After going there and recommending them for MANY years and to MANY friends and family, I was told VIA VOICEMAIL that I am no longer allowed at this practice with my children. When calling for records to be released to see another ped, they refuse to answer phones and put you on hold for a long amount of time RUN FAR FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!

Always provided us solid advice and for us always showed they care! Our son at 3 got a nasty case of strep and was hospitalized. Dr Boton came every day to make sure he was being tended to the right way. Dr Mirchandani was always so pleasant to us even with the 2:00 AM calls for first time parents. I don't know why nurse practitioners are in the legal business. But as it turns out, the lawyer was a fraud and was not representing me at all. I can't help but wonder if my employer didn't send me here for this experience. I called Bianca about it and she started yelling at me telling me I was mentally ill. She sent me discharge papers from our phone call stating that I was delusional and hostile. I was certainly hostile but delusional is a medical diagnosis. That's not typically how diagnosises are made. They don't seem to care much about human beings at all here.

Due to personal issues, we did pay the bills behind schedule but always paid in full and never sent to collections. Additionally, we had discussed in the past the inability to put a credit card on file due to having to pay from different accounts depending on the month but they told the pharmacist when attempting my childs refill that they dismissed us because of the lack of credit card on file. The practice manager is extremely rude with no decorum. I cannot believe this is the way patients are treated that have an established relationship with providers. My son who has been a patient since infant is now 12 and recently diagnosed with autism. Our last appointment he talked with Dr. Turner about it and said he wanted to talk to her again so he can understand more. My kids are devastated. Dr. Turner also would not return the call to discuss matters. I would advise against this office because it is just a business and they absolutely do not care at all.

There is nothing worse than being a first time mom and asking a few thought out questions only to be made to feel like in idiot. He did not do that at all! He took his time and answered each one thoughtfully. The nurse who took the vitals and introductory information was great as well. Super sweet woman. Random thing to like... but I love that they give you a piece of paper with all your kids info on it and notes from the doctor at the end to take home. My only feedback would be that the receptionists seem like overwhelmed or tired or something. Upon entry and exit both of the ladies that handled me were grumpy and seemed cold. I'm sure it's hard when you deal with so many people so whatever. I can deal with that though for a great doctor, good nurses, a patient portal, clean office and a separate sick waiting room. *I'm still going here two years later and we still see Schraiber for both of my boys. He's my favorite and the front staff still has bad manners. I try to cut people a break, but it's like they all hate their job. I was just in the other week for my second son's monthly check up. I was walking him around a full waiting room with no seats and the receptionist yells very loudly "Lady lady lady who can't sit down and has bad handwriting what's your baby's name?!? I can't read your chicken scratch and I'm too busy to figure it out!!" So I just very meekly say "it's pretty hard to write with a baby on your hip." Two minutes later a new mom and her baby come out and this same receptionist just steam rolls her. I don't get it. How do the doctors keep people like this who are their director of first impressions?!

Because of that, we were especially disappointed by the way we were treated. We recently received a call informing us that our insurance was no longer accepted, even though we are in the middle of the year. To better understand the situation, we did a three-way call with BlueCross Blue Shield and a representative from Sander's. Unfortunately, the Sander's representative, Jennifer, was extremely rude throughout the conversation - not only to us, but also to the BlueCross representative. She repeatedly interrupted us while we were trying to ask questions and, numerous times during the call, announced that she was "leaving the call" even though we were still trying to understand what was happening and had unanswered questions. It felt like she was more interested in ending the conversation than helping us. To make matters even more unprofessional, she answered another phone call while she was still on the line with us. We could hear her entire conversation, making it obvious that she was no longer listening to us or focused on resolving our concerns. We were honestly shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the entire interaction was. We completely understand that insurance contracts and coverage can change. What is not acceptable is treating patients with disrespect when they are simply trying to understand their options for their children. Families deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in our experience. Based on this experience, we would absolutely not recommend Sander's Court Pediatrics to any family looking for a pediatric practice that values its patients.

I feel like my child's health is their top priority and that they really listen and take my perspective as a mom into consideration. The office is very clean and the staff are all so friendly when you walk in. They have a sick and well side for the waiting room which I like a lot. The Best part is that I have never waited for more than 10 minutes to be called in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new pediatrician. All the Doctors are great and you will feel at easy when I comes to the health of your child.

Took my child here to see Dr Jackie Schwarz for his first appointment after birth. Would not return…read moreunder any circumstances; I trust google and my own judgment significantly more than I trust this office. I brought my child in on a Tuesday for a regular visit; I also brought in a diaper due to a reddish hue in his urine; it appeared almost bloody. My husband and I expressed our concerns about this to Dr Schwarz and she brushed it off, assumingly because we're "paranoid first parents" hardly even looking at the diaper. Long story short, we ended up in th ER early Wednesday morning; our child had Hemmorhagic Disease. With blood in his urine... Our child almost died. 7 days and $127,000 later, he's a healthy baby boy. Had this doctor not brushed off our concerns maybe we could have skipped the ER visit; or at least the near death aspect of the visit.

I have never seen Dr. Schening except when she helped to diagnose a skin issue on my toddler. I do…read morelike Melissa. However, other practitioners at this office have caused me to look elsewhere for my children's care. I actually should have transfer care a long time ago. In short, they often take a "wait and see" approach instead of investigating what issues are presented. This has caused a lot of stress and has caused me to often look elsewhere to get the care my son needed. The first red flag should have been when my now 2 year old was about 6 weeks old. He had a lot of issues (later diagnosed as GERD, which I learned is extremely common in preemies) and exhibited horrible screaming, crying, vomiting, etc. I talked with one of the nurse practitioners about how little sleep I was getting and what a struggle it was. She told me to let him cry and close the door on him so I could get some sleep. !!!! I am definitely not a proponent of cry-it-out, and the whole suggestion seemed so wrong to me. I could not (and would not) entertain that suggestion - leaving my preemie infant to cry alone. And that didn't address the issues. The office often suggests holistic remedies first, which I do think is great. However, that wasn't working for him, and I ended up having to find other providers to help us. We ended up with a slew of tests and studies. He ended up having laryngomalacia, a lip tie, a posterior tongue tie (which the NP advised me NOT to have revised... I went against the advice at the recommendation of two IBCLCs, and only in doing so was he able to finally breast feed!), and the aforementioned severe GERD. He has continued to have issues, most notably related to sleep. In his entire life, he had never slept through the night once. He would hit, kick, thrash, and scream through the night. The practitioner basically told me that the sleep issues were normal and that I should cut out daytime naps because it's taking so long (1+ hours) for him to fall asleep. He only sleeps 8 or so broken hours at night and has dark circles under his eyes!!! I am floored that advice would be offered, as kids his age need 12-14 hours of sleep. The NP also mentioned that a sleep study could be done. I left feeling defeated and (again!) as if no one was listening to me or willing to help me with my concerns. That night ended up being exceptionally horrible in terms of sleep: I believe my son had a sleepwalking episode. That morning, I called the office to see who they could refer me to for a sleep study. When they returned my call, I was told that no one would do a sleep study on a child under the age of 4. First of all, that contradicts what I was told the previous day at our appointment. Second of all, I called a sleep center myself, and they told me that they absolutely do sleep studies on children under 4. Those experiences, compounded with one of my final experiences, caused me to leave the practice for good. I brought my newest baby in for a well visit, and I explained to the practitioner that meal times and bedtime are both extremely stressful. I started crying, because I was so overwhelmed with both things. Instead of offering help or asking me to explain, the practitioner told me I needed to reach out to my midwife. The NP suggested that I had PPD, which was absolutely not the case at all. I was asking a medical provider for help, and (once again) I was being pushed aside. I like the IDEA of Next Gen Pediatrics: parent choice, a mix of holistic and western medicine. In practice, though, there was very little help and support for both my children and myself, and I went elsewhere for better care.
