Just purchased a 2016 VW Beetle from BB. It's my own fault for not making them show me that everything works, including the touchscreen radio system. Once they drove it to me (I'm out of state), I soon learned that the touchscreen doesn't work. I'm 2 hours away and asked if they will reimburse me for getting it repaired at a local shop, instead of me having to drive all the way back to their dealership. They insinuated that they didn't trust I was telling the truth, that the system was "working just fine" before it was delivered to me, and that they won't approve repairs until they can see an estimate from the shop. Not only did they sell me a car with a busted radio, they acted like I was inconveniencing THEM by requesting reimbursement for repairs on something they should have fixed in the first place. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad product. I was prepared to sing their praises to everyone. Now I'm going to malign their reputation. read more

I've been looking for the last several weeks for a particular type of Jeep Wrangler Sport. It had to be not red, not orange but a combination of both. I reached out to several dealerships in the area but with no luck and very few return calls. A few days ago I was speaking with a friend, Tim Conroy who I've known for twenty years. Cannot grade below 1-star, but if there was an option to do-so, this business would be in the negative column. First time that I've ever owned a vehicle, (that was purchased from Bedard Bros.) to where the 'recommended' service to be performed, (and quoted) actually exceeded the value of the vehicle. Scott (Jeep Service Manager?) tells us with a big wide smile that 'unfortunately-most of these things can just happen all at once.' Really? Mind you, they (Bedard) had just inspected the vehicle not even 2 months prior to this appointment. This was the breaking point. There has been countless overcharges, un-returned calls, no status updates, then excuse after excuse on poor labor practices (no one showing up for work), like this is somehow the public's fault... Stay far away from this business. They are not truthful, they are not transparent in their business practices. read more

Needed tires on had to get suspension sorted on the fly before they could be mounted got in on sat am same day no appt.the staff are excellent professional and courteous as has been my experience there numerous times w/o exception. Beware! Bedard Bros loves to charge people for stuff not needed! I brought my truck in with a check engine light knowing the code and hearing some type of air leak in engine bay. Truck is under factory warrenty. They changed a grounding strap at a cost of $215 that wasn't under warrenty. Left dealership and check engine light came back on 3hr later. Brought it back and they diagnosed an air intake leak covered under warrenty. I asked why I was charged for something that didn't fix the problem and I had told them it wouldn't because of the code I gave them and noticible air leak in engine bay. They said it was standard proceedure. So they found something not covered under warrenty to replace and charge me for before actually fixing the problem covered under warrenty. So this is a late review as I don't remember to do this review until I see the BRAND NEW part that I was told I NEEDED by them that I actually DIDN'T need. Last year my blower to my A/C in my 2019 Odyssey wasn't working so I took it to Bedard Brothers as they're the closest Honda dealership in Berkshire County, MA. I paid the $150 or so for the diagnostic and was told that I needed a new relay and motor for my blower. To avoid the labor cost I bought the parts from their parts department with the intention of installing them myself. Before I pulled my vehicle apart to install the motor, I changed the relay and "Voila!" the blower came right on when I started the engine. Bedard like another dealership that I'll review uses bad business practices and if you're not handy with tools in repairing your vehicle, they will definitely sell you what you DON'T need! read more

If I can give no stars I would. I was so mistreated by the service manager. I brought my car there because the driver door proximity sensor did stop working. By the end of the day the fellow who toke my key call me saying that the technician found that my wires was messed up by someone and that is why my proximity sensor doesn't work, he add that at this point he cannot open a claim with my extended warranty because the problem was caused by someone else and the fix will be $500 i asked him what will be done and the response was we will fix the wires. Was when i told him i don't belive the wires was messed by someone and i declined the $500 service because was no explanation what will be done. The only explanation they give me was that the wiring inside my door was all bad, because allegedly someone's was ther and messed up everything, but no pictures or videos, on this day an age where you carry the camera inside your pocket an its with you all the time, even the worse cell phone has cameras. Next day I went to get my car and the service manager was the one who came to me after the initial fellow start to help me, and i asked him what was the problem, but he cannot answer just saying someone was inside my driver door and messed up all the wires. I keep insisting that everything was working fine until my proximity sensor stopped working, but he doesn't accept my explanation that no one did messed up the wires like he claimed.at this point he start to shout GET OUT OF MY STORE AND NEVER COME BACK. I told him to give me my f key so I can leave, I start to walk out and he was following me towards the door shouting NEVER COME BACK IN HERE I had the door open I did stop anlook at him and ask what you are going to do? Touch me? Hes response was I WILL CALL THE POLICE, like I was a criminal. read more

I bought a 2020 certified pre-owned GMC truck from Colandrea Buick-GMC in Newburgh, NY in January 2023 that is supposed to come with 2 free certified service visits for an oil change at any GMC dealer. I called McAndrews-King Buick GMC because they are 15 minutes up the road from me in Adams, MA instead of Colandrea as they are over 2 hours away to get my first service done and apparently, they don't honor that service system because "we don't make any money off of it". I ended up calling GMC directly and spoke with a customer assistance associate and both he and the team never heard of a GMC dealer not honoring the GMC certified pre-owned vehicle 2 free service visits well within the range of service visits. Nothing is expired or even close to expiring. Very odd. GMC directly ended up giving me a $100 voucher for any future service that is required after my 2 free service visits for this lunacy and are filing a report about it. With that being said, I ended up calling Bedard's located in Cheshire, MA who isn't even a GMC dealer although they are a chevy dealer and they were more than happy to accept my 2 free service visits. I took my jeep to go get it looked at. It's where I bought my car & planned to get it serviced. I also purchased additional Mopar issurance. Well the guy said he doesn't see any extra insurance. Than he told me what needed to be done. One little part cost would cost me over $500 & take a month to get. He refused to service my car there any longer. He also refused to give me the paper for the part. Well good thing I remembered the part and I got same exact Mopar part same day at an auto store. Took me half an hour to replace we the part which cost me $24.00. Their customer service is horrible and very rude. I will not give my business to them any longer. read more

Everytime I come here it's something else. when I purchased my car no one told me I wouldn't be able to take home my vehicle for weeks until after I handed over my card and had signed the purchase contract. for the second time I have came to get my free oil change for the mishap at signing And they don't have me on the schedule. I lost the master key to my Civic.I called Bedard Honda about a replacement.They said they could cut me a new one.So I made and appointment and go up there.Told service advisor why I was there.Took my car in for about 15 minutes and came back out.All set he says.Paid $300.00 for 2 keys.Got home and they didn"t work.Called them right up and they told me bring it back the following week.So I did.Told them key only starts car and unlocks doors.Same thing I already have.A valet key.I made it a point to tell service advisor when I called and when I got to my appointment I needed a master key.I go to second appointment and a different girl service advisor says there"s nothing they can do the locks are defective.I told her every lock worked a few weeks ago.Had a few choice words for her and left.So many people told me don"t go to Bedards.Well I learned the hard way.$300.00 and I have 4 valet keys.I went to Serv-U locksmiths in Springfield and in 10 minutes I had 2 master keys that work for $74.00.I"m done at Bedard Brothers read more

Their Chevy service department is awful and approaching criminal. They insisted that my SUV required new rotors and break pads for an estimated $1,200. I took it to another dealer who did the service for a third of this. The rotors were fine. The passenger seat would not return automatically from a reclined position. They claimed, falsely, that this was normal even saying they had contacted GMC. I showed them the car handbook which showed how it should work. Their response was that they would need a day to repair it. At that point, I changed to a new dealership. read more
