Only rating 4 stars as the item I came in for was not available and nothing comparable was in stock. Looking for an inexpensive (under $100) vanity mirror that plugs into the wall and is lightweight. They used to keep these in stock but yesterday they only had $200+ mirrors available despite the display items. As I was leaving, a young lady who was pregnant (mentioning because I didn't get her name) went above and beyond by looking up available options to either ship to me or find elsewhere. What a wonderful world it is when customer service is this great. We were simply browsing after a big meal at Grubs and we happened in this place. We had no intentions in buying anything, but decided to check the place out. In fifteen minutes, three employees stopped and asked to assist us. It made us want to buy something just to return such a good experience. Unfortunately at this time, we were just walking around, but next time, I am sure to come to this place. The place was clean, organized, well lit, smelled clean, everyone is smiling, and just top notch. I will be coming back to this place. I am willing to pay a few extra dollars if it means that my time and my business is valued a hundred times over than any of its competitors. This, my fellow Americans, is great service. read more

Definitely a fan of this location! Five stars for customer service, my four star rating is due to not as much inventory as some of the bigger stores. I recently purchased sheets and they were out of the pillowcases so Shari promptly ordered them online for me and they arrived (to my house, not the store) in two days! I should also mention she was giving me feedback and helping me pick sheets because it can be overwhearing after looking at so many thread count options! She also recommended a hair dryer for me, the one where the cord retracts ... no more wrapping the cord around the hair dryer for me! On another visit I wanted a Brita tank (not to be confused with the pitcher) and for whatever reason they had no Brita tanks in the store but a few different pitchers. Oh well at least online ordering includes free shipping for 29 and over. Now about the staff here, they are all excellent. Obviously Shari is a favorite and really everyone here has been super helpful and friendly. The staff gets five starts for their customer service! read more

Disappointed in the service. No one was around to help and when I finally found someone they were rude and short. They have no selection of curtains other than 84inch. I couldn't find one set. The worst part is it was a complete mess. Stuff is all over the floor, nothing was in its actual place. I actually saw a lady trip over a curtain rod. Tons of stuff was just laying on the floor. I would be understanding if service was better but there was no going "beyond" for me today. read more

I like this store - you can find everything you want/need - and a bunch of stuff you never even REALIZED you needed. :) Employees are very helpful and polite. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is I've been approached (on 2 separate occasions) by panhandlers inside the store asking for money. Very bizarre, as this is not in an "impoverished" area ... and it's a little alarming to be browsing cookware or towels and have someone approach you and ask you for money. Its difficult for me to shop in a physical store because there is a part of me that always thinks I can find it cheaper on line. But none the less, Bed Bath and Beyond has everything you need for your home if you need it pronto. From pillows, to glasses, knives and garbage cans, lamps and hangers to even some "As Seen on TV" stuff. But I realize its also part of the reason I dislike this store. They have sooo much stuff and not enough space for it all. You grab a big cart and spend half the time bumping into things or people or leaving it far from you to get down a narrow aisle. Otherwise the prices are decent, the staff was super friendly and made sure to let me know they were there should I need help. Checkout was quick and parking is plentiful. read more

There's something about the smell of this store that makes me melt. Not like a hot guy's cologne, but it just warms me on the inside. Despite being one of my favorite stores, I try not to come very often because I can get caught up for a long time. They have everything imaginable for your home... and even some stuff that you wouldn't even think of. Edward L. and I found a frozen ball cap with Elsa's face and a long, blonde ponytail attached. Holy cow!!! This store has got it together! Figured out last night that I can order something on-line and pick it up at the store! (Great for things that may sell out, or have a last minute gift idea and are in a hurry) Hundreds of items for your home! Can't wait to shop for our home! On the website it says to give the store about 3hrs to respond to your order and they will send you a confirmation e-mail that it is ready up front....I got mine within 20 minutes of placing the order! Typically have had a great customer service experience. But management must've changed. Customer service this time was rude insolent and not helpful. Completely different experience. Interacted with two or three different floor people.Eventually I made it to the counter try to make a $600 purchase and when I couldn't locate my 20% off coupon was summarily told to "move over" and get out of the line. Wash telling my mom that I was not going to walk around that big store looking for the item I was looking for. I was met by a response from Charlene...saying you sure won't because I am here to help. This Bed Bath and Beyond is so close to my house, I could practically walk there I trusted drivers around the Cumberland area. I registered for my wedding at this location and had an extremely positive experience. The staff was helpful, but not overly up in my business. They left me alone to wander the aisles and scan cutting boards and kitchen gadgets to my hearts content. Their return policy is excellent . They will literally take anything back with or without a receipt. I would highly recommend registering at BBB. I also love that I get 20% off coupons in my mailbox and inbox, and now via text, so I never have to pay full price for anything. They will gift wrap your purchases for you, which makes for an in and out experience for last minute shower or wedding purchases. read more

We went here to do our wedding registry. Jo was the employee that helped us and she was WONDERFUL! She walked us step by step to make sure we didn't forget to add anything and gave us great advice on what brands were best. She was personable and we had a great time picking out things for our registry with her assistance. I would defiantly recommend this location to anyone looking to do a wedding registry. Good place and great price. It's worth paying for every item as they have really great stuff out here. Staffs are helpful and friendly. One thing I found is the store is bit of less space and we feel like congested with the items. They got some unique collections for sure. Good for kitchen items and coffee makers and what not. Ample amount of parking nearby. Not good for shopping with kids and family as the store seems to be crowded always. Great atmosphere and take your time to get into all stuffs and it's fun actually. You gonna have great restaurants nearby if u need to have something to eat after your shopping. I like this place and recommend to all to visit at least once and see how does it work for your taste. They got some unique collection of comforters and bed spreads etc. Great to try out. I will definitely recommend and for some items please compare the price on the other website as well as I found to be bit overpriced.
