For example, I have been placed on hold by their answering service for almost 5 minutes, been hung up on by the answering service, then messages relayed have been incorrect. I wanted to visit the showroom after hours and it was relayed for their sales person to visit my house. We were looking to buy at least two vanities from them, we were unable to get pricing on one until three phone calls later. As for trying to get a quote on kitchen cabinets, we've given up after seeing all the bad reviews on other sites.
