I mean, stuff like that you don't say to your customers and that's very unprofessional. Even if my cat was mean, it could have been said in a different way. Also, when I said I felt uneasy, it's because I felt like thy were mean to my cat. Anyways, I am sooo very happy and relieved to not go back to this place anymore. (I wasn't going to anyway.) I found an actual vet place that is award winning and offers cat grooming services. They charge more but it's worth every penny to have peace of mind for me and my fur baby.
