This is after I went to the wrong address that is currently listed on Google maps. I told the person that answered the phone and she said Google maps has it wrong. We moved 8 years ago. It is pretty easy to notify google maps. I have done before and it only takes a few minutes. I guess this business doesn't need any new customers. I would choose another florist that respects the customer enough to correct their address online. She could have suggested that they would love to have my business. Why not offer to deliver them to save me a trip since I already went to the wrong address. This way the florist could satisfy both customers.

If you order directly from them - and they are getting all of the profit - they seem to be personable and provide a decent product. However, if the sender of a bouquet/gift uses a flower service (in this case, 1-800-FLOWERS), the quality of the delivery is subpar and frankly, should be an embarrassment to The Flower Studio. I was the recipient of a bouquet and chocolates on Saturday, January 4. I just had surgery and my boss opted to place his order through 1-800-FLOWERS. The arrangement was delivered on my porch. While I was home, I was in the shower and unable to get to the door for about 5 minutes. The delivery driver had no idea if I was home, and was therefore leaving the bouquet and chocolates on the doorstep for whenever I returned. The bouquet was dropped off without a plastic sleeve or any protection at all. There were a number of disappointments with the delivery and my subsequent interaction with the florist. Firstly, the flowers were old, limp, petals dropping, discoloring, and browning on the edges. The filler green was Christmas pine branches that they'd clearly been unable to use before the new year and were thrilled to offload on an internet order. Overall, I felt badly for my boss, who'd ordered in good faith believing that a beautiful bouquet would be delivered. Also, I've never used The Flower Studio, despite living in Peters Township, nearby. Based on this delivery, I knew I would never spend my money there unless they provided a replacement- or at least an apology. So, I called them. If I were the business owner, I would want to know if I were losing a potential customer. The lady who answered the phone was rude, belligerent, and completely disinterested in my situation or the product they'd delivered just 20 minutes before the call. Worse, I asked if I could send her photos of what had been delivered so that she could see the quality. She wouldn't give me an email address and said they were "...closing soon and wouldn't be able to do anything about it". She even mentioned that the order had come through 1-800-Flowers and told me the price my boss had paid! It was as if the poor quality was justified because it was an internet order that they really didn't value anyway. If The Flower Studio isn't interested in third party orders, they should end those relationships. It is NOT fair to the sender (or the recipient) to receive lesser quality based on how much profit is being made. The Flower Studio literally made no attempt to make good on this order. I called 1-800-FLOWERS -who apologized profusely on behalf of this florist - and made arrangements for the order to be fulfilled by a completely different florist. The NEW florist just delivered a beautiful replacement this morning - wrapped, fresh, beautiful flowers and gorgeous filler in a nicer vase with fabulous customer service. The Flower Studio should be ashamed of their performance. Looking for flowers locally? Trust your order to a florist in Finleyville, Bethel Park, or other nearby offerings with consistency and care for the customers who keep them in business. You'll be glad you did. The quality difference is night and day.

The person taking my order was very helpful, they charged no delivery fee even though it was further away and they put together a very nice arrangement with minimal guidance.
