The oddest experience I have ever had getting a manicure. Went here because they were open on a Sunday and there are slim to no options with salons open on Sunday. All the tools looked filthy and were not disinfected, the tech just grabbed them from a drawer. The experience just felt dusty, sticky, dirty. She barely did my cuticles and then had me wash my hands and then started painting my nails without even clipping or filing them. I had to stop her and ask if she was going to file my nails. What manicure doesn't shape and file your nails???? The paint job was equally as bad, there was nail polish on my skin that she didn't clean up and then there was an imperfection on another nail so she globbed some more polish on it. All in all, it was a waste and I could have painted my nails better myself. I will definitely never return. Update: two days later and they are chipping. Horrendous. read more

My partner got me a gift certificate to get a manicure and pedicure done for my birthday. I was super excited to come and pamper myself. Well, this experience was just terrible. They were at least friendly, but it took an hour just for my pedi, to which the tech quickly put my socks on for me to "help me", but I'm sure it was to cover all of the mistakes. Then my finger nails...she made me bleed, I have jagged tips, she cut them too short and as more folks came in, she started to rush. I have polish on the sides of my fingers. Then when I handed in the certificate, they told me I owe 10.00 more. I told them my partner asked what it would be for gel and was quoted the price on the certificate. So I was told not to worry about it. I gave a tip, but I didn't want to. My baby shower is Sunday and I'm just hoping the gel off my nails comes off by then. read more

I went to Bebe nails for a manicure yesterday. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked I was in for, and told to look for polish. While looking, I was told 3 times by the same tech where I was sitting and after acknowledging the tech each time, I picked a color from their slim selection that I could settle with. The tech rushed through the manicure, quickly filed (and did not shape) my nails, rubbed lotion on the tops of my hands for about 15 seconds each, and painted them. Not even 6 hours later, the polish was already peeling off and now 24 hours later, 6 of my nails have all peeled off in almost complete laters of polish. I will never go there again and am sorry I did in the first place. read more

We went into this salon for my daughters 10th birthday. They booked it weeks in advance and they still did not have enough workers to accomadate a party of 10. Not to mention they did a horrible job on our nails. My daughter and niece showed a picture of what they wanted her nails to look like and they just globbed some sparkles on and called it a day. My daughters nails started coming off not even 24 hours after. All of her polish has come off her fingers and Some of the shellac on her toe nails have already come off. Half of our party's nails look crappy because they did not take their time. I needed a fill after 3 days both pedicures peeled after a couple of days and after 5 days 4 nails was lifting I went back after the 3 days and they wanted to charge me 16 for a fill! Why?? Me and my sister went to get 2 full acrylic sets. Nothing fancy, regular polish. The workers kept pushing us to get the gel polish "it last longer". We told them no thank you several times, I even told my tech maybe next time because my sister was paying. I get up to wash my hands and she went over to my sister to tell her I wanted the gel and it would be $5 off. When she traded the regular polish for the gel she gave me the wrong color and same with my sister. She rushed thru my nails with minimal filing. As we are paying they charged me the extra $10 for gel with the $5 off, but charged my sister FULL PRICE after FORCING us to get the gel that we absolutely DID NOT WANT! Now it's not even 2 weeks later and I've had 3 nails pop off! I've never ever in my life has acrylic nails come off after a week! So after forcing us to buy the gel polish, my nails are now being held on with super glue. Absolute waste of money, unpleasant service, poor quality nails for what we paid! read more

Went to get my nails done originally at BeBe Nails at George Urban and Union Rds in Cheektowaga, NY. But I was very disappointed when I paid for my wedding party of 5 people to get reg. Manies and Pedies done, they were unprofessional and could care less that I was paying for everyone. Kept trying to raise my price by saying to the other woman to get gel when I was paying. I yelled at them to stop that crap. You give us what I set forth. As it was it cost 250.00 in cash. They did a horrible job. Didnt give people the right colors. Broke a few of my real nails so Id have to pay more. Ladies if your smart you wont go there. A friendly smile they may have but what does it truly cost for you to get that? Smiles are free but if they rope you in with a smile...they will rip you off with bad service and that same smile. Think and remember your the customer if your unhappy shouldnt you deserve better. I went to this salon on a recommendation, looking to get a full set and pedicure. When I arrived, staff were very kind and helped me deicide if I should make the switch to gel or not. Obviously they recommended gel. I started with the pedicure. I asked for the basic, but was talked into the spa one. Only $10 extra, no problems there. The pedicure was great. I was asked if I wanted a design, which I initially declined, but again was talked into. Was not told of it costing any extra money, figured it was included in the spa pedicure. The same lady goes to do my full set. I ask for white tip, gel. It was my first time getting gel so I wasn't sure if the process was any different or if the products used would look a little different. She begins doing a pink and white set on me without asking. I am aware that pink and white always costs more, which is why I only ask for white tip. But she had already put on 4 nails before informing me that she was doing pink and white. Again, with it being my first time of getting gel, I wasn't aware if the product or process would be different. So now as far as I know, the pedicure was $35 and now my full set was $45. Total of $80 was what I was expecting, which was already way more that I wanted to spend. I go to pay and she tells me it's $100. She then informs me that each toe nail design, I got 2 nails done, was $10 each! Unbelievable. But I'm a nice person and still pay it and tip $10 even though I wasn't satisfied and not one nail looked the same at the other when it came to the shape. I should've said something at the time but it was what it was. Within 8 days, I had one nail that began to lift. Within 10 days, every single nail lifted and came off in full. 10 DAYS! I've never had one entire nail come off in 10 days, let alone all 10 nails! I've never even had an entire nail come off in 4 months! Absolutely horrible. I didn't even bother going back since I no longer had the receipt and it was my first time being there so I'm sure they wouldn't remember me being there. Let alone I doubt they would just refund me, they would try to give me a new set but I clearly don't want them doing it. Never again will I go there. read more

So I seen this place was open until 8 so I stopped in right before 7 to get a fill and my eye brows done. After pointing out multiple hairs missed on my eyes brows she finally got it right. Then for my fill, the woman that I guess normally does the nails couldn't be bothered as she was napping in the waxing room. She only got up to do a few things on my nails then laid back down, she clearly was bothered they had customers. She even refused a woman who needed 1 nail fixed at 740. I was never once asked how I wanted my nails shaped and getting a basic design was such an issue for her so I opted not to get it. After my nails were done there was stuff all over my skin surrounding the nail that they were just going to leave on. I have nail polish on some nails from the last time they were done and I have red mixed into the nail that is supposed to be silver. A child would of been able to paint my nails better. When I went to cash out the woman told me $50 dollars and if I hadn't of questioned it I would of been over charged. It was actually only $40 then they tried to act like I got a deal because I didn't get a design... the design I wanted was 3 lines on my middle finger which again she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her so I opted out of it. Now here I am $40 later and extremely unhappy. I would definitely not recommend & after looking at their prices online I was over charged so I will be calling the bank tomorrow. My mom and I went here for a pedicure and we are sorry we did. Walked in and the staff was very friendly asked what we wanted we told them. They then walked us over the the chairs and filled with HOT water we both had to ask for them to add some cold as it was too hot to put our feet in... after we got the water more comfortable they handed me a binder with painted nails to pick a color(the selection of colors was horrible) I picked the best one I could find she rushed threw my pedicure barley doing one at al and then painted my toenails. I couldn't help but notice how thick it was (I do my nails at home all the time so I know that was OLD polish) she did get some on the skin and didn't clean up like other places do but I thought to myself I will just do it when I'm home... I then go sit under the fan and wait... I mean wait for this to dry... 35 mins later it still wasn't dry and paint was on the skin of my toes so I then asked for them to take if off and she said I need to sit longer.. I let her know the nail polish so old it's never going to dry and I don't have all day I just want it off and I will do it myself.. I will NEVER go back there again! They claim that they do the" powder gel dipping "they have three colors?! they're all the same Hue of pink? They acted like no one spoke English- when questioned where the other colors for the powder gel dipping were. ( they don't have other colors because they don't really do the powder gel dipping service they lead you to think that they do- my bad for ever putting up with this crap 3 times in 5 days - do not go here !!!!!!!!!
