Jonna gave me a wonderful facial, and I was happy to be there, especially since I hadn't had a facial in several years. She asked me if I wanted an add on for a deep cleaning of pores with hydration and I agreed to it for an additional $50. The facial lasted about 1 1/2 hours and I enjoyed it. Only issue I have is that when I got home and looked at the charge, in addition to the $50 for the add on, there was a $6 charge for "customized". That annoyed me, I must admit. We got our product, thanked Oz and headed to Whole Foods. We were waiting in line at the meat counter and here walks up Oz. While we were comparing product earlier, we had left a couple bottles out on the counter. He came to Whole Foods to find us to make sure we had grabbed our purchase.
