You will see Ollie's bucktooth grin along with funny sayings all over the store. In 1994 the company started their loyalty program called Ollie's Army which you can sign up for on their website. For every $1 you spend, you get one point. Points move you up the rank and earn you discount coupons off your purchase. According to the company, Ollie's Army get you "good stuff...even cheaper". Currently there are 408 stores in 28 states, several of which are in Florida. Ollie's purchases company liquidations, overstocks, and older items that haven't sold, and resells them in their stores for a discount. You can expect to see name brand items. Ollie's sells a little of everything, cleaning supplies, garden items, books, toys, food, health and beauty, automotive, holiday decorations, home improvements, electronics, flooring, housewares, and so much more. I had previously shopped in the West Palm Beach and Delray stores and they were great for stocking up on hurricane supplies. Ollie's always has a ton of inexpensive K-cups and cheap and unusual snacks. I usually grab some candy as incentives for the kids at school. On this trip I found the snack size bags I use to pack portion controlled snacks for my school lunches. This is the kind of store where you come in for one thing and pretty soon you have a cart full of stuff. Check back often because the merchandise changes frequently and you will always find something new.

Easily the best place to go for affordable home goods, rugs, even some clothes, random food items and especially for holiday shopping or any kind of gift shopping. The store has been more organized recently - good job on that end, employees! Now, on to the criticism... Recently every time I've been in here, I've been hearing the employees complaining very loudly about how they want to quit, can't wait to leave, etc. It's really beginning to show in their attitudes on the job. The last time I went the lady Trisha was so rude. My husband commented lovingly on how she shared the same name has his sister (who is deceased, by the way) and she scoffed at him. She was cursing loudly and proudly on the job, a surefire sign of serious unprofessionalism. I get that you hate your job but when you're being paid to be at a location, the least you can do is hold your tongue to all of the foul words you consider saying and work the job with a good attitude. If there's one thing I've learned through my years working similar jobs in my youth, it's that you should never take your home troubles and bring them into your work attitude. She was very unpleasant, short tempered, and absolutely pissed off to have anyone shopping in this Ollie's Outlet. Of course, I love Ollie's so I'll bear through it. Another time, I was ringed up incorrectly and when I pointed out that my discounts never came off, a different lady showed me a lot of attitude in trying to fix it. There are some sweet folks who work here - I'm not saying all of them are bad. But recently I've really been noticing how negative the work environment has become there. Some of the employees really need to show up to work and just have a good attitude. Some are fine. Either way I love this Ollie's and I'll come back, but it has been pretty bad on that end recently. I would give this 5 stars but a star is getting knocked off for a handful of the employees issues, and if I keep showing up and these issues continue spiraling down, I'll come back and knock another star off.

Sales person was very helpful and explained, sometimes buyers just return items and the retailers cant sell them as new. They delivered and saved my stock. They offer an extended warranty and bought that as well. Great place to buy at amazing prices. Going back for a Washer and Dryer next.

Robert Eustace founded Applied Systems in 1980, a company that provides software products for insurance automation and brokerage management. The couple are well known philanthropists who have donated millions of dollars to charity. Another gift the Eustace family gives the community is this holiday light display. Every inch of the 21,000 square foot mansion and all of the foliage over 4.5 acres is draped in 50,000 lights. Everyone is welcome to visit and walk around and there is plenty of parking on the swale out front. Admission to the display is free but donations made are given to the Children's Home Society of Florida and the Hibiscus Children's Center. Lights go up in December until early January and are on from sunset until 11 PM nightly.

With a smug tone in his voice, he pointed to their online advertising and "optional upgrades" small print. Attached is the advertisement sitting on the display in the showroom - DOES ANYONE see any indication that the advertisement image or display it was sitting on includes "optional upgrades"? [the answer is No]. It's called bait and switch - it's called false and deceptive (fraudulent) - it's called a rip-off. Buyer Beware. It's also interesting to note that when I asked Michael Hall what "Gallery Only" meant (i.e.. floor model?) on the "Memorial Day Sale" ad, he shrugged his shoulders and said it was something the marketing team uses; I'm guessing his response also indicates deception.

The garden center is kept full of Florida appropriate plants and flowers with a nice section that includes seeds (organic as well). The prices are usually pretty good, just do your research on bigger ticket items and compare. They have lots of parking with easy access to the store. I enjoy the cashiers when I need to get something a little more in-depth then just using the automated checkout lanes. They always are kind, cheerful and show that they care. I've returned things here very easily as well. This really is a well run store.
