They know how to do it right, and the team at Repke build personal relationships and foster a positive, connected, and effective personal training family that I look forward to participating in each training day. Before Repke, I was unable to find a fit after trying many trainers and was convinced I just needed to be a "do it myself" guy. Every trainer was too pushy, too cocky, or too unsafe. Repke is different and better. In addition to fostering a connected and energetic community, Louben requires that his team of trainers develop deep physichal therapy medical knowledge, and know how to do advanced muscle balance and be deeply attuned to form and all muscle groups. They build individualized relationships and customized plans for each person, and adjust those plans to your growth and changes over time and day-to-day needs. If you are actively doing something wrong, they step in with care and coach, correting, teaching, and guiding. They meet you where you are at, targeting exercises that hit your needs at your level of fitness, but not pushing you into what you can't yet handle, unlike others. Before Repke when I lacked guidance, I overtrained my upper-body "push" muscles as so many guys do, and between that and bad desk work posture, I developed very tight upper chest and upper cross syndrome. I couldn't reach and touch much of my back, and needed physichal therapy for immobility. With the Repke team, I've developed a personalized plan to undo that tightness and balance push and pull. I can discuss with them feedback from my physical therapist (who they knew because two of them had worked with her in physichal therapy before!!), and they immediately know what small muscle groups to train in addition to large ones and the best and medically most effective *and* safe exercises to use, and how to truly *teach* and *coach* the form to make those exercises work. This has magnified the effectiveness of my ongoing physichal therapy and I feel like I have a comprehensive, personalized, fully invested team. As a former teacher and coach, game recognizes game. I know of nowhere else I could work with a trained Muay Thai coach and fighter who is also a skilled, physichal therapy medical professional (Darius, you are the best!). My parents have been training with Louben and his team for over two months now and I'm seeing very promising results in balance, strength and functionality. I am very pleased with their progress, (given their advanced age), and the fact that Repke Fitness has helped them accomplish that safely. If you research the cost of HCG you'll find the cost is not very different from the cost of their program. After I stumbled onto their doorstep I had my consult and made sure to do my research. It was quite different from anything I could have seen myself doing but nothing I'd done over the years had worked thus far. I'm a 44 year old woman. I'm 5'9 and I weighed 220lbs. I have hypertension. I sleep with a cpap. I take anti-depressants and was diagnosed with a psuedo-tumor. Almost all of my medical issues involved my weight. I was uncomfortable in my skin, weighed the most I'd ever weighed, all of my doctors wanted me to lose 20 to 30lbs. I've known people join programs only to see them gain it back and I didn't want that. I needed to be able to enjoy food and learn how to keep it off. Was I nervous and afraid? Been working out at EIF for just over 5 months. It's been worth every penny. I was once very active…read morein the gym and between having kids, a business or two and some prior health issues I had no shortage of excuses for skipping the gym. So I searched out a trainer and fixed appointments to both keep me motivated and frankly because I knew I'd go if I was paying more than a gym membership. I looked at many options in the area and settled on EIF based on their reputation, individualized process, the others I looked at just seemed to be too cookie cutter and cared less what I wanted from my exercise. Originally I planned on getting in the swing of things and then going back to working out on my own at a monthly gym. I now look forward to working out and plan on continuing with EIF indefinitely. Not only do the trainers keep me pushing as hard as I can but they are knowledgeable and helpful on every subject from form, to diet to helping with injuries and preventing them. Great music combined with awesome fitness & dance moves makes for a fantastic class where you don't feel like you're working out. I drive about an hour every Tuesday just to come to this class. I can't speak on any of the other classes they offer here, but if it's anything like the Zumba class, then you can't go wrong.

Kwame (owner) was the instructor for the class and he is awesome! he immediately recognized i was new and introduced himself personally to me. despite it being a group class, i noticed the individual attention he gave me; helping me with technique and form. at the end of the class he explained some of the membership options and was not a pushy salesman at all! this place has everything you need for an amazing workout and highly recommend!
