As an experienced waxer... Don't come here for a Brazilian unless you want to be rushed during undressing and re-dressing, have the same cloth strip used over the ENTIRE area (ew), and break out in huge whiteheads after. Their "sensitive" wax is more expensive and a total misnomer. Waxing was not painful because it didn't remove the waxy cuticle of the hair under the skin... thus clogging the pores and triggering irritation and breakout. The pain came after when I got home as my skin was taut, red, and sensitive. I couldn't even run water over it without pain. I had also asked for a triangle/landing strip to be left and was left with an unsightly blob. Kinda felt like she was out of her element with that request and did it badly on purpose. read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They literally messed up my eyes. NEVER COME HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS! First they will burn your eyes completely with eyelash remover. Next they will put really cheap extensions on your eyes with terrible glue. Not only is it terrible but it's thick and clumpy. The point of eyelash extensions is to have close to natural looking eyes and this stuff makes them look completely false and tacky. Besides it looking not great it feels awful. I can't blink without pain and my lashes are completely weighing down my eyelids. My friend thought I put fake eyelashes on from cvs and I told her I got them done and paid $63.
