I decided to come to BEBE NAILS with my daughter because they are open late on Sundays and I'm so glad we did! Very impressed with the treatment given to my daughter, usually techs rush through her pedicures, but not here! We were treated with respect and appreciation, I will definitely be back for my next pedi! Very friendly atmosphere!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I took my niece to get her nails fixed to another salon in the same plaza & was turned away saying they could not fix or remove her nails. (Bad fill) As we were navigating around the construction in the parking lot, we saw another sign & decided to give them a shot. BEST decision ever. We were greeted & after telling them what happened they immediately gave us the royal treatment. I've never felt more comfortable in a salon & would recommend Holly & Nick to everyone. They were both amazing, friendly, & had us in & out within an hour. They were able to remove her nails very easily, & got her a fresh set to start her school year. Compared to other salons, their prices were also pretty great. We both had our current set removed, she got her acrylics, & I did the dip all totaling only $100. They have water & other drinks available also to make sure their customers don't overheat. Overall amazing experience & we will definitely be returning.

This was unfortunately a terrible experience. Not only did they lack the ability to give us the nails we wanted, they were rude as well. Two different techs called both my friend and I fat saying "I can tell you like to eat". Nails didn't even touch the root of the nail and they left my friend with nails she didn't even want. This was incredibly disappointing seeing the results and the insane charge. $70 for French tips that lack and $55 for half done nails. We will not be going here again :(

Let me take a moment to express my First Amendment right of 'free speech': Shout out to the nail salon that charged me $45 for an incomplete fill that broke in a day! I don't know what's better, the fact that they lied about their prices and tried handing me a price sheet for a different nail salon after the services were partially done, said and tried charging me for this FILL set as $85 (infamous hidden/added fees for length- completed at a different salon a week prior, because again this is only a FILL, fixing two broken nail-the tech had broken/cut off two other ones because she didn't want go do the work of filing and tried charging me $5+ each-$20 total) none of their prices are listed anywhere visible and again when they finally did show me the prices sheet, the price sheet they did provide me was for another salon completely. Oh, and my absolute favorite part was when they called police on me and lied saying that I was acting irate so they were 4 officers deep because I refuse to pay $85. Mind you, my 11 and 7 year old were with me and I'm former LE. I patiently waited for police to show up and asked repeatedly that I'd be allowed to pay the agreed price for the service ($45 stated on the phone) I had received since I had to leave and get my daughters from daycare and was going to pre-pay and come back to complete the service, but now I just wanted to leave. That would mean I'd only pay for the completed fill, which included no filing and no polish. Let's just say things did not go that way, and nail staff lied to police, made/wrote up a fake receipt and refused to show the price listings of what they provided me or admit what they stated on the phone. Thankfully, I was very much prepared for this scam, and had recorded both their statements and video recorded her forgery. They still want to pursue charges for theft of services even though I did not leave the store and I continuously said that I did not want to leave without paying, but would not pay the astronomical made up price. After a fun little debate with police, to the probable cause threshold of charging me that when I wasn't actually refusing to pay, and much back-and-forth debate with the nail staff that went from allegedly being $85 then $86 to $60 to finally $45, even though the listed price for a regular fill, since I didn't actually get the gel done was $35. I paid $45 and left a hour after when I was supposed to have left to get my daughters. Oh in case you weren't following I went to 'Bebe Nail and Spa', the priceless sheet they provided me was for 'Quality Nail and Spa' in Tempe, and they charged me under the business name on the receipt of 'Linh Nail and Spa'. It's all the same place. Summary is if you want it over pay for shit service and then get the police called on you- and threaten by PD to get charges pressed on you and put in handcuffs in front of your children, then this is definitely the place to go!

Horrible experience!!!! Terrible work and super overpriced! My nails look so ugly I want to cry. My toe nail was cut diagonally and they didn't even fix it. Needless to say I won't be going back if I could give negative stars I would

My manicure pedicure cost 83 dollars!! To look like this after 6 days. The gel polish that you pay extra for because "it lasts longer" FAILED!! It began peeling actually on Friday after I got them done on Tuesday I just really tried to keep them salvaged at least until my vacation was over on Sunday...The pinky toe on my foot (no picture) is also halfway peeled off too & I haven't even worn tennis shoes... Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Went yesterday after work I actually called when I was about 5 minutes away specifically asked if she had time for a pedicure and polish change she in return said yes, when get there I asked for a polish change and pedicure. I asked for my hand nails to be cleaned up and polish change i got the vibe it was asking to much she kept telling next time you come I do for you which made me question then assuming I was gonna get my pedicure nope she changed my polish did one color purple then came back and painted over the gel polish with another brighter color and just absolutely ridiculous, very sloppy looking poor service and will never return or recommend I spent to much money for this horrible service. And she had no problem charging me 58.00 dollars I commented and for nothing.
