After first visiting last summer, I won't go anywhere else for my hair needs! Been in a couple times to Helena for a cut + style, and she is amazing. She's super helpful in figuring out what I'm going for based on the pics I bring in, as well as super fun and sweet to work with. This review is for Brandi. Who did an amazing job on my hair! I left feeling so beautiful like a different person. She was so sweet and PROfessional and very fun to talk to... The whole process took about 4-5 hours but, it was worth it because I had dark hair. I kept getting COMPLIMENTS from all my piano students, family and friends... I never thought my hair could look this sexy! It felt so light and fluffy afterwards. She really took her time and showed a lot of PASSION in her work which is why I'm happy to take the time to write her a nice review... She is definitely the front runner of the salon and this salon was a hidden gem located between ROSS and KOHLS... I highly recommend Brandi! She will also GUIDE you on what products to use to keep your hair healthy before and after the appointment. Monroe gave me a shoulder-length layered cut today and I love it! She put in some beachy waves that are perfect for summer (and that I can't stop staring at ). I love this place and will never sway away! I get my haircuts done by Treena and my coloring done by Halee! I love the both of them and trust them with my hair. I've been going to them for almost three years now. I used to live in DTLA and would drive the 2 hour drive to them to get my hair done. Very expensive prices for a stylist (Halee Rivera) that struggled with highlights and toner. Paid $375 my hair is fried and my shirt was ruined with bleach. I did not get what I asked for. It's hard to know if someone is going to be good or not and I feel like I was tricked into believing I was in good hands by the trendy salon atmosphere and high end pricing. No breakdown or receipt for services and was charged a $50 deposit at booking. Not worth it and just want to save others from making an expensive mistake. read more

Brittany Sabio is amazing - very kind, great with blondes, really listens and gets it right the first time. I've had some bad experiences and was nervous coming in, I didn't want to pay $300+ to have my hair end up being something I hated (which had happened recently). I had my eye on Buffalo Co. Salon and Barber before they opened their doors. As a fan of Vail Ranch Headquarters due to it's diverse group of offerings, weekend events and markets, almost all the businesses here are just unique and offer something a little different. My husband and I have been going to the same stylist for years. We have wanted to switch sometimes but we are loyal customers. So, I went to Buffalo Co. for a consult for hair extensions and a special shave for my husband (both things our current stylist does not offer). I initially fell in love with the wild, out west decor and retail offerings. The receptionist was friendly and organized. Upon entry, they will see if you would like a beverage, and they carry local Temecula coffee (The Press, my favorite), and local wine and craft beer. I met with Michelle, who was very accommodating and really assessed what would be best for me in regard to hair extensions. Due to upkeep and my busy schedule, we settled with the idea that a Halo would be a solid choice. A local Californian creation! Although, Michelle and colleagues have tried them and worn them, they did not have any to try on-site, but she was willing to order one for me. CRUSHED IT! After moving from San Diego to Temecula it has been tough find a new barber. I had previously gone to Lefty's for years and I have been hopping around different spots in Temecula for the last few months. Whether it was the cut, the vibe or customer service I just wasn't in feeling it until today. Travis the owner was such an ambassador of Temecula (straight up good dude) and I could not be happier with my haircut. Getting used to having money (hurrah for a steady career!) by spending a little money on myself by going to a high end salon. The aesthetics, more than any other single factor, are what drew me here with crisp, unexpected lines and a wonderful mix media approach to design, they have a warm rustic industrial space with touches the old west dusted by polished finishes. It's a PRETTY place. Big, open windows show nothing but sky and tree tops making for excellent photo opportunities. What keeps me coming back, though, is the truly warm welcome I get when I come in. Monroe was incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, and talked me through every step she went through. She was very thorough with asking me questions and making sure I was comfortable. I am very particular about who cuts my hair (thanks to a few bad experiences in the past) and tend to spend probably too much time researching for someone I think I will be able to trust to do what I want. I am so glad that I came across this salon. I also found them on Instagram and was able to go through a variety of different haircuts done by their stylists. TREENA, girl! I left feeling good yesterday after noticing how much attention to practically every hair on my head was being given. I received a "lob" and I'm always in fear that it will turn out uneven as it has in the past. Treena gave me exactly what I wanted and even styled it very simply, yet beautifully, before I left. I'm pretty upset with my 55$ haircut that falls into the category of a super cuts 15$ deal. I was told $35 over the phone, turned out with my short hair and no wash to be 55$... SO bummed because I was anticipating a great experience. Made an appt for a same-day blow-out and was told Jacob could squeeze me in. I expressed concern at that point because I wanted to have a good experience and when I hear that I'm being wedged in, it could go either way. Bottom line is that I showed up, waited (and waited, and waited) and walked out after 30 min. Jacob really couldn't squeeze me in. When I indicated I couldn't wait any longer I got a hollow "sorry" before I left. Equal parts mad and sad and still in need of a blow-out! UPDATE: Received a call from the owner apologizing. I visited this salon today and was glad I did. I came in the morning as a walk in and was seen within 30 minutes by the next available stylist, Treena. She was friendly and after listening to what I wanted along with her suggestions, ended up doing a lovely job on my hair. The salon itself was nicely decorated and clean, it very much fit the design of the plaza and surrounding shops. The atmosphere was unlike other salons with the music blasting and the lights illuminating every pore on your face, instead it was naturally lit and overall relaxing.
