From the outset, the level of professionalism was lacking. Communication was inconsistent, and the quality of service--particularly with fertilization and pest control--fell well below expectations. My beautiful yard, which I trusted them to maintain, ended up looking so much worse, not better ntoi even mediocre. Despite paying in advance, my lawn was often left unattended for extended periods, even though the services required regular upkeep. To make matters worse, I was abruptly told to find another landscaper while I still had prepaid time remaining. I was given very little notice, and it was clear my account was dropped in favor of a larger project--leaving me with paid-for services that were never fulfilled. There was also a lot of talk upfront--claims that my lawn would become a "showpiece" and dismissive remarks about competitors--but those promises were far from reality. The results were, frankly, the opposite. Equally concerning was the attitude and lack of accountability. When I raised concerns, the response was dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Based on my experience:    *   Do not sign a contract without extreme caution    *   Do not pay in advance    *   Do not expect consistent or reliable service I would strongly encourage anyone considering Good Growin Lawn and Landscape to proceed very carefully and thoroughly evaluate other options before committing.
