This store is a bad influence on me. Much like Target, I go in expecting to buy 2 things and leave with 11 ! It never fails but secretly I enjoy it. I never knew my pets needed a certain kind of blanket, neck massager, throw that in the cart , peel potatoes in a flash , sure why not ? There's so much here. Holiday items , check . Rows of Keirug cups , kitchen stuff by the aisles. Bedding , I love their sheets. Yankee candles. You can get lost in here. The employees are helpful and the line at the registers always moves pretty quickly. Coupons ! Bring them. Expired , they still let you use them. Have 11 items , bring 11 coupons. That's how BB&B rolls ..... Parking lot can be a mess at times but there's two levels. I've never had a problem on the lower one. Upper lot, people can get crazy. Personally I like the store, but they are the most disorganized mess I've seen to date. I waited in line to checkout for over 15 minutes. They seem to have plenty of managers walking around, but cashiers are nonexistent. And the ones that were there seemed to in serious transitions that took far to long. I saw people online drop there stuff and walkout. Someone from the corporate office seriously needs to see this! read more

Absolutely terrible experience. I pulled up for curbside pick up and pressed "I am at the store". I waited about 10 min before calling. Completely understanding there is a pandemic, I said no problem thanks so much when they told me they would be right out. 40 min later I'm sitting out here trying to call the store. My phone called was hung up on 4 different times in addition to being put on hold 3. Finally getting through, I told the woman I have been sitting here for a while. She said "well you should have just walked yourself in" where I replied with "I can't because there's a pandemic and it's a safety issue". When I asked how much longer I'd be waiting she said "idk" and I said okay well can you find out. She wasn't very helpful and said just wait. Here I am 40 min later still without my order. read more

I like the fact that there is a lot of parking (either on the main level or in the lower parking lot). There were no carts left, and no items lining the hallway like there usually is. However, there were a lot of items to choose from. I was very impressed with the amount of Keurig cup flavors available. I wanted to buy everything in sight hahaha. read more

There were only 3 of the item I needed and all three were in boxes that were already opened. I tried to find someone to ask if there were more, but no one could be found. I went to check out and there were two cashiers for very long lines. I finally got called over and asked the cashier if I could get a discount since the box was opened. She said she'd have to get a manager but put my stuff aside and called the next person up. I had already been waiting for about 15 minutes and told the cashier I'd just take it since I was a teacher and needed to get back to school (I came in during my free period). She snapped at me that I should come after school instead. She then started grumbling to me about people being in a rush. I told her I couldn't come after school and that was why I was there now, and besides, she had no right arguing with me since she didn't know my life. She snapped back that I didn't know her life either. I said no, I didn't, but I wasn't arguing with her about her doing her job. She started apologizing but it was too late by then. Usually I love bed bath and beyond but this time I didn't have the best experience. As I was checking out I had a $40 gift card. My price turned out a little bigger than I thought. I swiped my card and said "can you take this away" the cashier said ugh. Instead of trying to help me she complained. read more

I LOVE this store. It's only a 15 min drive from my house and the fact that their coupons NEVER expire....what is there not to love. You can get anything and everything you need from this store and the workers are very helpful if you have any questions. read more

It's clean and tidy. I really don't understand why, maybe a year and a half ago, they turned a quarter of the store into a pharmacy. Not a drug pharmacy, but aisles of shampoo, deodorant, bandaids, etc. If I want that stuff, I'm not buying it where the turnover may not be as good. Without the ubiquitous 20% coupons, you are overpaying. I would like them to keep up with adding new things to the clearance racks. I see the same broke-down items with missing parts again and again. The store is gigantic, there has to be more to put out. The associates are very nice and helpful, I have found. Quick to help and considerate of your needs. Also, you need a cart, they are SO there. Parking is awkward. You have to go up/down a flight of concrete steps to get to or from your car from most spots. You've got a full cart..... read more

This review is about an online order. I placed an order for razor refills and shaving cream, because ordering items is supposed to be convenient, right? Well a package arrived in a timely manner, but it only contained the razors. The invoice enclosed listed both items. I was sent in loops with the online messaging help service, so I called. I waited 28 minutes before hanging up. The next time I called, I waited about 10 minutes. Then the customer service representative said to wait three more days for the missing item. When it didn't arrive, I called again and waited a half hour to speak with them. At this point I just wanted my money back. I had already gone to a store and bought the damn shaving cream. And instead of refunding my money, bed bath and beyond gave me store credit! It's a small amount of money, but it's outrageous. I ordered something from them and they didn't send it to me. I don't want to spend any more money with them, but if I want reimbursement for the item I bought and didn't receive, I have to get it through another purchase with them! Bull shit. read more

Great selection, floor to ceiling, of home essentials, wonderful sale prices, and a sales staff that is more than willing to help. I was impressed by how easy it has been to purchase items in store off of a gift registry every time I go there. Unlike other brand stores which may not offer a wide selection of inventory in house, forcing you to pay more to ship and wait, everything is right here at your fingertips. I'm in there and finding exactly what I want, being able to hand select something before the item gets neatly wrapped, and out of there in about fifteen minutes. I especially like how just about everything is out of box so that you can actually see what it is you are buying. Every time I go in to this BBB, the store is clean and climate controlled, and they don't run out of anything they seem to keep it perfectly well stocked. This store is top notch as I say. I was purchasing a shower gift today. I was unable to bring up the registry on my phone due to there being no service at all in the store. I asked the cashier if I could give him the last name on the registry and he said yes but he would need a manager. The manager - named Connie - walked over and asked what the problem was, and upon the cashier telling her I needed to give her a name for the registry, she let out the most aggravated huff and gave me an incredibly rude look. I have worked retail my ENTIRE life and have NEVER been so rude to a customer who my job is to HELP. I will not be back to this location due to Connie's rudeness. read more

This is kind of a store that is hard to walk away from. They have so many different items. Some of them you can't find anywhere else. The issue with this is that they have so many items that their store is cluttered and over packed. The aisles are WAY too small and it is extremely uncomfortable getting baskets from aisle to aisle. Not to mention it is terribly overpriced. Honestly the only reason I shop here is because they accept expired bed bath and beyond coupons and the occasional hard to find item that they carry. read more

I went in to BB&B with little time and no patience after a long day and Mary was so nice and so helpful. I needed a gift off of a bridal registry and she helped me pick it out and went and got it for me. And she was so nice on top of it all. The customer service associates at this store are awful! I had an issue with curbside pickup two weeks ago and another incident last night. When I arrived for curbside pickup I responded 'I'm here' just as the instructions said to. After waiting at least 10 minutes I ran into the store to get my ONE item. The sorry excuse for customer service kept yelling at me in an accusatory and unbelievable manner 'you were waiting for 10 minutes?' I could just hear the 'mmm mmm' in her mind. I said yes I was. Then she started barking 'I need ID'. I said my purse was in my car and they should bring my package out if they need like they are supposed and I will show them id. What a disaster! On a more recent trip I stopped in to exchange something. Apparently you now need a receipt to make an even exchange? I wasn't going to waste my time arguing. I ran to another bbb and was greeted in a friendly and respected manner and had no problem making an exchange WITHOUT a receipt. In my experience and professional opinion - The customer service at Jenkintown is lazy, slow, disrespectful and in need of some much needed training in how to be a successful customer service associate. read more

Went to go try and buy some bedding. Out of stock of just about everything worth looking. What a waste of time. And the clearance section was gross. The shelving was incredibly dirty with a layer of dirt on it! I should have taken a picture of it. It was all over packages of duvet covers, too. Not a bad place to pick up stuff for the home if you have a coupon or catching a good sale. They literally do have everything, but some of it tends to be overpriced. I come here when I've looked for certain things elsewhere and have come up dry (a drying rack for my clothes in the car, they had it!). Huge Bed Bath & Beyond. Everything was so neatly organized compared to the BB&B I goto in Queens, NY. What's best about shopping at BB&B, they always send you 20% off coupons or $5 off coupons in the mail. There was news about them getting rid of this promotion but I still receive their coupons regularly in the mail and also through email. If you shop at Buy Buy Baby, their coupons work here too. I came for some window curtains, there's so many to choose from. It was difficult finding a staff member for some help and I wish these curtains came as a 2 piece set instead of being sold individually. It's by far the cleanest Bed Bath & Beyond store I ever been in. They also had a huge sale on movie theater candies on the day I went. read more

i wanted to share a positive experience i had at one of your stores located at 905York Road Jenkintown, PA 19046. I had purchased a fan a bit ago and was having problems cleaning it because the book said it had 3 screws to take off the grill and it actually didn't. it had 4 impossible clips. The manager of the store Rich Bizub really went out of his way to help me take off the grill. He really tried every thing and than realized how impossible it was. So he looked up the fan and and gave me one of the same value and the same quality and wind veleocity. I was happy about that and he made sure the grill was removable. Awesome manager and that's why I will always be a life long customer of bed bath and beyond. He is a great represenitive of your brand. You are very lucky to have him.
