I brought my club car in to be reprogramed after calling and being quoted a speed from 17-21mph. I was charged 244$ to replace a 20$ speed sensor only to still go the same speed I brought it in at. They will mislead you and take your money. They never did any reprogramming left the settings at 1-3 stock. Smoothest big purchase we've ever made!! From start to finish!! We basically asked them to keep the body of one cart, but changed out the seats, steering wheel, roof, wheels, you name it!! We added on a lot of extras as well. Couldn't beat the price!! Robin was fantastic to work with as we made our choices. Jack, who did all of the work to rebuild "our" cart was phenomenal. very dishonest company took my golf cart in to have work done as it did not run at all. I was told the batteries were hooked up wrong ( they were not) told i needed a new speed controller ( $500.00 plus) did not. also was told after the speed controller was put in that i may need a new motor (wrong again). I also wanted to have a new cord put on the battery charger as this was not working at first ,the lady told me "quote" i don't think your charger is going to work either. nobody looked at the charger, i got the cart back to the camp ground did some poking around my self. the cart runs, the motor runs,the charger works I think beaver creek needs a new mechanic & counter person that will not B.S, the public. were just trying to get our golf carts fixed so we can have some fun with out trying to be duped into purchasing something new.I will never purchase anything from beaver creek Joliet il again.
