I recently shaped/tinted my eyebrows and the process was very smooth. It took about 1hr and 15 minutes but it can vary by person. All worth it though because my brows look booombbb. Now in terms of appointments, in order to make it fair for all her clients & maintain good availability, she only opens up her calendar 2 weeks at a time. Make sure to tune into her instagram @marisabel.beauty to find out when appointments will open up, although its typically every other Friday at 9pm. Note you should also be prepared to pay the full service fee after booking in order to confirm your appointment. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Even applying the aloe felt harsh and irritated my skin. To make matters worse, she left wax residue on my face and, once my eyebrows were finished, immediately walked back to the register without checking the results or providing any customer care. The service felt rushed, impersonal, and careless. I've been to many eyebrow salons, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had.
