We did our homework for sure, we have had experience with the Tempupedic mattress in the past but this one knocks it out of the park. My side of the bed we ended purchasing was the top of the line Tempupedic because I have health issues and this bed does so much to help support that. I've had chronic back pain for years, decades even. With this new bed in the zero gravity position it's not been an issue. I also suffer froms swollen ankles at night and in the zero gravity position that's gone as well. The message features are also over the top. With the Tempurpedic app you can track all aspects of your sleep. If you can spend a bit more money you can make a big difference in your overall well being. It was loaded from BedMart's warehouse directly into our moving van. When opened in Colorado, the mattress was clearly used. I have photographs taken immediately upon opening and all original receipts. I initially contacted BedMart but was unable to resolve the issue at that time due to my move. I later contacted BedMart again and explained that this is not a warranty issue, but a misrepresentation at the point of sale. Despite this, BedMart referred me to the manufacturer warranty and declined responsibility, citing time elapsed and the mattress being in another state. This complaint concerns the sale of a used product represented as new and BedMart's refusal to provide a reasonable corrective resolution. Requested Resolution: Replacement with a new, firm, queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress or a fair corrective solution consistent with what was represented at purchase. The manager Gordon was sitting nearby at his desk, and let me know that the softer of the two beds would be better, since I am a side sleeper. Evan provided a quote for both king and queen size beds, plus gave me a couple discounts reducing the price. Two pillows, free delivery, free set up, and free take away for old bed were all included. After comparing prices at a couple other places, pricing on the bed I was looking for was comparable, but Even saved me an additional $1000 without trying to sell me something I did not want. When I went back to purchase the bed, Gordon was there to help. He took the time to explain that HSA/FSA dollars could be used to reimburse some of the cost of the bed, since the bed is needed for medical reasons. Otherwise, we would have not known about this option. We bought the bed and returned the next day to pick up the sheet set, since Gordon offered a discount for those on the phone. When we went in, he gave us even more of a discount, which was nice, so I purchased two sets. Gordon is very knowledgeable on sleep postures and the beds in his store.
