    Fusion Crispy Chicken Sub
    Mike C.

This place has really great food, I got the fusion style crispy chicken sub, which I highly recommend. My friends got various bowls and burritos, but everyone was very satisfied. The employees are awesome and quite speedy. The atmosphere is laid back and causal, so it's a great place for a quick bite.

FOOD We ordered their single gogi burger, the spicy gogi burger, and the cheese fries. They were pretty good, especially the cheese pull for the fries, and the burgers were smaller than I last remembered them being. The spicy gogi burger was well-marinated and juicy, but the regular gogi burger was drier and less marinated/juicy than before. Sadly have to downgrade my previous 5-star rating to 3 due to the dip in quality. DRINKS They have various soft drinks available for purchase. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly. Reservations can also be made if desired for larger groups. AMBIANCE There's ample seating available inside the store (tables of 2, 4, 8, etc.). PARKING Ample parking is available on front of the store that is shared with neighboring vendors (99 Ranch, Rita's, etc.).

$30 for two burgers and fries. Long wait but food comes out freshly made for each order. Tastes okay but the double burger doesn't look like the pictures at all and way substantially smaller so we are leaving hungry. Bring cash because there's a 4% service charge for credit card.

As a Korean American who loves Korean and Mexican food I'm a bit perplexed on some of the flavors going on here. The spicy burger seasoning reminds me a little bit of sloppy joes possibly if you've had chopped cheese from NYC you would also know what I'm referring to with warm spices like cumin. I did enjoy the crispy chicken. It reminded more of orange chicken than anything Korean. Even though the flavors aren't the me I still think others would enjoy it. Try it out for yourself!

So happy we decided to try Bebop, everything was delicious. I plan to go back to try more, so many options. Service was great, and friendly. Ordered at counter and food bought to the table by server. Not a very big place but a few tables for dining in and the place is nice and clean.

The food was good, very filling! Small place with a lot to give. Will be back to try more of their stuff. The menu is a bit confusing and that's the only thing but the person does explain it and the options and very nice.

Walking in at a time when it wasnt busy was nice! i can see its not a huge space but good for dates or just getting together. The drink options are wide with bottled sodas and the typical soft drink fountain. Worker really seemed to care about our experience. I love the mexican fries but will be spicy if you dont have a spice tolerance. Crispy chicken sandwich was alittle saucy so barely enjoyable at the end but i loved the flavors and wouldnt mind getting it again with a small request for less sauce but thats a personal preference. Id come back to try more menu items. left satisfied

@bebopkoreanmexicangrill Carne burger w/fried egg: The flavour of the burger was so unique and a solid 10/10, I even bought a 2nd one to-go for later a MUST try. Crispy spicy chicken sando: A classic Crispy chicken sandwich with a little spicy bite and great flavour. Crispy chicken rice bowl: Great classic bowl but with crunchy Korean style chicken, which I haven't seen before. Loaded fried w/shrimp: You'd never think shrimp on fries would be so good but it was super tasty! Churros: We tried the OG & the strawberry *which was my fav!* the fruity/caramel-y flavour came together so well. Jarritos: Tamarindo & fruit punch Classic bevvies that can do no wrong. Overall, it is a cool fusion restaurant with great casual vibes offering unique and tasty items. - SpicyAivy

Food was a mixed bag. We started with the yuk hae and mandu, which were solid but not particularly memorable. A note for the mandu was that it came out soggy and sat in water which was a bit disappointing for the price point. The meat quality was excellent though, with great marbling throughout the meal. The banchan leaned lighter in seasoning than I'm used to, but the broccoli and marinated quail eggs were standouts. I also appreciated the variety of salts served alongside the meats. My favorite was the volcanic salt! Service was where things fell short. We felt rushed or almost transaction for most of the meal, and it seemed like closing duties took priority over the guest experience. Tea refills took a while, banchan refills had to be requested multiple times, and there wasn't much guidance throughout the grilling experience. We had to ask what cuts we were eating and what each salt was. At this price point, I expect a little more storytelling and attention to detail. The grill also ran extremely hot, making it easy for some cuts to cook past our preferred temperature and constant smoke blew into the middle seat's face. A few tips: don't wear your nicest clothes because the ventilation isn't on the same level as Seoul Prime or Ingle. Make a reservation if you want a grill table, and don't be afraid to ask for banchan refills!! Would I come back for Korean BBQ? Probably not. I'd personally choose Seoul Prime or Ingle. That said, I saw several main dishes that looked promising, and I'd be open to giving the restaurant another shot. The foundation is there, but for the price and the hype, I think the overall experience needs a bit more refinement.

Unlike other KBBQ spots, it's not AYCE. Instead, you order combos or a la carte meats, which highlights the quality of what you're getting! For our meal, we ordered a feast of the Chosun Hwaro Combo (Medium), Baekdusan bulgogi, japchae, and bibim naengmyun. The meat quality here is extremely PREMIUM and every bite was super juicy, tender, and packed with flavor! I cannot stop thinking about the Baekdusan bulgogi because it was truly a savory MEAT MOUNTAIN. Our kind server gave us a pro tip to mix the sauce with rice. That completely changed the dish for me! The sauce soaking into the rice made it unbelievably rich and satisfying. I loved that the combos come with steamed egg and soybean paste stew, which were comforting sides alongside all the grilled meat and ban chan (kimchi, radish, etc) already at the table. As for my noodle dishes, I usually never order japchae, but I did and this one ended up being the best japchae of my life. It was PACKED with so many flavorful meat and vegetable toppings. To finish the meal, we got bibim naengmyun, which is my favorite Korean cold noodle dish. It was so refreshing, chewy, and the perfect way to balance out all the grilled meats. Between the amazing high-quality meats, entrees, and thoughtful service, Chosun Hwaro was a memorable meal and definitely a spot I'd return to whenever I'm craving delicious Korean BBQ in Virginia!!

What feels like a hidden gem serves some of the best Korean cooking I've tasted. The bossam was incredibly aromatic and came with a massive portion of fresh kimchi that was cut tableside, making for a fun dining experience. Together, it was more than enough to satisfy two hungry diners. The banchan selection was equally impressive and paired beautifully with the meal. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and welcoming, while the service felt warm, genuine, and comforting, almost like dining in someone's home. My only suggestion would be to offer a more fermented kimchi option as a side dish. All of the kimchi we tried was very fresh, and I personally would have loved a tangier, more developed flavor. AL TANG - 19.99 Super savory with lots of "sea sweetness" and umami, this stew was rich and piping hot upon arrival. I've never had al tang before, but have heard great things about it. Unfortunately, I didn't love the texture of fish roe (kind of reminded me of the texture of cooked chicken lungs). By the end of the stew, I thought it was too salty, so I didn't end up finishing it. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, but I probably won't get it again. My friend got the mackerel which he loved. I'll look forward to other items on the menu next time.
