I'd like to preface by saying that I love the car I got. I bought a rav4 from here maybe two months…read moreago, and during the cold season smells in cars aren't easily detectable vs in summer. So when I went to get in my car recently and it was hot inside, my entire car reeked of cigarette smoke. I called because surely they'd know if the one previous owner smoked in it. They said they didn't know anything about it and that the car had been detailed. Which, it obviously hadn't been because the mats have grime on them as well. At best they did a light vacuum in the car. So now I get to drop 300$ on shampooing the whole inside of my car (: They didn't change the air filter in the glove compartment and they couldn't even be bothered to fill the tank for me when I bought it. You would think that they would give their customers a clean car with a full tank.
