Your automated system NEVER records my card properly and then when I finally reach someone, they ask me everything short of what's my 1st born's inheritance and still could not help me and then hung up on me. So I called back, spoke w someone else regarding paying my bill. They said they needed to transfer me. Kept me on hold for about 10 min and then hung up on me. BECU HELOC Loan BECU doesn't appear to be interested in the Mortgage business anymore. After 2 months, our application stalled out, so we switched to BofA and had ZERO problems. Our qualifications: - Married, both with credit scores over 800 - Appraisal showing under 50% loan-to-value - Both professional self-employed with our own businesses for 10+ years - Have existing BECU mortgage 15-year loan for 4 years - Cash on hand with 401k equating to 5x loan amount - loan amount was less than most people's vehicles - Cash equity in house is ~17x loan amount We certainly expected to have troubles with BECU, as our re-fi with them in 2013 was a miserable experience as well. In the end, we literally cornered an C-level executive at a work function and got the process moving again. For this reason, we pursued a path via BofA as well and we sure are glad! In the end, BECU appears to operating on rule systems that allows them to hire entry level employees and their operations revolve meeting very specific thresholds. For whatever reason, our 1099 status wasn't a W-2, and without competent oversight from a manager, we were stuck in a customer-service feedback loop with someone fresh out of school. While we thought about writing letters and seeking the help of a C-level executive again, our application with BofA was approved and we moved on. However, since this is the second poor experience with BECU, I felt compelled to write a review and warn others. We have contacted BECU directly about our experience at becuhomeloans@becu.org. However, they chose not to respond. In reading other comments, I see that BECU's Social Media Director makes responses to comments with a promise to engage directly. However, I fail to see the usefulness of this, since customer service needs to be engaged before a poor review is made and a version of this same review was sent directly to BECU. Conclusion, shop around for your HELOC Loan, get at least another company working on it. Don't assume you'll be approved by BECU, regardless of your financial situation, try other places first. read more

I've been with BECU for almost six years. I'm very pleased with BECU. I've had terrible experience with previous banks, and BECU has been great. I'm not a Boeing Employee, but I thought I'd try banking at a credit union. One of the great things about BECU is...there's hardly any fees!! When I was with Banner Bank, they were absolutely fee-happy! Fees for when I withdrew a certain amount of cash, or made transfers from savings to checking. If I ever needed a Bank Check or Cashier's Check for any amount Banner Bank charged me $5 each time, and that's $1 at BECU. One of the coolest things about BECU is the VERY high interest rates they pay on checking or savings. Most people don't believe me when I tell them that BECU has no minimum balance requirements and pays a WHOPPING 6% on the first $500 in your checking or membership savings accounts. I switched my credit card to BECU and my interest rate dropped from 9.99% to 5.47%. I wish there were more branches and ATMS around, but it is possible to bank with other non-BECU credit unions. I'm glad I made the switch to BECU! read more

Thank you BECU for addressing the issue. I wish more organizations would follow suit! I have been with BECU for quite some time and have a very fine relationship with them as my banking institution. However my recent experience with BECU has been terrible to say the least. I have my automobile financed through BECU and I was considering our home mortgage on our new home through BECU, but based on this experience I can't for see myself having my mortgage through BECU. I moved to Oregon in July. I requested from the BECU automobile finance department a copy of my title be sent to the Oregon Department of motor vehicles. I did not receive any notification from BECU despite them telling me that they called me. Around October we contacted BECU again to see what the status was and they did not have any information for us. They claimed they did not get the appropriate paperwork when we originally asked for the title transfer and we agreed to send them the right paperwork. I drove from Roseburg Oregon up to the headquarters in Tuckwila to hand deliver the paperwork along with everything that they needed to get my title and my plates and my tabs here in Oregon. They told me they would overnight the paperwork when ready to the Roseburg office. I even had an envelope with the address on an envelope that I gave to them. Knowing that this was a part of a requirement for a job I was starting here in Oregon and knowing that I was already on thin ice for my career change here because of my lack of transitioning my license and registration to Oregon they failed to send the registration to Roseburg and instead sent the registration to Salem. This is the most modern and beautiful credit union I have ever seen. I bank with Commonwealth and Star One credit unions and stopped by this branch of BECU to use the ATM and had a snack and drink from the outside concession booth in a bench area. Afterwards I made a withdrawal from the ATM and noticed how professional and respectful the employees were. Then I sat inside to use the wifi and relax for a moment. An overall excellent experience and I would recommend this credit union bank to anyone living here. read more

For most deposit and loan products, BECU's checking and savings accounts are worth considering. Their various consumer loan products - vehicle loans, credit cards, lines of credit - also are very competitively priced and with very fair terms and conditions. BECU's online banking platform is very good, including excellent Bill Pay and a very efficient bank-to-bank transfer service (if you have accounts at another bank or CU). On top of this, BECU's staff are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and as a credit union, they "give back" a lot to the community in terms of financial-education classes and webinars, and community service events such as their recent "Shred Day". However, I WOULD NOT recommend BECU for a home loan. Nine months ago, we were shopping for a house and were interested in buying a HUD foreclosure. To keep it brief, we quickly realized that BECU's Home Loan division was seriously understaffed and, for all intents and purposes, they could not deal with HUD's very specific time deadlines and documentation requirements. YMMV. Fortunately, we soon connected elsewhere with a "best in breed" loan officer working for a large national bank. We obtained an excellent loan with a very fair rate and low fees, and we now are living in that house! Again, YMMV. DO NOT get an auto loan through BECU! There is no online payment option. You have to open an account with them and either deposit a check or having to pay over the phone adding a fee. They will push you to do your banking with them to cover your loan. The interest rate might be low but the convenience is garbage. Finally tried pay off loan with a trade in, they gave the dealer the wrong address and then added an assessment fee while they processed the payoff, BECU always adding insult to injury! read more

Update. PEOPLE DON"T BACK WITH BECU! Had to close account because I've gone to an ATM, in person and debit transaction all denied for checking account attached to debit. I had to close it. Worst experience increasing stress for unable to use card. Do you know how embarrassing it is to use card, know there is $ in there and card shows denied. BS. Seriously this company should be shut down. Their practices are less than mediocre at best, customer service is a joke. My card written off as stolen for VISA, and then charges were never reimbursed even with proof, because some idiot with no education works in their fraud office. 2 more accounts left to close once I find a bank that isn't this ridiculous. Sucks that my life has to be altered because the bank we chose is pathetic. My husband has 5 business accounts and a retirement, which he is slowly moving too after this fiasco. Money sporadically disappears from .01 to 100$ monthly. We kept track watching it, but it's not anywhere as a transaction. If you want to see your hard earned money disappear right in front of you and don't care, feel free to bank with them. You cannot travel outside the banking area as your card won't work even with travel notification, you will not be able to use it for hotel gas or travel. *Regarding Mortgage Services ONLY. I have only had stellar experiences banking with BECU in other areas (checking, savings, credit card, HELOC). Seriously, I really recommend switching to a credit union if you're still banking with a corporate bank.* I love BECU in all other areas, so when I wanted to refinance my mortgage, going with BECU seemed a natural choice. While the mortgage process is famously tedious, long, stressful, I'd hoped doing it with a credit union that I'd had such good experiences in the past might mitigate those headaches. WRONG. My "mortgage specialist" rarely responded to me, unless prompted several times, asked me for the same information multiple times, and gave me totally wrong and potentially expensive information regarding my condo questionnaire. The process was said to take 6-8 weeks, and I'm now going on 10 weeks. My most recent attempt at a status update took three contacts and was told that my documents would go to escrow today.They did not. I was told (not asked) that today would be my signing date, so I rearranged a few work commitments, but again, no response. I'm too far into the process to back out now, but I would not go with BECU on a refinance again. UPDATE: I have just found out that in the process of paying the balance my HELOC through my re-fi, BECU mortgage department also CLOSED my line of credit, despite me expressly asking this to remain open. Love the ease of banking with a place that doesn't charge fees for everything. ATMs everywhere. Any 7/11 ATM you can withdraw money from for free. Only thing that pisses me off is the fact they won't give me a loan for a used truck I want. I have a 720 credit score with one blemish on my report from 5 years ago I make plenty idk wtf the deal is. Oh well I just went and financed through someone else then got BECU to refinance the loan. Problem solved. The interest rates don't attract me at all. An extra $60 or $80 a year is a drop in the bucket I get that much per day for subsistence when working out of town. Overall I like it. So I have been a member of BECU for going on 16 years now and have had a very good experience with them (Checking, savings, money market, credit cards, auto loans) Yes, they are not big and fancy like some banks (which is what I like), but they have been good to me. Yes, it can be long wait times on the phone, but not the end of the world and someone has always been professional and helpful. Years ago when my employer had a glitch in payroll, BECU deposited money in my account so that my bills got paid until it was resolved. They have helped stopped fraudsters that tried to steal money from my account. They have placed holds in the past for 'suspicious' transactions (turned out they weren't, but I would rather be safe than broke!) It was inconvenient, but not by any means a problem. During this pandemic, they have helped in any way they can to ease the financial burden. I am currently starting a refinance with BECU. I have read some pretty terrible reviews, but found a better rate and lower fees with them than other mortgage companies that I have talked to. So far so good, and I cant have any worse of an experience than I did with my original loan with a different company (Seven months to close....). I understand that they are swamped with people trying to refi during this lower rate period in time, so I know they are busy. I've now been with BECU since 2012 (wow, 5 years!) when I had my auto loan through them initially and then I decided to open up a savings/checking account with them. They have always been nothing but nice and personable when I would go into any of their locations if I needed something up front. Their rates are usually some of the best I've seen and I love not having to pay any checking fees whatnot with having accounts with them. I moved to Nashville, TN last October and I had several issues in my checking account and they have always been so helpful and accommodating even if I was being a pain in the ass I'm sure! I've been banking with BECU for over 25 years and tried nearly every service they offer, including a home loan and at least one auto loan. Recently, my BECU Visa card was skimmed and a bunch of slightly-under-$100 charges started showing up from gas stations across the country. I noticed the charges on Saturday morning and drove into BECU to handle it in person. Within about 30 minutes, their representative had it all squared away (Thanks Martha!). Between BECU not accepting ACH payments, buggy online banking, and crash-prone ATMs, I have had to dedicate a lot of time I don't have in order to attend BECU's limited locations in person to accomplish simple tasks. Get ready to clear your schedule for some time. Lines and waits are pretty long imo, unless I am coincidentally choosing the wrong days and times over the past months. The staff members are pretty inconsistent about their policies. Sometimes they accept my expired drivers license or college id as a form of approved identification. Then there are other times where they tell me they cannot. If they told me their policy was an absolute no I wouldn't be upset. If you have a basic checking account BECU may work for you. But if you have multiple accounts, need to do transfers or need to handle an account for your elderly parent it's a disaster. You can't do anything online. Support tells you one thing but if you have to go in you will find it's not true. The compliance Dept seems to have become complacent in researching other competitors in how they resolve these type of situations. (Learn from your competitors, what a novel concept...) Although I applaud the timely fashion of communication, it still shouldn't have not gotten to the point of a member needing to write a review on a review website in order to get someone's attention to resolve an issue. Wow. I will never bank with BECU, and here's why: I first tried walking into one of the neighborhood financial centers to ask about refinancing a home loan. A nice gentlemen welcomed us immediately, shook our hands, and took us back to his office. Next thing we know, he's sneezing into his hands because he has a cold. Eww. We wipe our hands on our pants and ask some basic questions about BECU's home loan offerings, and he defers to the BECU website. The sticking point came when the quote he gave us (entirely put together on the public website) included PMI. We don't currently pay PMI and have no interest in starting now. Pass. A while later I decide to try again at BECU's headquarters because I'm in the area. The surroundings were more professional, but the first impression of the representative was even worse. After the barest of formalities, she asks for my picture ID and my social security number. I ask why she would possibly need my social if she's holding my picture ID, and she says to look me up in their system. I'm sorry, but if they have my driver's license that's more than enough to prove I am who I say I am, and their system needs to have better lookup options. I persevere and ask for information about their home loans, mentioning the specific amounts and that I'm interested in the HARP refinancing program. She proceeds to lecture me that they only accept refinancing for loans held by Fannie Mae, not Freddie Mac. I ask what difference does it make, and she has no good answer except that's BECU's policy. Weird. She looks up my house and the loan is currently held by Fannie, so I try to get more specifics. I said I wasn't interested in a quote from their website, because that included PMI which we should not have to pay in the HARP program. She ignores me and fills out a form on the website, with the predictable result that the quote includes PMI. I reiterate I don't need that quote, and I would like one that better reflects my situation. Then she really goes into overdrive telling me that their system doesn't handle that, and if I fill out the loan forms they'll eventually tell us the true amount. Why would I fill out anything if they can't give me a decent idea of the costs up-front? She called another representative over who seemed more level-headed, but was still unable to produce a quote any different than the website. After lecturing me repeatedly, walking over anything I said, and outright ignoring me, I'm not sure why anyone would trust BECU with so much as a penny. On top of that, their computer systems need to be brought into the 21st century. BECU gives credit unions a bad name. read more

Really disappointed that after YEARS of excellent credit and payment history with this credit union, due to them NOT changing our address with the third party mortgage finance company, they are not taking the PMI off our loan and are forcing us to refinance. We were 30 days late due to oversight, and paid immediately when notified. Late notices went to our old address which was also financed with BECU and paid off. If the online banking app didn't take two days to process a payment maybe it would have been on time. Wondering which high up idiot is making this decision. I had a good impression on BECU and had heard great things about them. I am banking with them since last 2 years and happy with my checkings/savings/LOC. However the challenge came when I applied for a Home Equity Line of Credit. I walked into their branch and the representative ran my credit report and since it was Excellent I was offered 3.99% with upto 95% home to loan value. The representative told me someone will call me from the bank a couple of days later and will complete my application. However people from BECU home loan called me after one week and during the process the representative gave me an estimate that was almost 20% less than the actual value. He immediately sent me a report explaining how they evaluate the value of the house. This is where the actual surprise/shock came to me. CoreLogic, whom BECU use for their evaluation, are using a system that compares a 4Bed/2.5bath, 2008 built, 2 story, 2200sqft living area with a 1bed/1bath 1939 built 1 story, 1300sqft home and quoting the 1929 built house value more than the 2008 built bigger house. Seriously? How can a system evaluate a house 20% less than the market value? And then the representative went on giving me all reasons on how they evaluate, etc. Then came another shock the representative started saying since I have an Excellent credit my rates are at 6.24%(2.25% more than what was offered to me at the bank). I was not in front of my computer and didn't have access to my system where I had recorded the rates which the representative had mentioned to me in the bank branch. So I hung up the phone and dialed them a few minutes later with all the details. Now a different representative picked up the phone and after initial verification, she went on saying "The representative in the branch made a MISTAKE and give me wrong information". When I asked why am I being mislead because of the mistake your representative has given she said "we are all humans and mistakes happen". Seriously? Is it so easy to say MISTAKES happen in banking and just an apology? Not only did she start speaking rude after this however went on and disconnected the phone. Very sorry to say that BECU home loan representatives not only cheat their members by giving incorrect information but also rude. I will seriously think from next time before considering BECU for my loan needs. Hope someone responsible from BECU see this message and respond to me. Thank you. read more

We offered way more money to BECU to allow us to keep our home than they received in the short sale. They lost over $20,000 by not taking what we offered them, and we lost our home, how does this make any sense at all? The commercial should show all of the children and families forced to move because of their unwillingness to forgive debt like many banks are doing in a true hardship situation. How does getting less money and forcing people to sell or file bankruptcy this help them? I wish people knew the truth. The customer service here has been horrible and when they make errors (which they will) good luck on getting them to fix it! They are reporting a car loan incorrectly and we've been trying to get them to fix it for over two years. I have been told by many people how great BECU is how I need to change banks from my 20-year relationship with Bank of America so when I got my new car I went with them only to find out that they don't have an automated pay program. Instead I schedule my payments through online banking which is a convenience that B of A affords me, not BECU. I decided not long ago that I wanted to add a tender to my boat and went in to BECU and spoke to someone there who assured me that a boat loan was no issue. I showed him pictures of the boat, he ran my credit and I was instantly approved. He said that I would just need to fax some paperwork (yeah he said fax) from the dealer (this is a brand new boat) and I would be able to pick up my check at any location. Sounds great right? WRONG! I made an appointment to go to the main office in Tukwila and was really happy with the ease of getting this loan until I got there. First off, the building feels like being at the DSHS or the DMV and is the antithesis of a positive customer experience. That is when and where I met Leah who has supposedly been there for over ten years but didn't have a clue how a boat loan works. I spent over an hour of my day sitting with her and she kept telling me that I didn't have enough documentation for the loan. I called the dealer and even had her talk to him at one point (which she was very apprehensive of) and he agreed to send in his factory invoice which shouldn't have been necessary. Then she calls me the next day and tells me that her processor told her they can't loan on the boat because it is a pontoon boat. What?!?!? After all of this including running my credit NOW you come back to me and tell me you can't furnish the loan. BECU is a joke and I already have talked to two other banks about refinancing my car loan (currently with BECU) and I need to refinance my main boat as well as pull a HELOC out of my condo for a down payment on a house. None of this is going to happen with BECU. To Whom It May Concern: I would like to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with the local credit union, Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) as well as the credit reporting agency Experian. I have been asking BECU to accurately report the credit accounts I held with them in the past for over a year. I have mounted an exhaustive effort with BECU in an attempt to get them to correctly report credit accounts by providing them with documentation and case law to show the manner in which they are reporting my accounts is inaccurate and damaging. It is my hope that by bringing this to your attention, this matter can be resolved and that I can get on with my life. Case Background and Presenting Issue In August, 2009, I filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy in the Western District of Washington. This bankruptcy provided a 5-year payment plan, in which all payments were made to the bankruptcy trustee, K. Michael Fitzgerald. The resulting case was discharged in September, 2014 after successful completion During that time, there were over eighty creditors involved in the plan, including BECU. All these accounts were included in the original bankruptcy filing, and were subsequently discharged after the case concluded. Violation of a Bankruptcy Permanent Injunction by BECU BECU is reporting negative activity on discharged debts after the filing date of the bankruptcy. This is causing me to be denied credit. Most recently, I was denied a mortgage due to the manner in which they are reporting my accounts. The way they are reporting reflects late payments and charge off accounts after the filing date, which is a major hurdle for anybody to overcome should it happen. I received a discharge in September, 2014 which signifies successful completion of my chapter 13 program. The manner in which BECU is reporting the accounts shows contrary to that. I have approached BECU on a number of occasions to report this, and each time they claim they are reporting the accounts accurately, and they refuse to fix their reporting. * My BECU credit card account was reported as 90 days late in September, 2014 as well as a charge off in the same month on my Experian credit report. As a consequence, the seven-year clock did not begin until that date. As a consequence, this account will remain on my credit report until September, 2021. The account should actually be deleted in August, 2016. But due to BECU's error, this account will remain on my credit report for an additional 5 years. They have been unwilling to correct this. * My BECU auto loan (ending in 7635) was reported as 90 days late in December, 2010 as well as a charge off in the same month on my Experian credit report. As a consequence, the seven-year clock did not begin until that date. As a consequence, this account will remain on my credit report until December, 2017. The account should actually be deleted in August, 2016. But due to BECU's error, this account will remain on my credit report for an sixteen months. They have been unwilling to correct this. * My BECU loan (beginning with 1001xxxxx) was reported as 90 days late in September, 2014 and a charge off account in the same month on my Experian credit report. As a consequence, the seven-year clock did not begin until that date. As a consequence, this account will remain on my credit report until September, 2021. The account should actually be deleted in August, 2016. But due to BECU's error, this account will remain on my credit report for an additional 5 years. They have been unwilling to correct this. * My BECU auto loan (ending in 1627) appears to be reporting accurately on all three credit bureaus. Supporting United States Caselaw According to the FTC Advisory Opinion Letter to Lovern dated 4/24/1998, the manner in which an account is reported to the credit bureaus should follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which states the following when addressing charged off accounts: Section 607(b) of the FCRA requires credit bureaus "to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates." In our view, it is not a reasonable procedure to label an account that has been discharged in bankruptcy as "charged off as bad debt" if the account was open and not charged off when the consumer filed bankruptcy. Such a designation would be inaccurate or misleading, because it would indicate that the creditor had written off the account at the time of bankruptcy when it had not in fact done so. For the most part BECU ha been great. They have some of the best rates and their checking, savings and cash back visa are great. My only gripe with BECU is their balance transfers. I did a balance transfer in February and was shocked that I had accrued interest charges. Now I always pay my credit cards in full every month unless I have a no interest financing promotion or no interest balance transfer in which case I pay all the statement purchases and then throw in extra money for no interest promotion. The balance transfer showed up on my March statment, I paid that statements purchases and then threw in an extra $100 for the balance transfer promotion a couple days before my due date. On my April statement I saw I was charged interest. So I called to find out why and as it turns out when you do a balance transfer YOU LOSE YOUR GRACE PERIOD. All my purchases that were made after my billing statement in March were accruing interest right away. As it turns out BECU DOES NOT SEPARATE BALANCE TRANSFER AND PROMOTIONS FROM YOUR REGULAR PURCHASES LIKE MOST EVERY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DOES. I did not know they did this otherwise I would have never done a balance transfer. I called and complained about this and they did credit my interest charge for the first month and I still complained that this is not fair that I am essentially being penalized for taking advantage of their promotion and that I would not pay interest for this transfer as it does not seem fair to me. They said they would escalate the matter up further and someone one would get in touch with me, that was 3 weeks ago and no one has contacted me. I just got my May statement and my interest charges were double what they were in April (because you interest charges are based on your total balance). Now I have decide to just bite the bullet and do another balance transfer to another credit card so that my balance is basically back at zero and I can avoid any interest charges going forward. Its going to cost me about $60 to move but at this point its going to be cheaper and less hassle then dealing with BECU. Basically my advice to people DO NOT DO A BALANCE TRANSFER WITH BECU. UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING IT OFF THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE YOU WILL ACCRUE INTEREST ON ALL PURCHASES PRETTY RIGHT AWAY. YOU WILL LOSE ANY GRACE PERIOD ONCE YOU DO BALANCE TRANSFER. read more

While BECU has low rates and fees, their customer service is horrific and it's been getting worse and worse over time. For example, I made a purchase through PayPal on my BECU card with a down payment and final payment a month later. For some unknown reason they blocked my card with the first one, but at least they called me to let me know and cleared it expeditiously. On the second transaction they blocked my card without any notification whatsoever. I only found out because my card was declined at a nice restaurant during dinner. It took 22 minutes to reach a customer service representative who couldn't help, and then after being transferred to cardholder security another 38 and 14 seconds minutes to get through to a representative. She was condescending, irritable, and generally nasty. As a result of this and half a dozen similarly bad interactions I've had enough. After 50 years as a BECU customer I am actively looking for a new bank. I wholeheartedly cannot recommend them to anyone. Stay away, far away! read more

I'd give this credit union a zero. Trying to close any account. Credit card, get a tital from an auto loan. Good luck. You might get a good rate. But you just got yourself into a real nightmare when it comes to the end of loans. And they always have another fee to charge before when can close the account or loan. Just don't buy into the we will save you money over banks crap. They will cost you more. read more

The good and the not so good. We've kept our checking and savings accounts with BECU since moving to the area. We've enjoyed great service and pretty competitive returns. When it was time to look for lenders for our mortgage we turned to BECU. We've had a lot of trouble getting basic status and information out of our loan officers. They rarely return phone calls or email. It was extremely difficult just to find out if the appraisal had been ordered; finding out when they expected the report (before and after the deadline had passed) was like pulling teeth. Calling through the general loan department number usually was the most successful, but even then they couldn't provide much useful information. I like credit unions, and I like local businesses, but the customer service provided by our loan officers has a lot of room for improvement. read more

Warning to Businesses - this is not the place to bring your business accounts any more. We have been with BECU for nearly 14 years with our business account. In the beginning they were learning how to work with businesses and finally got to the point where they did really well. They gave the dedicated customer service that a well established long term business customer deserved. Well, that is now all out the window. In the last year+ (maybe due to their rapid growth) BECU no longer cares about giving good customer service to their business customers, even those who process a good six-figures monthly through their institution. Their fees have increased, they now hold funds on long term local accounts, they fail to call when you call, and if you question why they are doing something different to your account, they say it is due to new policies and even get huffy about it. We even had one teller basically tell us off and refuse to talk to us. This is a warning, if you are looking for a bank or financial institution that works well for your business and gives you the customer service you deserve, look elsewhere. Since this post, they tried contacting me to let me know about their policies but still didn't explain why they changed things without any notice. No difference from a big bank. read more
