Wait time was from 9AM-6PM. I called Fed Ex to arrange a second pick up 8AM-1PM and had the item in the manger's office, no show, 3rd attempt, no show. I have arranged a 4th attempt and have no expectations of success. The item is about 55lbs and not easy to transport on public transportation. I left specific instructions for the driver to access my building by using intercom to call my apartment. Since I had an item stolen 2 wks ago, I don't feel comfortable leaving it in the lobby. Fed Ex pickup drivers appear to be lazy and incompetent. We have plenty of positive encounters with the UPS drivers.

After getting greeted by the man behind the counter I explained what I was looking for. He pulled out a book of pricing, pointed at a table of costs and rattled off a few other prices as well. It was hard to discern what my final cost would be, and I tried asking but he didn't really try to make it easy for me to understand. I was hoping he would be able to give me an exact quote for what I was looking for, but he didn't seem like he really cared to do that. My whole experience felt rushed like he didn't want to take the time to get my business. Regardless, from what it sounded like it would be been more than $1/card with no room for savings no matter how many more I got printed.
