I had an orthodontic emergency where my permanent retainer broke, and there was exposed sharp metal in my mouth. I was not originally a patient with Chan & Chen Orthodontics but they still took me right away. I called many other orthodontics offices, and nobody else could take me that day. It was the Friday before a 3 day weekend, and I was very scared I'd have to go the whole weekend with the sharp metal in my mouth. Chan & Chen Orthodontics fixed my permanent retainer quickly and did a great job, for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business.

Lindgren falsely claimed I cursed his staff, which is completely untrue. If I had, I would ask him to specify exactly what was said and to whom. I urge him to do the right thing. John Lindgren and his wife, both highly educated and quick to defend themselves, seem skilled at deflecting criticism rather than addressing the real issues at hand. Problem is that no other Mass Health authorized orthodontist will accept a transfer on a patient that has had completed phase one elsewhere. Rather than honoring his obligation completing the work for all Mass Health patients, and not accepting any new patients under that program, he essentially did the "easy" part of the work and took the payment then ducked out before doing the main work. This has left us faced with having the work completed with another orthodontist and not covered by insurance something he was aware of when accepting her as a patient.
