Travis was amazing. They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes. After a year of Bulwark treating my home, we had an outbreak of ants in our kitchen. They cam and…read moretreated, the ants came back. The next week they came back out, all free trips, and treated again. The ants came back again the next week. They then scheduled my quarterly service the day after the free treatment, which I canceled because it didn't make sense to come and spray over the fresh spray and bait over the fresh bait. The ants came back, The tech met with me, I showed him where the ants were coming from, he juiced the area, I was charged a quarterly fee (auto charged after turning off auto charge). I used the app and informed them about the unauthorized charge, they said they would reach out OR I could call the 800 number. A few days go by, I found a large spider web on the patio door. I sent a picture reporting the spider webs and again asked about the unauthorized charge, and again I was told they need to speak with me to resolve the problem and they would reach out OR I could call the 800 number. Still haven't heard from them and they don't seem interested in taking care of the spiders. I have nothing bad to say about the techs that do the actual work, but the office dosen't seem to be interested in customer service beyond the automatic emails of "how did we do". Seriously, the only thing a business like this has to sell is customer service.. There are way to many pest control businesses to choose from, customer service is the only thing that keeps the customer coming back, and a warranty on service is worthless if it continues to not work. No integrity in the office..
