This place is very inconsistent. I have been here a handful of times and have had mixed experiences, some good some very bad. It seems they do not have a fixed staff (besides the lady that charges) so the chances are that the lady who did your eye brows that time that was really great, wont be there the next time you come back.

The room that they took me in looked unkept, which didn't bother me since this was a quick service. It's just the lack of care for your clients to be double dipping.

This place is clean and the person (Lovely) who did my eyebrows was super delicate with my face. Which helps a LOT when a thread is pulling out your individual hairs by the root. Although there are two people working there it seems like everyone goes to Lovely so be prepared for a small wait. She is very patient with each customer and super sweet.
