Firstly when we walked in Lauren came around to meet Georgia and took the time to let her smell her and she talked to her . Once Georgia was more comfortable with Lauren she slipped the lead around her neck. I had to walk towards the door for Georgia to go BUT as soon as she went through the door , Lauren had complete control . I usually ask for 2 people because of her weight and her fear but Lauren was confident and asked me if she could try herself. I was fine with that because my baby seemed relaxed and comfortable with her . I walked outside the building to make it easier for my baby and me . When I walked back in Georgia was behind the counter with Lauren and when Georgia saw me she put her paws up on the counter. She looked adorable relaxed and happy (and like she worked there LOL ) Not even my vet can trim her nails so it's a blessing that pet play place is there to do it . They have qualified , compassionate and amazing people for me to trust my dog with . I highly recommend them . But always be upfront and give them any info that will help them take care of your dog better.( like me telling them Georgia's fear of nail cuts and strangers) Thank you Lauren for being so amazing with my baby . I KNOW they are too long, but Delaney actually got them trimmed and we will slowly get them to the right length. I felt good knowing there was a plan to slowly get them back into shape without injuring him. First and foremost, my pit gets VERY stressed when in the car and when he gets to places with lots…read moreof animal smells. He is not a reactive dog normally, but when stressed badly, he can be. He became reactive and growled and barked at a dog when brought back to be examined. And Dr. Andrew Tripp came in to let me know that my dog is now going to have on his chart that he is highly aggressive and advised he shouldnt be around children. I let him know I have 2 at home and he said that I'll end up on the news when my dog decides to react to one of my kids. He said everything short of euthanize him. I was absolutely appalled by these statements. I left and cried in my car petting my dog because our dog is the absolute best with my children and anyone else he sees. He has never once been aggressive towards anyone. Dr. Tripp made a very terrible assumption of my dog when he saw him for less than 5 minutes during a time when he was VERY stressed. They will never get my business again.

Checking in you will have info verified and told to wait as someone will be with you shortly and they usually are out pretty quick. Waiting area is large with nice wooden benches. Leashes are required and some are provided for use. Rooms are ample and care is quick, efficient and complete. We have been going here as a family for a long time. Would recommend to anyone.
