As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager with a friendly smile. I tried to ignore it at first, but his genuine approach really stood out. I asked him about a few things, and instead of just pointing me in a direction, he personally walked me to each item I needed. For my paint project, he wasn't sure about one product, so he consulted another team member. Although they didn't carry it, he went the extra mile and offered to order it for me. I was impressed by his professionalism, dedication, and sincere desire to help. Later I learned he wasn't feeling well that day, yet he still served customers with patience and positivity. That level of commitment truly stands out. I'll definitely return, and I hope this store continues delivering such excellent service.

The manager comes out and verifies everything and says he can't override it (blatant lie). Btw, go in the store and you'll see items not even marked (generic weed b gone). This isn't the first time something wrung up wrong but I ignored it. After 10 years I will never step foot in there again. Why? Everyone makes a mistake but being rude and lying are choices.

I returned to the store & asked if I could switch them for deeper colors. A clerk by the name of "Tyler" wasn't only insensitive about my situation, but was extremely arrogant! He refused to let me swap out the UNUSED paint stick- ons. He said they were non-refundable and he couldn't make any exceptions - even though I had just left and they were brand new. This made no sense at all that he was unwilling to make a good judgement call and exception - especially since it involved a senior citizen who had a massive stroke and lost her ability to read and write. He was flat out uncaring. Then, to top it off, when my mother and I left he gave us a huge sarcastic smile and said " Have a fantastic day" - WOW! I think Sherman Williams Doylestown needs to give their employee a lesson on etiquette & customer service or possibly get some staff who's empathetic to their customers.

Purchased a $2k Miele dishwasher in September 2024, and my experience with Gerhard's Appliance has been nothing short of a nightmare. The delivery process was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had to reschedule and miss work FIVE times for installation, each time due to different issues: 1. product damaged upon arrival 2. no show - someone got hurt. 3. no show - flood at previous job site 4. install completed, but forgot a crucial bracket for the door 5. installation completed Fast forward to March 2025, and the unit was wobbling all over because it was never installed correctly in the first place. I made an appointment a week in advance, only to end up canceling Friday evening personal plans due to their lack of competence and lateness. Friday arrival window was supposed to be Noon to 4 pm. Instead, received notification between 7:10 pm and 7:40 pm. I was in contact with customer service throughout the day, complaining about the delays. The Customer Service Manager was absolutely useless and promised to call me before leaving - but, as expected, there was no follow-up. DO NOT USE Gerhard's Appliance. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. FOLLOW UP - love the standard response from a 'manager/owner' to email them for resolution as they are too lazy to follow up directly with the customer.
