This retail location near Wolfchase Galleria is one of the best though. My wife and I have been shopping here for 20 years and I can honestly say I have NEVER been disappointed! I rarely have questions or need help, but the few times I've reached out to an associate they stop what they are doing and either answer my question with a smile or walk me to whatever part of the store necessary to help me find whatever it is I'm searching for. This was my first time visiting this location- upon entering I was greeted by the cashier-- I had my little one with me and it was changing time so I saw a ladies restroom and I'm happy to say that there was a baby changing table (Happy Mommy) -- after that I proceeded to browse the store and I found some floor necessities that I needed- I checked the ShopKick app and I saw the items and checked it off of my list next I checked the RetailMeNot app for a coupon for that particular item- I'm happy to say that I found a money saving coupon for 20% off (Happy Mommy) -- So then I got in line with the products that I needed next I showed the cashier The RetailMeNot coupon on my phone and she applied to an item by scanning the barcode on my phone- I'm always happy to use a coupon and gets those savings applied. My wife and I went here because our cousin put several items from here from her Santa (Amazon) wish list. Not surprisingly, it was extremely busy. We could barely move our shopping cart a foot without bumping into somebody. Well we needed a particular item and the staff couldn't have been any friendlier. They tore that section up looking for it. They even brought in the ladder to look up and over certain things. They were also extremely helpful and appeared happy to help. When they couldn't find it even though the employee thought he saw one not too long ago, they called another BB&B to hold it for me. We ended up buying other items there too and every employee that we saw seemed happy to be there despite its busyness. I wouldn't mind do more of my holiday shopping here. read more

A bit on the expensive side but some of these items are really luxurious. I enjoy going in the store! I always see something that makes me think of a project for my house. The music today is really loud at the center of the store. Seriously, I was able to shazaam a song. They do have GREAT sales at Bed, Baff & Erwhere Else so I look for them. Then, you can stack coupons. Save them. They never expire. Use multiple 20% of a single item coupons and then a $5 off a $25 or $50 purchase all at the same time. Using their coupons is the key to shopping here. I've caught a Roomba on sale and topped it with a 20% off coupon and ended up paying $320 for a regular-priced $500 Roomba. Couple that with Bed, Baff & Erwhere Else's EXCELLENT customer service and product knowledge and downright politeness and it's just fun to come here to see the gadgets or interact with them or just pick up trash bags. read more

Best Bed Bad Bath and Beyond I have ever been to out of the 8 cities I have lived in. Customer service is top notch. I have never been to a store where EVERY single customer representative was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been to this store several times and always have a great shopping experience. Vincent has helped us multiple times and even let me use the Dyson vacuum they had before purchasing one. Let's face it, their main competition is Amazon; however as good as Amazon is (We have Prime), I love coming to this store and browsing. The warranty and ease of returning items can't be beat. I would rather shop here than on Amazon for similar items. I recommend price checking an item if you think it's too much because often it is on sale and hasn't been updated yet. read more

This store did not have the 4 items I wanted (which online said were available IN THAT STORE hence my even bothering to drive to that store vs the one closer to my home) but the assistant was helpful in guiding me to order via website which I proceeded to do in store. I ordered in Oct 27th, free shipping, total order was around $80. I received email from BBB saying order would arrive on Nov 3 (a Sunday, odd but ok) and a FedEx tracking number. I went about my normal day, completely forgetting a package was coming. I got another email from BBB saying "You're package is on the way!" with same tracking number around 2 PM. I checked the tracking and the package had arrived in Olive Branch around 10:30 AM that day (Sunday). [20 minutes from my house but I digress]. By 9:30 PM it occurred to me I had no package. I have a family in bed and Security camera's on full alert and dogs all tucked in ready for a new week. The LAST thing I need is a FedEx knock on the door. So I reach out to FedEx. Always kind and courteous 45 minutes LATER I'm told there is some snafu in their new Sunday delivery service and no, I won't be getting any knock on the door and the package will come Monday. Here we are...Monday: Stardate Nov 4 2019 20:37 and no package. I check the tracking number and am cheerfully told my package will arrive Thursday. Okay. This is an EPIC FAIL on both BBB part and FedEx part. No, I'm not out any money due to "free shipping." But let me assure you I'd be pitching a high holy fit if I paid for shipping. But I've spent time hunting down this order which appears now will take 12 days from warehouse to my house. This is EXACTLY WHY amazon prime is SO SUCCESSFUL!!! I could have obtained the EXACT same items using my amazon prime account but some IDIOT friend of mine gave me a BBB gift card. Oh I can assure you THAT won't happen again. I've let ALL my friends know I WON'T be shopping at BBB in store or online EVER again and FedEx based in Memphis providing loads of jobs to my neighbors but failing in the actual service they provide can go you know what!! They have the best return policy! We returned China that we got at our wedding 9 years ago with no receipt and got $300! Then we returned a comforter that the dry cleaner messed up and was literally matted w a burn mark on it, no receipt again, got $200 back! Target should take a lesson from them! read more

There was a clearance table (well, many) that were an extra 50% off the lowest marked price. I found an item I could use, but wasn't looking to purchase originally and proceeded to the checkout. The price came up 20.00 over what I was expecting and I pointed out the lowest sticker on the item. The cashier basically accused me of sticking it on myself. I said I would rather not buy it, then. The cashier made a big production of calling over a manager so she could take it off the bill, proclaiming loudly for the long line behind me to hear that she "could not give me the sale price because the sticker was clearly from something else." I was tempted to tell her to keep the other items I was going to buy as well. The manager didn't apologize to me. They just punched in whatever they needed to and walked away. In my experience in retail, we would have given the item to the customer for the price on the sticker... or apologize for it being mislabeled in the first place. I would NEVER accuse a customer of doing it themselves. I have a 50.00 gift card that I will probably use online rather then enter this store again. read more
