We wanted to install a 70 inch tv on a moveable mount in the only place it would fit (above a weird, fake fireplace that came with the house). Friends suggested going with one of those cheap $70/hour places but we wanted it done right and safe. When we found this place, it first seemed a little too fancy and I worried they wouldn't do a small job like this, but Rob was great about explaining the cost and process and everything worked out. If anything, they've limited sound quality. Seattle HiFi recommended the Niagara 1200, and phoned me when one became available. I was open to looking at the more expensive versions but was persuaded that I really just needed the basic 1200 model. With low expectations, I plugged my gear in. Wow. Immediately heard improvements. Cleaner top end, more detail, better bass definition, and less ear fatigue when listening to digital gear. Color me highly impressed again.
