*****Online store**** If you buy any carpets from Khols, Target, Amazon you can return them if they don't work out. This website doesn't allow you to do so. If you buy something by accident it will charge you 1/4 of the cost to ship it back. I contacted Customer Service and they were very rude and slow to respond. They said that when I canceled the order it was too late (1 day later). I only realized I bought the incorrect product 1 day later. When I went to check on the status. I tried to cancel it, but it hasn't shipped out, just the label has been printed. They are refusing to cancel it without charging me for a return label in spite of the product not leaving their facility. I think you have better options outside of this site. Macys, JCPenny, Kholes, PotteryBarn you name it all these stores allow you to go to the store or allow you to return a product that didn't work out or bought by mistake. I will never be buying anything from this site again. I can see why this company went bankrupt. It didn't adapt to changing times and joins the names of companies like Blockbuster who didn't change the business model with changing times. Bye bye BBB... :) I tried to leave feed back on the product I bought. And they just didn't approve my review. I guess they didn't want the public to know this. read more

This store seems like it is getting ready to close. Bed, Bath & Beyond always seemed to have great things for your home-mostly kitchen and bathroom areas, but also some other fun things for your home, different holidays, and some even have personal care products-like makeup, hair products, toothpaste, etc... I had not been inside Bed Bath & Beyond in awhile and decided to visit to see if I could find any ideas for Christmas gifts. Other than the small Christmas/holiday section in the front when you first walk in that had shelves that were very organized with prices, the rest of the store is in complete disarray. The bathrooms were the most disgusting bathrooms I have visited in a store in a long time. The floors were completely soiled and the entire bathroom and stall area looked as if it had not been cleaned in the past decade. Gone are the organized sections with current prices listed on shelves. Many of the items are of their own brands-Bee and Willow, Wild Sage, etc...and a ton of random Ugg curtains, blankets, and bedspreads. Things are not placed on shelves properly and areas that have a sale sign or a sale sign on their price tag, do not show what the true price is. Their little price machines they used to have several of, I only saw one, and it was not working. Even one of the workers there put her hands up and shook her head when I asked her what some of the prices were on a few items I was carrying around. Some of the workers were helpful, but I am sure it must be difficult working in a store that looks so ready to close. There are many empty shelves and the shelves that have items on them have a few items that are random brands and even random colors. Very disorganized, dirty, and depressing. read more

First experience at this Bed Bath and Beyond was not a good experience. The first smell upon entering this location today was obscenely strong body odor. Walking past that smell further back into this store was an equally offensive chemical fragrance smell. It's nice being able to walk into a store and visually browse the products. Unfortunately this is not possible here since many items were fallen over on their sides or backwards so you have to physically touch each item to see what it is, its product dimensions, etc. This location could use a thorough cleaning, organization, and improved ventilation. Asked an employee for help and he didn't know if they had the item I was shopping for today. When I told him I had checked the Bed Bath and Beyond website and it said the store had four in stock he replied that usually what the website says they have versus what they actually have is different. If it's that bad of an issue at this location maybe they need to schedule physical inventory more often. I would have kept looking myself to purchase what I came to buy however the overpowering smell was so bad I could not even stay long enough to shop for that one item. read more

When I'm in a pinch and don't have time to cruise the big kitchen supply stores (and by time, I mean the better part of a day because they suck me in) I will duck in to a BB&B to grab what I need. Usually it's the mundane stuff that draws me here, although I did go specifically seeking an apple corer & peeler not too long ago. I appreciate the wide selection. Often I'm purchasing for an upcoming party and it's stuff that won't make it into my own personal kitchen supply collection. It's nice to have the fancy stuff, but in those cases I often reach for the not-so-fancy stuff and save some bucks. They don't always have a cheap-o version, but usually. Recent purchases include olive oil bottles with the fancy pour spout and a whole bag of the fancy pour spouts. I did look for a funnel, though, and the only option was an $8 silicon deal. I headed for my local hardware store and picked up one in the automotive section for less than a buck, thankyouverymuch. read more

An obsessive compulsive's wet dream. Call it love, call it obsession, it is the titular "beyond" buried in the details of where you rest your plunger when you're not pushing poops down the toilet. I actually believe in the old adage "a place for everything and everything in it's place." Order is the cool center of the universe, and order is maintained by two things: unending vigiliance and the will to impose structure upon every. single. stupid. piece of crap in the home, car or office. BBnB seduces me with its charms, and does deliver no small amount of solutions to modern living. They offer answers to things I didn't know needed answering. Are you still just leaving your sponge propped against the faucet? We have a caddy for that. taking your new roll of TP right out of the bag like a sucker? Let it roll to you down a tasteful chute. Where are you resting your spoon between dippings? What!? I love BBnB, because it scratches that need to organize and dominate ones home like few other stores. Even the mighty IKEA does not hit that particular bullseye with this level of ferocity. I only have one real complaint. They're pretty dang expensive for clever yet cheaply manufactured products. Honestly, while I do suffer from OCD, I wouldn't shop here if it wasn't the only game in town apropos getting a Soda Stream refill. But once I get yanked in, I get yanked in all the way, and hard. Bed Bath & beyond is pretty similiar no matter what state you are when you go to one. The biggest difference is normally just size and what they carry. This one has a self wrapping station which is perfect if you are attending a wedding and the couple is registered here it makes your life so much easier. I bought a gift last minute and then had to wrap it so all I did was purchase the gift and then took it over to the self wrap area where you don't have to pay for the boxes or wrapping paper. You are able to just wrap it up and take it out. They have every sort of thing for your home here you could possibly need. They also always have good coupons you'll either get in the mail or from online. It's worth it because normally their coupons don't exclude anything. read more

This review is generally for the company, not this particular store. I made a purchase online and the day before it was originally supposed to arrive I am still receiving emails saying "oops, we haven't shipped it yet." Tried looking on their website for a customer support email or chat option. The online wait in the queue is 2 hours, 35 minutes. There is no email option. Just sit and wait. They also have a curious policy of charging a 20% product fee if you cancel an online order more than 30 minutes after purchase. So if you get annoyed at the length of time something is taking, decide to buy it elsewhere, and save the environment a little bit by cancelling before they ship it... you have to pay them for their tardiness. Meanwhile it's free to return the item to their store after it has shipped across the country. That makes a lot of sense. Guess I'll be making an extra visit to the local BB&B, but it clearly isn't to make a purchase. read more

I'm fine with waiting in line, despite the fact that there were staffers wandering around and only one person at the check stand, but every item in my basket was apparently mis-priced and mislabeled, being dramatically higher (more than double) than the shelf price said. Mistakes happen, and while I didn't necessarily expect them to honor pricing from a mis-matched shelf prices, the check out person simply said, "well, it rings up as that so that's the price.". Honestly, I felt like I was baited and switched. That brand of deception leaves a bad taste. Spoons N'Spice is literally half a block away. Go there if you're looking for kitchen and dining anything. I would've if they hadn't been closed today. Their shelf prices will be a little higher, but you'll be charged that with Bed Bath and Beyond's bait and switch pricing policy anyway, plus you'll get higher quality, be supporting local, and their customer service is way better. read more

The Sugarhouse store puts the Beyond in Bed Bath and Beyond. In an age where customer service seems to be the last thing on anyone's mind, Tony and his team went above and beyond to make me a BB&B customer for life. I was in a pinch. I needed to get my grubby little paws on a Shun classic santoku knife... but couldn't find it anywhere. (I later found out it was discontinued). After scouring the internet like one of those little animated scrub brushes on the TV commercials, I found an active link to it on the BB&B website... it was not available online, but there was an option to find it in a store. There were none within 50 miles of my home (Los Angeles, CA)... so I began to search in every major city I could think of... I finally found one at Tony's store. I called and explained my situation, expecting them to tell me to come in to purchase it. While unusual, Tony was happy to accommodate my request. He verified that he had the knife in stock, and took my payment over the phone. They shipped it out to me the next day, free of charge. It was truly amazing. These guys are awesome!! read more

If it's for the home then they have got it. I bought a few things that did not work out and returning those items was no hassle at all. Great location as well. Great fast service. Only one problem... that store is PACKED. it has so many things it's a bit overwhelming walking through those hallways with sooo many things everywhere... I'd say take some stuff to the back storage, get a bigger place, or reorganize things to not make it look soo freaking packed. That's a "kinda" complain, as variety is always nice... it's just too packed. If you are some sort of claustrophobic you will feel threatened in this store. read more

This BBB has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. My husband and I recently got married and primarily used BBB as our choice for our wedding registry and i'm glad we did. We had a mistake made on a price change for a purchase we made. We did not have the receipt for either transaction. The employees worked fast to figure out the complicated problem and the manager came over and was so nice. We should have needed to go home to get our receipts but he approved everything and said there's no reason for us to have to make another trip. Our complicated mess turned into a happy ending. I've been a huge fan of this place for years it has gone downhill!! I needed to return an item, (I think the sheets were packaged incorrectly, didn't fit my bed) had the original receipt but was no longer able provide the card I used for the purchase. They needed the physical card to do a refund, which I don't have & the account is no longer working. They were unwilling to refund me cash and it's only been a couple of weeks since purchase, in store credit was my only option. So it's suddenly all my fault that someone hacked my account and I had to close it and now I can't get my money back. It's headache enough dealing with these things and they certainly didn't go out if their way to help ease the problem! I called after I left to see if the manager could do something to be told by the girl in a impatient and rude voice that took my call that sorry she had a line of customers. She did take my name and number so hopefully someone will at least call and apologize. It was a huge waste of my time and it was a manufacturing defect or packaged incorrectly...Long story short...
