I've here many times now and I have been satisfied after every visit. Every time I walk in I get taken care of right away. It's much better than going to the eyebrow places in the mall where you usually have three or four people in front of you! The same lady has done my eyebrows each time and her name is Raj. She gives my eyebrows a nice shape and does not make them too thin like some other places have. She is also very quick and precise. I appreciate this because I find threading to be pretty painful and I like for it to be over quickly. I can walk in and out within 10 minutes at Brow Studio 7. They have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend you get a point and eventually you can earn a free eyebrow threading. It costs $10 to get your brows done which is pretty reasonable. The lady tells me that I should come every two weeks, but I try to go every three weeks. The rewards program tells her the last time I was there. I don't really mind when she mentions it. Overall I'm glad to have found Brow Studio 7 because they do a great job and are very fast. No more waiting 30 minutes to get my brows done at the mall! read more

I stopped in this evening to get my eyebrows threaded. There was an esthetician in the salon who I had not seen before but she did an amazing job. As always, the customer service is great here. They get you in and out. Social distancing is enforced here and hand sanitizer is provided. The estheticians clean in between customers as well. I highly recommend this place. read more

Noticed this place for the first time today. I was on the second floor of the mall. Its location is not as easy as Model Browz, which is right by the DSW entrance. However, this space is larger and more inviting. You walk in, its well lit, has 4 chairs with large mirrors in front of them. Very comfortable waiting area with a couch and lots of comfy chairs. They do a lot more than eyebrow threading - but I was there for that. She did a good job cleaning my brows up, and was fast and efficient. I did have to wait a little while as there were some people who got there before me. They also do full facial threading (sounds painful to me, but I don't have facial hair so am not sure). They do eyebrow tinting and various henna tattoos as well. They offer waxing, although I did not see anywhere that was done behind closed doors, so I'm not sure what kind of waxing they offer. I did not notice any wax either. More than reasonable pricing. Its a chain, but a small one, and I give it the extra star because the environment is pleasant and the prices are right. Groupon led me to this place. Once there Katie put me at ease. My eyelashes look so natural yet so long I don't have to wear mascara. Well worth the money. And although the groupon said I'd have to use the full within two weeks, Katie said it was good as long as I liked, to try to make them last as long as I could. I will do be going back. Groupon brought me here as well. My initial mink lash application was with Kate Durr. She did a marvelous job! I knew I was going to be a life-long eyelash extension kinda girl after that appointment :) Well, I went back for my fill.... 3 weeks later. My lashes still looked pretty good but it was definitely time for a fill. I requested Kate to do my fill, however I was told she no longer worked there. I didn't think anything of it, I followed through with getting my fill. The woman who did my fill, Elizabeth, was terrible. I don't have many eye lash appointment experiences under my belt to compare this one to, but after my appointment concluded I knew right away it was not done by someone who knew what they were doing. Both of my bottom eye lids were glued to my top lids. The technician had to literally rip them apart, causing some of my bottom lashes to get pulled out (which hurts like a mother effer!) I was poked in the eyeball with tweezers. The lashes that were applied were done so with massive amounts of glue; it looks very clumpy. The lashes themselves are glued together to the point that I cannot brush them. Overall, it looks terrible. I do not recommend this place for lashes. I tried to work with Brow Studio 7 to get my lashes fixed and they were not pleasant. They basically did not care that one of their technicians did such a terrible job. They got their money, end of story. No customer service skills. Instead of fighting it, I just decided to go elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASHES!!! GO TO A PROFESSIONAL. read more

I have been going to the owner there for years. Today I got someone else and she butchered my eyebrows... Honestly in 20 years of waxing or threading, I have never had them this uneven/ misshapen... I don't have a lot of hair on my eyebrows to begin with- it will take several months to grow out the patch she ripped out of the middle of eyebrow. I've been going here because it is the closest place nearby that did threading and for the most part they do a good job. Some comments here and there by the staff were sort of rude but I ignored them because they did an ok job and I didn't find another threading place I liked, but this is the second time I got cut, and she didn't even put lotion on it. It doesn't feel worth the 10 bucks. This time I got cut in 3 different spots all at once, and then she gave me some shade about not being here in 4 months according to the reward points (I go to school in Buffalo so I get them done at home). I have been going here for years and happy with the results. Mostly. On a few occasions a girl with dyed and drawn on crazy eyebrows that I never should have trusted with my own, occasionally goes too thin, despite direction not to. Just now, I got this girl again. I had been waiting and there was a line so I went ahead with her. I have been growing out my eyebrows for over a month, to get them back to a natural shape. This girl goes and removes so much of the tail on one side that if you look at me head on, it suddenly looks like I have half an eyebrow. And, as usual wayyyy to thin overall even though I asked only for a clean up of strays. I tell her this isn't what I asked for. And she proceeds to tell me in 7 different ways, with increasing attitude, how I'm mistaken, and then says: "you do a good job, and no one appreciates it" AND ROLLS HER EYES AT ME. I'm furious that not only do I have a terrible botch of a job to live with, but also that I was treated so rudely. I'm very disappointed that after a long and happy relationship with this business I am left with no choice but to withdraw my patronage permanently. read more

This is my second summer getting lashes at Brow Studio 7 and I am incredibly satisfied with Chelsea! She does a fantastic job, is very thorough and it is obvious that she cares about her client's satisfaction. At the beginning of every fill appointment Chelsea cleans and makes sure that my natural lashes are still healthy, which is very important for when I get them removed. She makes sure to inform her clients on good lash care and cleaning. I love how lash extensions make my eyes pop. Definitely a great look for summer! read more

My daughter actually got me to try this "threading" when they were first opening up in the middle of the mall on the lower level just outside of JCP. My daughter is friends with the owner and she happened to see him as we were walking by them...one thing led to another and they convinced me to give it a try. I figured why not my brows needed to get cleaned up anyways and this was complimentary so what did I have to lose. Not knowing what to expect or how it was going to feel...I was a bit nervous but the ever so nice woman I had just kept talking to me as she was threading my brows...it did sting a bit at first but my brows were really bad and she did have her work cut out for her LoL. I was really impressed on how fast it all went...I was even more impressed at how she was able to shape my brows to their natural shape and not missing one single lil hair anywhere. Once she was done and wiped away everything from my brows and put a dab of lotion on them and gave me a mirror to look at my new brows...I was in compete shock at how awesome they looked. I finally had brows that had a nice shape to them that wasn't too thin or too short or made me look like these girls that draw their brows on that even Nike' wouldn't claim them. I was super happy and I knew right then that I'd never get my brows waxed again or plucked again and that Brows Studio 7 was now my go to place. Thanks to Raj I've followed them when they moved from the center area to their 1st store on the lower level...One time my daughter and I were going to get our brows done and their store was closed and my heart literally dropped thinking oh no what am I going to do now? Luckily I spotted a sign saying they moved to their new location on the lower level so we just walked until we found them. Phew we found them next to H&M store. They were at this location for quite some time and then they moved again. This time up to the upper level near Crazy 8's store. They were there for awhile as well. Then they made their big move out of the mall and I'm happy about that. I hated all the walking just for this one place haha. I like this new place...it's on Union Rd. by Sam's Club. So as I said...my daughter turned me onto this and I absolutely LOVE this place. I've been going there for I think about 6 yrs now and I only see Raj. She is the BEST!!! I have gone there and if Raj is not there I will come back the next day when she will be there...I don't let anyone but Raj do my brows. I highly recommend this place and when you do go make sure you ask for Raj and only Raj. You'll LOVE your brows when she's done. I know I do read more
