From the moment I walked in, the esthetician was rude and clearly not interested in providing any kind of welcoming or professional service. She barely spoke, didn't explain what she was doing, and acted like I was a burden for even being there. The facial itself? A total joke. My skin didn't look refreshed, clearer, or anything you'd expect after a treatment. In fact, I left feeling greasy, irritated, and honestly embarrassed that I paid for this.
