Our evaluation was unlike anything I have ever experienced. SHE KNOWS DOGS!!! Like, really knows dogs. Truly, she is a dog whisperer. Joey had a 4 week board and train. She gave us homework to work on with Morgan at home. I was apprehensive at first about leaving my 'kid' for 4 weeks but now she is the one we board our pups with when we go away. She cares about them like they are her own and she provides a secure, protected and balanced environment. We have now worked with Monique for over a year. Board and train for Joey in 2023 then weekly group classes in Prescott with the occasional get away boarding. Every time I am around her I learn something new and my relationship with my dogs has never been better. There is obvious obedience changes in our puppy, but he is still a playful puppy. He now knows the following commands: sit, down, place, come, and heel. During training, she provides lots of pictures and of your dog during training. We loved this, because we missed him and wondered how he was progressing. We were in contact with her every couple days for updates. After the 3 weeks, Chantel provided us with a 2-hour training session to teach us how to use the commands and use the e-collar along with the commands. It definitely takes getting used to, but if you have any issues she also offers to come out to your home one time to help correct any issues you are having (or if you have forgotten anything). Chantel is an amazing dog trainer. We highly recommend her and her program.

The growling, territorialism, lead pulling, and lack of discipline had me ripping my hair out and my nerves on end. Lee and his amazing crew were kind enough to keep him for me while I got better) I picked up a completely new dog and new set of tools and skills to both manage and train my baby boy. Shawn answered and immediately assured us that his staff would standby to take in our pup. As stressed out pet parents after a 7 hour drive, the whole thing was a bit hectic trying to find a safe and reliable boarder on such short notice, but that staff was calming and friendly. Intake was smooth and gave us a lot of relief. After a couple days, we called and asked for an update. To our surprise, they sent a full report card with pictures and videos to reassure us that he was having a great time at daycare. I appreciated the detail and attention they gave our little guy. The staff on the phone were very friendly and clear about their practice and made me feel comfortable right away. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and our pup, Tucker, immediately seemed at home and relaxed, which of course put me at ease as well, especially since as a rescue he has some separation anxiety. They were great at sending us some updates, including some videos, along the way where I could see that Tucker was enjoying himself along with a couple of other small dogs his size. When we picked him up, he was relaxed and not the least bit anxious but at the same time happy to see us. Overall, a very good experience and we would not hesitate to leave him there again, perhaps even overnight if needed. Highly recommend the Camp Verde location (that's the only one we've visited so far)!

Instead of calling me right away and/or getting him prompt medical attention, she waited approximately 18 hours. My vet says she may have been able to save his eye had Lucy taken him in right away. While she finally paid for the vet expenses, it was a fight and I endured her use of unprofessional, foul language in my direction while I remained calm and professional towards her. To my shock and disbelief, she thought that I should be grateful to her for resolving the payment issue! I felt no compassion from her. Instead, she called me names. In hindsight, I should have known it wasn't going to work out. I was desperate to get my puppies trained and overlooked red flags. She talked endlessly about herself and could not stay focused. It seemed I couldn't ask a single question without her getting sidetracked on some story about how great she is. She often spoke about how the other trainers in town were horrible. Lots of bragging and very little action. Please think twice about using this "dog trainer." I wish I had.

She told my mom that she brought the dogs to the dog park and while the injured dog was attacked. Instead of bringing the attacked dog immediately to the vet, she brought him home and did not seek medical attention for approximately 18-20 hours. Our vet told us she could have likely saved the eye if Ms. Reynolds had sought medical attention right away. Following the attack it felt like Ms. Reynolds was doing anything and everything to avoid taking responsibility. She insisted she was an amazing dog trainer, that she would not give the full amount back for training because my mom had gotten "some benefits" from the 24 hours of training prior to the attack. She cursed my mom out, and acted very unprofessional. It took weeks to finally settle the matter.

I do want to clarify that…read moremy concern wasn't about the grooming itself as much as the lack of follow-up after I reached out twice over the span of six days. I'm still hoping to better understand: -Where the matting was on both dogs and how severe it was -Why such a short shave was chosen without checking first -And to request that I be contacted before any future decisions like that or a sanitary shave I had my two dogs groomed here on March 26 and had a mixed experience, but what's most disappointing is the lack of communication afterward. To start, I understand that my Great Pyrenees had some matting since she's newly adopted, and I do appreciate that the groomer took care of her. However, I was surprised at how short she was shaved and would have really appreciated a call before making that decision. For my Husky, I was told he had "severe matting," which was confusing since he's been consistently groomed for years and has never had that issue. His coat also didn't appear heavily impacted afterward, so I was hoping for clarification on where and how severe the matting was. Additionally, a sanitary shave was done without checking with me first, which I would have preferred to approve beforehand. What's most frustrating is that the owner specifically told me to reach out if anything seemed off and that they would follow up. I sent a detailed message the day after the appointment and a polite follow-up a few days later, and I have yet to receive any response. I value communication and transparency, especially when it comes to decisions about my pets' care. Unfortunately, the lack of response has left me feeling unheard and hesitant to return. I would have preferred to resolve this directly, which is why I messaged twice before posting. I'd still appreciate that clarification.
