The staff stated he had peed all over himself, and that she was not going to use her hundred dollar blades on a dog that has peed all over himself. They are very thorough with their guidelines but it's only to protect your dogs from choking on small things such as toys or treats. My GSD was known to have behaviors such as fear aggression and separation anxiety but their staff made him feel very welcome. I brought him in muzzled the first time to meet the place as I feared he would bit the staff, however, they requested I didn't muzzle him on his first time staying. To my surprise, not only did he not bite any of the staff, but he would also let himself be pet by all the care takers and play with them. I'm truly thankful for these guys.
