The BEBA and NELSON TOW LIFE TOWING LLC on 19007 US 41 N in Lutz illegally towed my two cars and my neighbors two cars that has parked at the clubhouse with the parking permit tags!!! The tags are literally in RED color and was hanging! Their excused was they didn't see the dang tags!! The manager at the clubhouse was very pissed that this company towed our cars with the parking permit tags on!! The clubhouse manager rushed and went to their towing yard and took pictures of our cars, showing that we had tags on!!!! The towed company didn't even care to go around the front and look at the tags!!! I missed work to wait to get my car towed back because of their unprofessional and illegal work! The clubhouse boss told me that they will NOT do business with them again!!! And I will tell everyone about this and be aware of doing business with them! Owners are crazy, will yell at you after towing your car from your own driveway without leaving a notice or any indication of where your car is. Male owner says female owner is his property so you better watch how you talk to her. Won't take credit cards and will do whatever they can to make the process as painful as possible. needed car transferred to mechanic, they didn't use a dolly and wrecked our vehicle which now needed a new rear diff. I called and was hung up on multiple times as well as called numerous nasty names, Beba the owner does nothing but yell and act like a child. I have multiple text messages where she calls me names and lots of documentation of her poor business. We have seen a lawyer, and we will be taking them to small claims court as they have yet to pay for their damages they caused on our vehicle after their driver admitted his wrong doing and we have 2 videos of the car being picked up and dropped off. I call these people last week on friday to book an appointment from Jeep to Clearwater cause I need to have my rear differential rebuilt. Stephanie asks me what is wrong with the truck I tell her. I tell her we need a flatbed. I ask for as early as possible in the morning to beat traffic. Nope. They are going to be late cause the truck won't start. Okay is what it is. They send this guy Tyson with a repo tow truck. I am like where is the flat bed. Oh we can go back and get it. Why didn't you bring it from the get? They say it should take 20 mins which I knew was bs based on everything so far. I say I want to cancel and will get someone else. He tell me Stephanie wants to speak with me. Talk about a rude trick. I would describe this more as a local towing gang or mafia than a "business." When dispatch was called for an "after-hours pick-up," it was both incredibly short and rudely toned. When they were told we would arrive in about fifteen to twenty minutes, they had already left the lot, neglecting to contact us for an additional thirty minutes. Then, a second short and borderline disrespectful phone call with dispatch. Upon arrival, the "jefa", when asked if they could provide us with a business card, flatly refused and curtly shut their window to continue their phone call. And what sort of "business" only accepts either cash or Zelle, with prices magically fluctuating from their signage, as other reviews have pointed out? At the time, none of their signage matched the online "business" listings or information. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and we have since avoided any business that patronizes this seedy service. Can totally agree with Bobtodd W. they are terriable at customer service I got my car towed, I called and couldn't hear the person on the other side and asked nicely to repeat what she said - I was next to sidewalk and cars where driving by and my phone keep trying to my headset that i forgot to turn off. I never yelled or got upset that they towed my car. The other person just thought that yelling at me would change me from hearing and yelled at me for saying "zelle" wrong and made unsually comment and said "i dont know what accent you got". I know for a fact this is not how you talk to customer no matter how frustrating the customer makes you. They need to work on better customer service/training or have different people who know how to handle themselves in these situation. read more

These people are thieves. They came to my home to service my motorhome. They were told by the person that hired them that he would not pay them because they ruined my tire. I told them that I would pay them anyways and gave them fifty more dollars than they asked for and they acted so grateful, but apparently they were still angry the customer did not pay them and they stole the keys to my motorhome. I have since called the police, but there is little they can do. I would not have hired them myself if I had of seen these reviews. DO NOT HIRE, UNINSURED. I was driving home on Feb 13th when a tire and axle came flying over the median and hit me! After I called the cops, Mary (wife of Nelson the owner) tried to give me $100 cash to try to leave the accident. Of course I said no. After waiting she came up to me again and handed me insurance and left. The insurance was old and false! I have tried calling along with my husband and we get hung up on. The vehicle they were towing was not secured and they even said "the client who gave us this load said it was secure so we drove as is" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS. Someone could have been killed! Also I would like to note that Nelson had his wife and 2 children in the tow truck with him (Mary tried lying to the police officer saying she was not in the truck) these 2 small children were not in car seats and this was a 3 seat tow truck. read more
