definitely don't go to Desi...I'm only leaving 1 star because I'm unable to leave 0 stars. read more

It has been a few years since I've had my lashes done, but lately I have really wanted to give them a go again. I called Oliver Lash Salon on a whim tonight to see if they could fit me in. They were so sweet over the phone and made it work to squeeze me in with their stylists. I wanted a simple mascara look and they nailed it. I love my lashes and my husband loves my lashes too. ;) The salon is clean and their staff are so sweet and make you feel right at home. I agreed to a policy that says: Any fees must be paid before booking/rescheduled a new appointment. In case you no show, or cancel last minute. The day before my appointment I get a text asking for my card on file and if I don't add it before 6pm they will cancel my appointment. A whole different policy. Now I'm stressed because I'm busy, I have a trip coming up and have to find someone else last minute. (I didn't had my wallet with me) If you want clients to have a card on file to be able to book and keep their appointment maybe change your system. At worst texted as soon as they book. The service here is great! All the ladies are super nice and welcoming. I wanted to get my lashes done before I have my baby and decided to come to this salon. I got a classic set and absolutely loved them when I got out of the chair. My only issue was retention. I've had lash extensions before and never had an issue with retention. I use swim goggles when I shower, for the first 48 hours. And I don't use oil based products or wear eye makeup, when I have lash extensions. So I was quite surprised to find I was having fall out on day 3! Usually I start seeing lashes fall around day 6 or 7. And the amount that I'm seeing isn't my norm either. Every morning I wake up and I have so many lashes across my face. I've never had to do a 2 week fill, usually I can make it to 3 weeks and my lashes still look good. But my lashes definitely look different from a week ago and I might have to stop by again. But besides that, my experience was great and I would come back again on a whim. read more

I took a shot and reached out via IG to see if I could get in today for a lash removal and new set. Not only were they super responsive but they were able to get me in after work. I was luckily enough to get Karissa! She was so sweet and detail oriented! She took her time to remove my old lashes with no burning or stinging sensation. Karissa is amazing! I recently moved to Vegas and was so nervous to find the right new lash artist. I've been going to my girl in Reno for over 10 years so you know I'm loyal to her and like them a particular way. I knew it would take an adjustment period and probably several lash artists to find the right tech. However, Karissa knows her stuff. The very first set were well done and allowed me to reflect on some different styles choices I may want to try. The second time I went for a fill I tried to best communicate that style and I'm not kidding when I say Karissa exceeded my expectations. Like who is this long lashed queen over here!!! All hype aside, let me review: - The ambiance: Next level luxury and beyond relaxing. From the initial location, because Tivoli village-- yasss, to the actual beauty studio itself. Walking into smiling faces and feeling genuinely welcomed! The beige tones are aesthetically pleasing and inviting, the space was the right note for such a good first experience. The tunes were calm renditions yet still well known jams. It's a very open and spacious set up, the lash tech chairs and stations are extremely comfortable, included the chair massage as they lash you! - Cost: At the moment they are running a promo that cannot be beat for $60 fills. Come on! For quality lashes at $60- I booked in advance. Very flexible hours and easy scheduling. - Service and Quality: Katie was amazing and had hands like an angel, my goodness I barely felt her working, and she so ever so gently kept my head from dozing off to the side To note, there was some very sweet soul that put a weighted blanket on me (just heavy not weighted) and covered me when my eyes closed in such a kind and caring manner, it made me smile. It was an appointment about the experience through the details and the entire staff created such a positive atmosphere for me and the other ladies around. Okay, back to Katie... she was so polite and lovely to chat with, so well prepared and very professional as well. She knew her application technique and had a great touch. Even tried UV cured lashed! Not to mention her final work is amazing and holding up beautifully. Typically I've had retention troubles, and this is magical. Whole new chapter to my lash life I'm hoping! Note: if you notice a gap in my lashes is the difference in curl from my previous lash extensions to these new ones. I'll update next week when I get another fill! Highly recommend Karissa for lashes! She always gets me right every time. I've been coming to this location for a few months and have seen some of the other artists but will be only booking moving forward with her. I came in last minute and wasn't able to see her and saw another artist instead and didn't have the same experience I usually get with Karissa and ended up having pretty much all the lashes that were put on by the other artists fall out within a week. Karissa was able to fill in the huge gap left in my eyelashes and make it look like a completely new set. My eyes never burn with her and they are literally perfect everytime. I will be back!
