Last week we bought a mattress here at a fair price. We were initially told that it would be delivered the next day, but then later that night, were informed that it wouldn't be delivered until the following week. The mattress delivery was again delayed due to a defect. By this time we were a little frustrated, but were assured that we'd be given a couple of pillows to make up for the inconvenience. When the mattress finally arrived, it was sans pillows. But the delivery guys were real pros, & very quick. Another phone call later, we were invited to come into the store and pick up the pillows, which we did the next day. Despite waiting a week to get the mattress, we appreciate that the store understood our position, & made things right by gifting us the pillows. We're very happy with our purchase, so I recommend giving this family-owned business a try. read more

Ivonne is awesome! We stopped in to Beddder Mattress after waking up with an aching back for over a month. Ivonne showed us around and taught us all about the technologies and materials and build of all the mattresses. She's super honest & friendly and she knows mattresses. She listened to what we were looking for and offered us a couple of options that matched our price range. She wasn't pushy, wasn't in a hurry and seemed like she sincerely cared that we would leave happy. We ended up choosing a Serta mattress, delivery was a breeze, and ironically enough our backs haven't been giving us as much grief since we purchased it. We were impressed with our whole transaction/interaction at this mattress store. She made us feel comfortable as we rested and tested several mattresses, and we were not pushed into buying something we did not like. This was definitely a great experience. Needed a new bed ASAP! Was looking into buying an IKEA one but the one I wanted was never in stock! Everything happens for a reason right?. Anyway, I yelped places closest to me. Seen the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I stopped by the owner was very nice and knowledgeable with mattresses. I was looking for a latex mattress but didn't wanna spend too much since they are on the pricey side. Saul ended up showing me a latex foam mattress and i feel in love!!! I'm currently pregnant and my old bed was very uncomfortable! I asked if they delivered? He said yes but they charge. He also told me on certain days they do it free locally. I was only about 4-5miles away so it worked out and it was free!! The delivery was a success and his son was super nice! They are a family owned business with very nice staff!They even gave us a free gift with our purchase. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come to bedder mattress! You won't be disappointed! The prices are fair!i probably would have paid more for a cheapy IKEA mattress and box lol. I am so in love with my bed :) thank you!! This is the worst mattress company I have ever dealt with. I don't know where to start. Besides that they financed my mattress with no interest for 5 years, I got my first statement showing purchase interest. I was getting statements with $5000 balance along with interest whereas my purchase was $3200. After my countless calls and conversation with the owner for almost 2 months, they finally made the adjustment. Then I found out that the mailing address was wrong so it took me 2 weeks to get the credit card because the first card went to a wrong address. Anyway, I ordered my first Tempurpedic mattress at this store and it took them two weeks to deliver my mattress. We decided to do the first exchange because we were experiencing a very bad back pain in the first week. The first exchange took place and after 2 weeks they sent me a wrong one. I spoke to the owner and he assured me he would get me the right mattress asap but again it took longer almost a week. I waited and received the mattress but unfortunately after a week we experienced the similar issue we had with the first mattress. So we went for the second exchange and this time they delivered a handcrafted mattress that was smelling like sh.....After so many calls they decided to exchange the mattress for another handcrafted mattress named Restonic and that was the time that the main issue raised. The owner didn't tell me that we wouldn't be able to return or exchange this handcrafted mattress. So I ended up having a $3500 mattress which is very uncomfortable and it is not worth a penny. I called the factory in Ontario and find out that this model is no longer manufactured. Now, I am going to file a warranty claim because I believe there is a lack of adequate support in the center of the mattress which causes back pain. read more

An extremely unpleasant experience, unprofessional staff who refer to you as "Mija" and "mattresses are like underwear's once you take them out of the store, you cannot return them". They don't have consistent employees for this same reason you are provided with very different information from all of them. The inconsistency and unprofessionalism of their employees resulted in a woman who did not only hung up the phone on me but got to the point of pushing me physically while at the store. There's also a store in Santa Clarita who share employees and have the same owners. I visited both stores as my daughters grandmother purchase a mattress for her and I was not happy with the mattress. I called the next day after the delivery and a person at the Foothill store in Pacoima informed me that she was assisting for the day and didn't have approval to do such transactions but to contact Santa Clarita store and that they will be able to help me. I drove the same day after I spoke to one of their employees; choose a new mattress, paid the difference with no problem. The gentleman informed me that they will pick up mattress the same day they will drop off the new mattress. The day of delivery no one came, I called the Pacoima store by accident and this is where the person hung up on me and the other employee got physical. I called the Santa Clarita store and asked to speak with owner, I was told he will give me a call back. However, an hour later someone called introducing himself as an employee. He informed that they were not going to complete the delivery and couldn't do an exchange. I reminded him that this transaction was not in question as it had already being completed and requested to speak to an owner. He then introduced himself as the owner. At the end, they voided my transaction and refused to give me new mattresses. read more
