I was in town over the weekend for a wedding and decided to get my nails filled since i had all afternoon until the wedding and nothing to do. The shop is small and there were only two ladies working, but again this is Poulsbo so that could be the norm around here. The lady that did my nails was super quiet and barely spoke a word to me, while the lady next to us chatted away to her customer. I could tell that the customer was a local and a regular. This didnt bother, me just pointing out that I liked how the regular customer was treated, and I got the impression my girl was just really shy and not very talkative. This lady did the absolute BEST on my nails! I absolutely LOVE how they turned out, and i have gotten lots of compliments. Im just slightly annoyed because I live no where near Poulsbo so I probably won't go back. Just my luck! Why can't i find a salon like this near where I actually live! Anyway, do yourself a favor and get your nails done here. If you get the quiet one, don't worry. She doesnt talk much but you will love your nails. Also appointments are not required but the shop is pretty small so i recommend it. They had to turn a couple people away because they didnt quite have the man power ;-) read more

Their web menu lists a Deluxe spa pedicure. When i asked about the mango citrus scrub..they responded no do not offer deluxe spa treatment. Their vibe was low. No offer of any beverage of any kind. All around would not recommend to anyone. read more

Very sweet and friendly staff. I've been there twice, and both times I've walked away happy. I've gotten gel polish both times. They removed the polish by hand, and not by drills. They did a very nice job shaping and filing, and they've done a great job polishing. This second time, I got an avocado hand painted on one of my nails, and she did a great job, for being her first time. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Minimal customer service. Paid $30 for a gel "manicure" which entailed a 30 second soak in cold water before a hasty (subpar) cuticle cutting. She didn't say one word to me the whole time, which only took her 15 min seeing as all she did was paint my nails really quick. The top (cuticle) line of polish was very uneven, and there was excess polish all over my fingers. She didn't try to file off the excess or free my skin from its now attached position to my under nail area. I had to go home and re-file my own nails and remove as much excess polish off my skin as I could. She didn't even put lotion of my hands afterwards. I have relatively simple standards when it comes to manicures and pedicures...just do it right, I should NEVER have to leave a salon and go to to fix what I paid to have someone ("professional") do. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! How do I not write a book here? Allow me to summarize with bullets: *I was told I was wrong when I said I wanted my acrylics taken off and redone. They said I just needed a fill, even though I could see light through the french tips already and knew I would be out of town for 2 weeks. I later learned the employees both wanted to close up shop early. *I was asked to allow my appointment to be interrupted (after they already started) for someone they knew who came in on their lunch break. *I was called to a salon table with another woman who just walked in so the technician could work on both of our hands alternately. *The tech continued to respond to repeated texts on her phone, conversations with the other employee in another language and the other two customers about what THEY wanted done when she finished working on my hands. *Although one of the employees told me they "don't do" nail art, the lunch break customer discussed in great detail and over my head the fireworks paint job she wanted done on her nails while the employee was working on my nails. *I finally told them I was done with the nonsense and was leaving, and yet I was charged $20 for UNFINISHED acrylics! I highly recommend Longworth Studio in downtown Poulsbo, because I ended up going there later in the day and Kerry totally fixed my hands so they would keep looking good during a 2-week trip. She was professional, entrepreneurial and, let me tell you; it was a breath of fresh air to experience that as well as someone who could communicate with me clearly in MY language and treat me like it mattered to her that I was there! read more

I had my nails done here a couple weeks ago. After having them done at the store in walmart (which I had always had no problems with until now), they had done a terrible job so I wanted to get them fixed. My mom and I went here and they did a GREAT job. It was such a relief to have my nails look like I wanted. They were shaped well, not too thick, and she was patient with my multiple questions about what she was doing (only because of my previous experience the week before). The only thing that bothered me was that she stopped in the middle of doing my nails to check her phone for a message or a game or something. I can understand if she has kids and needs to be available in case of emergency- but for a text? That really annoyed me. I didn't really want to wait for her to get done looking at her phone- I wanted my nails done so I could go. Aside from that, she did a great job on my nails. I've got to shell out for fills every other week and the "spa" experience gets old, time consuming, and expensive. Owner Ly Truc is very friendly, her place welcomes kids, and is casual come as you are. This is the place where a lot of Poulsbo city business gets done too. We didn't have an appointment, but we weren't getting anything tedious done..two nail paintings, one with a design. My daughter wanted stars painted on. When I told the tech she passed me a basket of nail stickers that you can buy at rite aid. We looked through them while waiting and weren't impressed. The tech was working on an obvious regular and I saw she was hand painting designs on her, so I asked if my daughter could have a hand painted design and she was clearly annoyed. Once we sat down I started explaining what I wanted and the tech started text messaging, she continued for about 5 minutes...umm ok. Overall rushed and meh paint job. Won't return. read more

Horrible service. My nails got cut too short without asking me the length I prefer. I wear acrylics a lot and know what I enjoy, I only went here as a walk-in needing to feel good and relax. In the long run, I was dissatisfied for $30. I have had my nails done at WALMART before and they were FAR better!!! Please do not go here. Today I had extra time and I needed my nails done.. My own nails. I have never had a manicure so I thought I would try it out. I called and they could fit me in within the next 15 minutes, great! I was at my coffee shop across the road from them.. I went in, had a manucure and paint.. Wow, I must say, I was a bit worried because I never had this done bfore, but the gal who took care of me (the owners daughter) was amazing! Nothing hurt, she was a total professional and my nails turned out great! I will be going back and I think I am going to try a pedicure too!! I would highly reccomend Bebe Nails! Literally so terrible, customer service was so bad. The lady kept talking to the other and stopped doing my nails and I sat there waiting. I got acrylics and the acrylic doesn't cover my whole nail. Paint job is sloppy, there was a younger woman talking about inappropriate things. Overall I'm not impressed and they will not be getting my service again. read more

Rebecca A is right! $30 for poor customer service and less than mediocre work...if I tell a pedicurist she's hurting me in no uncertain terms (1st time I've had to do so with many pedicures under my belt) I don't expect to be told I'll get an infection because they haven't cleaned that part of my toe....if they break the skin, aren't infections even more likely? I only go in to have my toenails polished - but I think they do a great job. Always accommodating, even with no appointment. Always friendly. And the polish lasts way longer than it does when I've had it done at other, more expensive places. read more

WAY overpriced and my nails look TERRIBLE. I am pissed. I had a hard time even communicating with the person working on my nails and they ended up looking really bad. The acrylics are way wider then my actually nail bed and the paint job was bad too. read more
