She scheduled all my appointments for the remaining of the year AND the upcoming year in addition to this, she contacted other groomers to let them know I was "HER" client. Interesting! She appears very insecure or intimidated by other mobile groomers. UNFORTUNATELY, for me her mobile van motor was TOO loud.... a deal breaker. After, my neighbors complained to the association about the continuous (2 hour) noise I had to let her go. Even though she's very busy and dealing with constraints related to covid guidelines, she was responsive and helpful in setting up my first appointment. I was happy to have a 6AM (6AM!) appointment just to get on the schedule. Her price was very reasonable for a mobile service and the time she took with my pup. She texted me her ETA and was exactly on time. I was VERY nervous because I've gone to the same grooming salon for 7 years and have a very anxious terrier mutt. It took him years to build up trust with his groomer, but because of the pandemic he had gone nearly eight months without a haircut or nail trim. It was emergency-level for both of us! Beck answered all my questions and demonstrated unique knowledge about grooming techniques and the terrier breed. WOW. We had such a great experience with Beck's. Our Pomeranian sascha has been getting shaved at our usual groomer in LA, who never told us the damage that kind of cutting can do to her double layered fur. As a result she had a lot of matting even though I brush her regularly. Beck got rid of every tiny snag and made her fur feel like new!
