This place sucks. They had 3 people work on my toes.first, I waited in the water bowl for 32 minutes with the filter Broken. One of them tried to fix it, it broke again and then she looked and me and laughed. The cover kept getting suck in it, so they just stopped the filter and my water was cold. They put the wrong color on because between the 3 people they told each other the wrong color. When I told the 2nd girl it was wrong, she rolled her eyes at me and was mad she had to take it off one toe and redo the color. Then she was painting and was doing so bad. There were multiple spots that was darker or missing polish. The third girl came and took over and fixed it and did a way better job. I will not be coming back here! Not the nicest place, but charge some of the highest prices. Do not recommend. Had a terrible experience while I was trying to relax. read more

Their gel pedicures are $48. A regular is $28. They charge $20 for gel top coat fyi I went on a limb cause my normal place was super busy. I never paid over $90 for my fills and pedicures with tip included with amazing service. I told them I'll be passing on the fill because that price was crazy. I ended up getting regular polish which I destroyed very quickly and will be going back to my spot for a gel top coat. read more

I made an appointment to get a full set of gel at 6:15 for a wedding I was invited to last minute for the next day. I told the lady I didn't get off till 6 and would be right over. I arrived at 6:17 and seen people getting in their cars and driving off. I went to go inside and the doors were locked!!! They closed early and took off even when they seen me pulling up and try to go in!!!! Wow!! If I knew this place was going to be so shady I would've made an appointment somewhere else. The gel on my nails is already coming off and half the nail did not get painted. When she filled them I don't think she fully did my whole nail because hairs are getting caught underneath them. I asked to do a powder dip and the lady just added one layer of product and then filed away all of it I had previously gotten glitter on my ring fingers she didn't remove any of the old glitter and you can see the glitter through the new color she did the process in less then 30 min and she did not want to refund my money and said I picked on her the photos attached say what type of work the do . I go to this place with my mom when I am in town and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. We love getting pedicures here.

I really like this salon. Call ahead for an appointment slot, they can get busy! I called this morning was told to come right in and my chair was ready to go. I see Tammy, who does a very nice gel pedicure. They use liners in their pedicure bowls, which I personally prefer. The best pedicure I have found in the area. read more

I recently have moved to Mesa, and decided to try a new place, so I came here because it was behind my house and convenient. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a "what you want". I then sat down in a chair and a lady came up I let her know what I wanted, which was just one plain color of gel. She told me it was going to be 24 dollars, and though I felt it was a little pricey, I still agreed to proceed. The woman who did my nails was pushy and proceeded to get up and take quick breaks while doing my nails. I understand nail shops owned by Asians tend to talk in their own language, but this place was over the top, and I 100% felt like they were talking shit about me, just by the looks they were giving me. The lady did a good job on my nails and my nails looked nice but For the price they charge; their customer service doesn't match. I wouldn't go back to this place. read more

I never really leave reviews but I had to this time. I had a busy day and had an event to go to later today I found this place right by where I was so I came in for a pedicure. They weren't busy at all there were two customers in here when I came in. Soon as I walked in they all just stared until one of them asked "what you want" I said pedicure then very rudely proceeded to tell me to sit down. Sometime went by and was finally asked to take a sit on the chair for them to begin my pedicure. No one asked the type of pedicure I wanted the lady just yelped "what color" I said white and assumed I wanted gel. All she did was cut my nails really short and filled them super thin after i repeatedly asked her not to. The gave me a 30 sec lotion rub I wouldn't call it a massage and a quick scrubbing of the bottom of my feet. The whole thing took under 15 mins most of which constituted of me sitting as I watched her jump from me to the customer next to me and back. She gave me a basic pedicure and never offered the menu or asked the type of service I preferred. I felt super rushed out the door. My nails were crooked and some were longer than others. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I was so frustrated and annoyed by the whole experience I will never come back. The customer service was the most absolute shit! read more

This is my second time coming here. The first time was great! But this second time was awful. Not so much the service though. The service was awesome. They just did a horrendous job on my nails. Not only did they not shape them the way I asked but also 4 days ago I got them done the next day 2 broke. So I went back in to get it fixed ( they didn't charge me which was amazing.) And just tonight ANOTHER one broke. Work is super hard for me to get off, and I work everyday from 8am to 11ishpm. So I'm not able to stop by and get it fixed real quick. When I get my nails done I hope that they will last me the 2 weeks they're supposed to so I don't have to go 2 weeks with only 9 of 8 nails. Call me petty or privileged I don't care. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Okay So, every time I come here with my mom to get her nails done, the main lady who works here always has a nasty attitude towards her customers. Recently we came in asking for a set of acrylics and she sits us down and was trying to give my mom something that my mom did not want that was over our budget. I asked her " you're doing the set of acrylic right?" And she said yes and proceeded to continue doing what we didn't ask for and I called her out again that we just wanted a nail set of acrylics not set of gel and she gets mad and gives us an attitude and said that we asked for gel set when I have told her several times we wanted a set of acrylic nails. So at this point the lady didn't want to continue with doing a set of acrylic nails on my mom so my mom got frustrated cause the lady basically yelled at us and gave us attitude and doesn't want to just do what we wanted so we left leaving her with $5 that we didn't even want to give her for her nasty attitude. read more

If I could give this place negatives stars I would. The services they provide are pathetic. I've went her MANY times because it is closely located to my home. It has failed to impress me on each occasion. The multiple times I've had my eye brows done I was left looking like a clown. Don't get me wrong she did a wonderful job shaping them just how I grow them however I'm not sure what she did with the wax. I was sore for days. Speaking of pain, the time I had my acrylics done. The false nails were placed inappropriately making 3 of my nails face a different direction. When having them removed....SHE RIPPED THEM OFF. Im not kidding! She put another fake nail under to lift them up slightly, then ripped them off. After the third one, I asked her to stop. It started bleeding because she ripped my real nails off. Then she poured alcohol straight on them to sterilize it. I was SO angry! She could have given me a warning. From there she had to super glue my real nail to my skin so it would stay down. Just pathetic right? Now that Ive discovered threading, I will never have my eyebrows waxed again. And as far as nails...I will be doing my own until I find a salon that meets my expectations! read more

I've been going to this nail salon since we moved into this neighborhood 4 years ago. Getting a gel mani is a rare treat for me and I only get to do it 3 or 4 times a year. I went in a week ago without an appt, which I normally don't do but I've been very busy getting ready for a family wedding and forgot to make an appt the previous day. When I walked in every person working there stopped what they were doing to glare at me. One of them asked me what I needed, which WAS a gel mani and an eyebrow wax (but I decided to not push my luck and ask for the wax). Some of them continued to stare me down, and a couple of them starting talking loudly back and forth in another language. They told me I'd have to wait a half hour, but a second later they sent me to a girl sitting way back at the last station. While she worked on me she reminded me twice that I need an appt before I come. To add insult to injury, my gels didn't last a full week-I will not be back!!!! read more

Good prices, and if I ever have a problem with the way my nails or toes look all I have to do is speak up and they fix it immediately. I went to this salon at the last minute because I could not get into my regular salon. When I got out of my car, I could smell whatever cleaning fluid that they used before I even entered the building. The station that I sat at wasn't clean, and none of her tools were kept in the disinfectant. She kept them in a plastic carrying case. She nicked my cuticles and caused them to bleed. She didn't apologize or attempt to clean them with alcohol. I will never return. read more
