As you could imagine, I have a rather dim view of how most dealerships operate. While searching for vehicles on the Internet recently I stumbled on a 2013 Tahoe in the Bedard Chevy used inventory. During a visit I reviewed the vehicle and it fit my needs rather well. I was looking for particular options for a long time and this vehicle had them. The Tahoe was also the cleanest and less abused of all that I had considered. The sales person, Heather was extremely helpful and low pressure. The next day we made a deal that I was happy with. Upon delivery of the vehicle I discovered a malfunction with the Tahoe's heated driver's seat. Heather was exceptionally responsive in getting the problem fixed, as was the service department. I can't say enough about the apparent honesty and integrity of the Bedard folks I worked with, right down to the courtesy of the drivers who delivered my vehicle to my house!!! It takes a lot for a company to earn my trust. Bedard has done so. No baloney, No BS, No excuses. Bedard is a low pressure, low hype dealership. It was worth the drive and I live over 1 hour away. I'll be certain to recommend Bedards to all of my friends.

She had so much information about the Chevy Bolt- which I was surprised they had in the color I wanted! We were told the cable was broken and repair would cost 640 dollars. When we questioned the amount of their estimate they said there was nothing further to talk about. In frustration we had the car towed to a local repair shop where we viewed an unbroken cable. All that was needed was a 1/4 inch small ball that need to be attached to a bracket. The price to get it fixed was 204.00. This is the first negative review I have ever written but truly feel mistreated and hope this will help other people who needs car repairs.

I have talked to Steve Bedard, Dave Kondej and Gary -General manager. No can tell me when or where my paid and bought for van is. I called advised Steve Bedard and Dave kondej of the issue. All I got was "sorry not our product " it's the upfitters. YOU guys hired them. Called again. Talked to Brian bedard. He"ll look into it. Month later. No response. Brought it to another dealer. They advised me that Bedard's removed the airbag molding. See pic. Sloppy and unprofessional service.

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma at Coggins of the Berkshires and will be taking them to court due to…read moretwo illegal repairs. Coggins performed unlawful repairs on the truck that affected both performance and safety after selling it with an audible exhaust leak. Please see photo of illegal silicone repair made to exhaust manifold after truck was brought back only two days after picking up. This illegal repair would only have lasted a few months if it had went unnoticed. After returning truck to Coggins for repair, Coggins kept the truck for several days and 'repaired' with a giant glob of silicone over the leak. This repair would never have passed inspection and was dangerous to the safety of everyone riding inside the truck. My mechanic looked disgusted when he showed me. Also, I was told the truck would be brought to Toyota standards and instead undisclosed aftermarket parts were used. I highly recommend having a mechanic check out any vehicle purchased here. I personally will never purchase anything from Coggins again. Instead, I am reporting them to the Massachusetts State Attorney's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and will be taking them to court.

Nothing but a bunch of sheisters!!! Don't do it! Don't buy from them, don't take your car there for…read morerepair, don't even interact with any of them! Al is the WORST mechanic I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with in 25 years of vehicle ownership. Insisted he knew what the problem was before even HEARING or LOOKING at the problem. Took it back a dozen times for THE SAME problem. STILL isn't fixed. Will be taking it to a reputable garage and suing for cost of repair, lost wages from being without a vehicle, and damages. And Dave? The owner? GTFOH. A bigger ego there never has been, doesn't stand behind the garbage he sells to unsuspecting people. STEER CLEAR. Dave's response?? "You bought a used vehicle, what did you expect?" I have that recorded, by the way. What I expected, was a vehicle that HE guaranteed was free of any major mechanical issues (have the Facebook post to prove that too!) to last longer than A DAY. What I expected was a safe, reliable vehicle for my family of six to drive around in. What I expected was when I pay $10000 PLUS the cost of a warranty they forced me to buy, and get locked into a five year loan is a vehicle that will last those five years. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I don't think I am unreasonable in my expectation that the vehicle not stutter so violently when you drive it that the engine feels like it's going to fly out of the hood when you drive it or take a corner. He's a sheister and the definition of oily used car salesman, just a poor excuse for a human being. And by the way? Don't trust the good reviews they've gotten in the last year. His own DAUGHTER is reviewing the business. Not sure how fair it is to give your own business a five star review, but I highly doubt ANYONE who gave them a good rating, actually purchased a vehicle there. They're either friends and family or they work there. Liars and sheisters, the lot of them. I guarantee you'll experience buyer's remorse if you purchase anything from these people, because once you sign those loan papers they couldn't care less about guaranteeing their product. And I plan to tell anyone and everyone to avoid them at all costs. Shameful.
