I had to egusi with fufu and asked for it to be spicy it was very good. I really enjoyed the texture and the flavor. The manager who entered the phone is very nice. I have one suggestion, but they add fish to their menu. A lot of African dishes some form of fish in the ogbono soup we are offering for other dishes. I understand they have okro but it is not on the menu to order. I believe they would make more that way since the flavor is already so yummy. Thank you. read more

As a small businesses owner, I would not recommend this store to anyone after my encounter with the owner today. The dress drew me in, but the owner who could not be found droveme away with his @#$%#$ attitude. To make a long story short. I expressed my opinion that the dress wqs overpriced; however i was still willing to purchase it. He basically walked away from the register aftrt being aggressive in his mannerism. IF I ever go inside overly packed store ever again, it would be to inspect the store with proper authorities. No love lost or gained. Wish my mom was alive, she could make this dress . Very rude , mean person, holds grudges against his customers and said he will not sell any of his African food to Nigerians anymore because he claims he is not making much profit. Went to his store wanted to ask questions regarding his food displays very ignorant person refused to attend to questions, refused to sell some food items I requested because of my nationality, he has very unprofessional attitude towards people and doesn't know how to treat people with respect. This man will flirt with any woman who walks inside and stocks customers through out the store even in front of the children. He is too aggressive with a horrible attitude. Desperate for a woman. Even when you tell him you're taken he will still follow you to the car even if you insist you have it. He makes coming and spending money very uncomfortable. I speak up for the women to warn them of the own he calls himself Sunday. I believe he is the owner of the store. The music is also extremely loud for a small store. Be cautious of the store and don't go alone for the women. He also sells African soups in containers that are freezer burned . Check the food before purchasing. Friendly owner and we stumbled upon this store and browsed and had some neat finds. We got some fufu mix and also got wooden cooking utensil. We will be back also the owner who was the cashier was so friendly and told us about the grand opening event and that its public and open to everyone. Becy African Store is a small shop in the Stater Brothers parking lot. Very nice owner. We bought plantains and palm oil. Heads up to all the Conga players out there. This was the only place where I could find red palm oil to treat the rawhide heads on my percussionists Congas. I went specifically for the red palm oil. read more
