First it took two months to see the doctor. On the day of my appointment, front desk called to cancel on me because I didn't provide all of my previous doctors information. HAD I KNOWN, I would have compiled it together, no problem. It was insanely frustrating. She was so rude about it and refused to let me speak with someone else about the process. When I told her I will come to the office to speak with someone else in person, she then threatened to call the police. ANYWAY - finally spoke to Dr Atabong, she was nice. But she botched my account with the state. My local dispensary refused me because I had two accounts on file. When I went to correct this with dr Atabong she saw the issue and said it was fixed but it wasn't and I was still refused a few more times at other dispensaries. Embarrassing and frustrating. Fast forward to one year later to get my card renewed and again was told to wait for two months to see dr Atabong. Just for a renewal. I called elsewhere and was offered a same day appointment over the phone for a lower cost. Interestingly enough front desk called me back later to say she found an appointment for me tomorrow morning....? I just can't. This shouldn't be a stressful process and I've never been more infuriated with any business, retailer, healthcare provider... anything anywhere.

This was a splurge for me, so I made doubly sure this was accurate. It wasn't until after my appointment that they changed their mind and said they would not honor the promotional value of my groupon and I was charged $245 instead! I was sure this was an error and they would honor what I was told before my appointment AND during my appointment. But they will not. I've received numerous emails and calls from Sonya, who just tells me that they don't honor expired Groupons. "That's not our policy" is not an excuse to mislead your customers into adding on services while being dishonest about the cost. I know what I was told by staff. They said my groupon would be honored for the services listed, period. I should pay what I was told the services would cost even if staff gave me incorrect information. A good business practice is being upfront about the cost of services. I can only assume now that this "mistake" was actually intentional. I will take my business elsewhere.
